Speaker deduction amount

I am using bharatpe speaker. Your agent( Prashanth [protected]) said that there will no monthly charges on speaker.l, but later on amount of 125 is deducted every month. When I asked about this to ur executive they said that if i receive 50 transaction monthly 125 will be credited as cashback. But after two month o[censored]sage I havent got any cashback and got monthly charged two times. Now when I'm trying to call ur agent( Prashanth) he is not...

Unable to repay Loan

Hi there
I took a loan of ₹160000 from Bharatpe. But now my shop is closed because the house owner forcefully took it over. We are distressed right now as we don't have any income.
Kindly provide us 2 3 months time to repay your loan.
And since you have access to my contact list, please don't call my relatives and disturb them....

Online fraud through BharatPe UPI

Namaskar,

It is very painful to inform you that your UPI account holder is committing fraud to people out of which one incident has occurred with me. I am trying to search the contact number regarding booking the room in the Swargashram Trust Rishikesh online. When I searched on the google website, the contact no. [protected] was shown on the web page (screenshot is enclosed). I contacted him, he sent me pictures of the room...

Bharatpe upi using fraud activity

I m job seeker.i have seen post in fb for jobs.the person registration fee documents work 500 inr they said to pay..After my payment done they blocked me.
how Bharatpe allow this fraud person account giving upi id's?
please take immediate action to below image attached person bank account and all upi they surely doing fraud work. Please take immediate action get back my money.
Bank account also blocked...

Change Bank Account details

I have my own savings account link in Bharat Pay but since all this work is done by our company I want to register the company's account instead of my savings account so either reset my PAN card or enter the bank details of the company. Also, when I install the Bharat Pay application on a new mobile and register our company's bank details, I get the message that your account is already linked. Let me know what to do in the above case...

Fake charge

Dear all I wanted to share my review with you guys as I am using BharatPe merchant from last 1 year and I also using their credit facility card now I am making regular payment before due date in their portal but still they are putting fake charges in my profile, in last week I have also forwarded the complaint after a long time still there is no resolution from their side !...

Account blocked without any reason.

BharatPe blocked my account without any reason. Now i am unable to receive payments and my ₹44, 000 stucked in BharatPe Account, that was my 2 months saving. I am really very disappointed. BharatPe customer service is very poor. First they said Wait 1 day, now they are saying Wait 7 days. I am really very disappointed. Please help me.

Regarding processing fee refund

Bharat pe has provided me loan of rs-30000/[protected]@2% interest for 90days on 600/- processing fees refundable but i had completed my loan before 4-5 days early due this this bharat pe is refusing to refund my processing fee.

Unauthorised UPI ID created by BharatPe user with my Phone Number

I received a call from a person claiming that he has sent me an UPI transfer using Paytm to an BharatPe UPI ID: "BHARATPE.[protected]@fbpe" belonging to a merchant named "Rajesh Singh So Mam". The UPI ID contains a phone number that belongs to me but the UPI ID as stated does not belong to me and the merchant name is also not my name.

This person insisted that an amount of INR 500.00 was transferred to me on this UPI ID, but...

Swipe machine

I am a Bharat pe club member from past 5 months but still not able to order swipe machine my hard earned money is with you what kind of a poor service you are providing...it was better a normal member atleast you were responding for any issue by trusting you people I have surrendered my other bank swipe machine also now iam losing business of card payment...you people don't understand customers pain pathetic service if there are 100 platform...

Fraud of rs. 30000/- via Bharatpe UPI linked to mobile no. 9901460867

I, shivam kedia, hereby inform you that
By fraud a sum of rs. 30000 has been debited vide upi - From my icici bank account no.[protected], kalakar street branch, kolkata.

The above fraud has happened thrice by debiting thrice amt 18000+6000+6000, today at 3pm, today 30/09/2021.

For proof I am submitting the sms recd from icici bank Ltd herein below-
