    My swipe amount of 30000 put on hold since 28 days showing dispute amount. I submit the bills as they told me to submit but still i dont get the amount. every time when i called them they told me to wait for 24 hours but never they responded back nor i rec'd any solution. Third class customer service

        Dear sir,
        I am Mahesh Ajure I had took loan from Bharat Pe app.. And I had paid half amount and now due to covid situations I m not able to pay on time.. Unlock procces has just started my shop was opened before 2 days.. I will continue from Monday. But your customers care has started to make calls on my contact list. This is not a ligal process ..

                I purchased Bharatpe swiping machine through an agent of Bharath Pe, the machine is not working from past 4 months and customer care or agent are resolving the issue.

                I have been charged for the swiping machine and its not working. I feel cheated and multiple customers are not visiting the shop since I dont have a working swiping machine.

                The shop is in the name of Chandrakala H (owner of the shop)

                          My self HARI SHANKAR THAKUR owner of ANY TIME LIBRARY got a card swipe machine linked with BANK OF BARODA A/c no:[protected].
                          I had done transaction of INR 100000 dated 21/04/2021.
                          And transactions INR 60000, INR 40000, INR 67000 dated 04/05/2021.
                          With due respect I hadn’t got my any of the above transactions settled yet. In this regard I had given many digital compliants through mobile computer desk.
                          And I facing a lot of problems in this situation and can take any wrong step with all my family ones.
                          This is the last request and warning to the esteemed company to settle my amount as soon as possible .

                                I am Satish from diamond Infotech, on 19th of May 2021, I have added 41700 in BharatPe investment account, amount got debited from my account and my bank informed me that the payment was made and the amount was paid to beneficiary BharatPe account but from past 20days onwards there no resolution from bharathpe, when ever I call customer care, they telling me that the complaint still in process but from past 20 day I am struggling for they are not responding to me, my bharathpe registered number is [protected], please try to solve this problem.

                                  I had made a withdrawl of 200000 from Bharat pe investment account and they are not giving it back and in account it is showing zero now. How many times i askcustomer care guys they are saying you'll get your money back. Its been long time now. Can anyone help me in this. Its a huge amount. In the attached screenshot it is showing amount will be credited tonight and its been 3 nights.

                                    1 month ago we brought a bharat pe swipe machine and it wasn’t working, Your customer person or employee told us to do KYC.We did so then too it wasn’t working.Then your employee asked us for OTP for complaint file and took 1000rs from our account. Please do it as soon as possible or else take your machine back and we are applicable to file a complaint against you in consumer health.
