Dear team,
i am a user of bharatpemerchant from latur, maharashtra. On date 12 jul 2022 at 8:41 pm one of our customer paid payment through qr scanner by using amazon pay transaction id:[protected] bank reference id:[protected], but their is no any message from your app, after some time i tried to check from your bharatpe app, but due to my app is not updated, their is update notification seen .I updated my app, but their is not showing payment of rs.350/- i wait for one day for checking payment but not received.
So i called your helpline no. On 13 jul 2022 but their also not resolved my problem.
Hence i requesting you to please check all details and refund my payment and try to help me.

      I have done a recharge it didn't complete now on the third day.
      Money have been debited from my account.
      Where have my money gone?
      I want solution for this perticular reason.

            I have taken a loan from bharatpe My register no. [protected] and name is Mr. Sanjay Garg due to some circumstances I m unable to pay the EMI on time so as per the conversation over the call and chats the executives told me they are settling my loan in 6000 so i just have to pay 6000/- against of 10420/- and within 48 hours I received the NOC letter but still they are not providing me the NOC letter and even they are not responding properly over the call. This no. [protected] I have contacting and they also not provide me the office address and now again I m receiving the loan messages from bharatpe. kindly help me

              I have a bharatpe card on which amount is pending since march 22 I called the company to take off the charges that were levied on me even after payment

                  I take a easy loan from bharape and I paid amount but due to some financial issue I can't repay and I inform them that whenever I have money which is 1 month or 2 mnth then I will repay all amount with all penalty. Now I get 40-50 calls daily from unhonne numbers and they told me to that pay amount otherwise we call to your relatives and post anything. Now they blackmail me and rather I told them same thing that I will pay but they continue blackmailing me. Kindly help.

                      Hello. Sir i m user of bhartpe merchant app & i m also a member of bhartpe club.
                      They get 1499 rs. For joining the membership but qfter that they don't give us the benefits of it. I ordered speaker which is free for members but they should not take the orders for it...& when i call to costumer care they speak us with roughly & roudly voice...they should not give us proper answer for our complain...

                          I have agricultural firm and I have made transactions of 1, 30, 000/- and these Bharat pe kept on hold with out proper reason and I have uploaded required documents multiple times but not releasing the hold.
                          It is very high amount kept on hold.

                          They hold money since more than a month.
                          Bharat pe is doing business with keeping customers money.
                          I will file a legal complaint against them if they didn't release the amount in next one week and charge 100 times of holding funds.

                                    I have applied for a loan on 16/06/2022, but my loan amount has not been disbursed yet... Instead of disbursing they are telling me to wait for the update of loan disbursal... After waiting again they are extending the date of disbursal... Please solve this issue ASAP... I got the update to wait till 09/07/2022 for the disbursal of loan...
