U have made the below paymet on 10/02/2022. Below Marchant is denied that below account endding with 0039 is nor his account.

Can you please help he out how can I regain the amount 3000 back.

Below is the transaction I have made by using PayTM services.

I took a loan of 80, 000 from Bharat pay . and I have paid 27560 till now .and due to some issues I'm not able to pay the rest amount But your telecaller is misbehaving wot me. They have hacked my contact list and abused me in front of my relatives. How can you access my contact list without my permission and how a company can call customers' relatives while customers I.e I pick up and answer all the calls?
And what is this behaviour how you can call abuse me in front of them?
I never denied to back the loan amount back, I am paying a partial amount as am not in a situation to pay the whole amount due to some issues.
But how can you spoil my image?
How I am going to face my relatives how they are going to respect me when an outsider is abusing me in front of them and that too frequently.
Now enough is enough, I am frustrated now, with this thought I am going into depression. My family is hurt, my relatives are doubting me, my reputation is completely spoiled by you people.
Now you tell me what should I do?
Committee suicide?
I have informed you earlier as well and now writing for the last time.
Now on I am going for a legal process.

Bharatpe recovery agents are not professionals at all all are illiterate and goons from the slums. Im on the edge of my life these goons are repeatedly calling my relatives, family and friends and abusing them and getting on their nerves and they are seriously giving life threat and saying sell your mother and sister and pay the money... Is this the way to recover your money. If not reverted back within 14 hours i will suside with a note saying that my only reason of death is bharatpe Mr. Ashneer grover with all the no. From they called.

Mo no [protected] I had taken loan of ruppess 71000 / from bharat pe application.i paid an amount of 3000 till today.i have an problem of my shop i failed to pay the EDI amount on time.i am attending calls and doing the part payments also.bharat pe agents calling to my whole contacts saying that i had taken loan on their nos.they all spoiled my name and abussing and threat saying i will spoil ur name and will calls your all contacts.
they torched mentally doing same things.i called bharat pe support team but still calls are coming.i also said that i will pay the penatly chgarges also but not listining to me.bharat pe have my contacts list access .

On 1st of Jan i made a payment from Paytm app (using UPI option) for 3045 INR to [protected]@fbpe (Bharat Pe) and it was showing pending. So my cousin who paid it to a different UPI to the hotel. But unfortunately next day the transaction was showing success. But the recipient said they havent received the money on their account ([protected]@fbpe (Bharat Pe)).

UPI Reference#[protected] via Paytm through Citi Bank Account.

I did checked with paytm and Citi bank. They have confirmed that amount is credited from the account debited in recipient's account. Need your confirmation on the same, so that i can get my money back from the hotel. Thanks!

Bharat pe showed me that I'm eligible for 2.10 lk loan amt, so I applied for it they took all the bank details including atm card cvv number and permissions from my bank for emi debit process.After completing all this process they haven't dispersed the loan and simply saying that I should increase my qr transactions to get the loan.
My question was if my qr transactions are not enough to sanction a loan then why should they showed me that I'm eligible for loan, why should they took all my bank details, why should they get all permissions from my bank.

Definitely this was a trap n cheap marketing tricks to increase their business.Im worried abt my bank details which are in their hands.

मैं इन सब messages के भी screen शॉट साथ में लगा रहा हूँ !!
सर पैसे तो आप के आपको मिल जाएंगे पर जो आप की कंपनी bharatpe ने मेरी इज्जत को समाज और मेरे रिश्तेदारों में ख़राब और बदनाम करा है उसका हरजाना कौन भरेगा!!
सर आप को इनके खिलाफ जिन्होंने इस तरह की हरकत की है उनके खिल्लाफ सख्त कदम उठाने होंगे

I lost my 60k amount through fake account of a bharatpe merchent.. I have already complained to cyber crime.. Already found the fake account holder.. But he is not refunding my amount.. U have to do the needful...

Though I was not ready to pay your amount because of the abusive calls which I am receiving. Kindly block my number for those abusive calls .And kindly communicate on my email address .
I will pay your amount however I need discount on the entire amount because my family financial condition is not good these days As I don't have any job for the last two years due to Corona Pandemic.Also I left Delhi as I was not able to sustain over there.

I can only pay 30000 Rs. Which I can pay In three months time period. Kindly understand my financial condition and please go for settlement and provide me a settlement letter on my email address and get your amount.

As our business is proprietor concern in that we have PAN Card in the Name of Proprietor and not in the Shop Name so the name of the Bank account is mismatched with PAN Card Name. We have already given complaint to the concern executive here. But the problem is not solved. Please see the above matter and solve the problem..

Based on the account statement and transaction as I had checked and noted that the interest credited to my account is less than the interest earned and due.
During the audit of our company it was noted as follows:

1. As per the screenshot attached the interest earned is Rs.11167.88 but the interest credited to my account as per the downloaded account statement is Only Rs.9728.88 whereas per the earnings statement the interest earned is Rs27868.43. There are huge differences in the account statements. As per our calculation the interest due is Rs.13473.00
You are requested to explain the difference in calculation and reconcile difference.

2. We have been charged a fee of Rs.763.33 on withdrawal where as we have not requested for teh withdrawal. FUrther, As per the account statement made based on the swipe transactions carried out it is to be noted that on[protected] there is a balance of swipe transactions older than 15 days amounting to Rs.154604.47 but yet on forced withdrawal we have been charged Rs763.33.

This is completely unethical and incorrect. Your accounts are not reconciled and you are charging me an unwarranted fee. You are requested to credit the balance interest and Reverse the fee charged. If no proper response is received we shall be constrained to share the whole story to the Government Authorities including ED, Income Tax, GST, RBI. This has been our experience that you have a very bad help desk.
