BharatPe — amount not settled in bank account

An amount of Rs. 24500 on 7th September 2021 and Rs. 90 on 6 September 2021 has not been settled with our bank says the bank statement as attached below. According to BharatPe application the transaction had been settled but not received yet... the BharatPe customer care is responding us to wait for it for the last 12 days. No action has been taken till now.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and credit the said amount in my Nainital Bank A/c, under intimation to me.

Your immediate action in the matter will be highly appreciated.
