BharatPe — Application and visiting issue

Hi sir this is Shri Krishna Tripathi I am agent of Bharat pay I'm doing good to visit but when final sheet has came, there is showing my visiting merchant not active but my visiting merchant allready active after my visit. It means my salary not be clear until showing merchant inactive. But again I'm saying my merchant always active.
And bharat pe capitan app not working
The app showing wrong address wrong location and app always stopped when we are processing and in mid of visiting.
Sir/mam please think about it. Itne din ki mehnat pe paani phir jayega 🙁
