[Resolved] BharatPe — amount settlement to my bank account not done | |||
I am a retailer, the customer scanned the bharatpe qr code and paid the amount successfully. Later received the message - transaction failed. I contacted the bharatpe customer care, they didnt respond after continuous calls and emails i received an email to send the passbook and the payment is setteled, but when i checked there was no amount credited in my account on that date. Later again i called and emailed, they asked for contact number, i sent contact number 3 times, after that i called them again 3 times on different dates, and every time they told they will respond in 24 hours, but they didnt... Later i removed the qr code of bharatpe and forgot the money to be settled by them... A fraud company they would have been doing like this to hundreds of people every day...
