Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding two recent transactions conducted on my credit card.

On 27-Sep-2023, I initiated a POS transaction for Rs.30, 000, and on November 11, 2023, I made another transaction for Rs.31, 000. In both instances, the POS machine displayed the transactions as "Declined"; however, both amounts were debited from my credit card.

Despite multiple attempts to seek resolution, I have not received any refunds for these transactions. I have attached the transaction details along with snapshots of the declined transactions for your reference.

Given the urgency of the matter and the lack of a proper response from the bank, I kindly request your intervention to investigate and facilitate the resolution of these disputed transactions.

Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated, and I am hopeful for a swift resolution.

I have been raising request for cancellation. Of Swiping Machine which was provided by BHARATPE since 16Th September 2023.

But these people are not responding, and every Month they are charging Rental of RS 500/-

And they are not reponding, I have all Recoding and images of complaints

I submitted the swipe machine on 16th September 2023 I got it in 12th September 2023.
Till today 26th October 2023 my money not refunded

I received a call from someone claiming that he had sent me a UPI transfer with a BharatPe UPI ID: "BHARATPE.[protected]@fbpe" belonging to a merchant named "Sundar". The UPI ID contains a phone number that belongs to me but the UPI ID as stated does not belong to me and the merchant name is also not mine.

I am receiving WhatsApp messages from multiple people who want payment back, I confirmed that the payment was not received...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and product I received from Bharatpe. I ordered a Bharatpe device with OrderID 306853, which was delivered to me on 7th September 2023. However, I faced several issues with the device and the application.

First, I was charged a higher MDR rate than what was communicated to me. I was told that the MDR charge for credit card transactions would be 1.40%, but I was charged 1.75% instead. I contacted Bharatpe customer support via email and they told me that I could change the MDR rate on the application. However, when I tried to do so, I found that the option was locked and I could not modify it.

Second, I decided to return the device within the 7-day return policy period. I raised a return request with ID 470677 on 13th September 2023. However, the pickup agent did not show up for the scheduled pickup and later the return request was cancelled on 5th October without any communication from Bharatpe. When I contacted Bharatpe again, they told me to re-raise the request but they refused to provide me a refund.

I find this unacceptable and unprofessional. I request you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. I expect you to honour your commitments and policies and provide me with a full refund of the amount I paid for the device and the MDR charges.

I have also attached all supporting documents.

I have paid Rs, 563/- on 3-8-2023 through Canara Bank vide to Bharatpe Co, through Canara bank vide UPI ref.[protected] for purchase of BOAT audio sound bar. I have received an onl;ine receipt shoowing order No.7721(Copy attatched) Since I have not received any details regarding shipping of the sound bar from BOAT Co., I contacted them for the reason for the delay. In response to my letter the Boat Co., intimated that they have not received the amount from, Bharatpe Co. The amount has been receivede by the Bharatpe vide UPI Id.Bharatpe[protected]icici and issued a receipt showing the order No 7721,
The matter has been takenup with the Bharatpe and no favourable reply received by them.

It is therefore requested to kindly take the matter with Bharatpe CO., and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.

From the first day I have given complaint about the swipe machine the customer care has not resolved the given complaint query... But in the bharat Pe app the query has been resolved.. But till now not resolved... Please resolve my query or else please Give new bharat swipe.. I will return old...

Sir I have been uploaded my all documents but still not working. And they give me same date by date. Its gone be long time. Actually I could not understand what they want. I uploaded my documents there are email id. So what to do now.

I purchased cord set cloth through fb seller Sutton valkyrie. He send me upiid link _ BHARATPE[protected]@yesbankltd for payment when I ask for WhatsApp number he given me number [protected]. After payment no response, no parcel received, no refund received, and not responding on call msg and block, it's scam on name of online shopping have a look, Advocate Ruchi Sethi this side.

Bharatpe still has not settled our amount for the last month. Even after completing KYC It still says KYC pending.

My Bharatpe Account has been blocked without any reason (reason as per Bharatpe - suspicious activity). Multiple attempts to contact customer care has been done by me. They asked for some documents which i have uploaded & yet no response received from them. Please help in resolving this issue.
