We I take the pos machine the charges of machine was 1% and from the next the month charge was increase and now it was 2% and company agent was saying when I Purchasing the machine ( accepting payments with Bharat Pe is absolutely FREE!       My self HARI SHANKAR THAKUR owner of ANY TIME LIBRARY got a card swipe machine linked with BANK OF BARODA A/c no:[protected].
      I had done transaction of INR 100000 dated 21/04/2021.
      And transactions INR 60000, INR 40000, INR 67000 dated 04/05/2021.
      With due respect I hadn’t got my any of the above transactions settled yet. In this regard I had given many digital compliants through mobile computer desk.
      And I facing a lot of problems in this situation and can take any wrong step with all my family ones.
      This is the last request and warning to the esteemed company to settle my amount as soon as possible .

        We tried updating bank account details to get settlements since previous bank account has some issues but we are unable to do so. After contacting Bharat Pe executive to rectify the glitch several times also they denied supporting in this matter.

            I am Satish from diamond Infotech, on 19th of May 2021, I have added 41700 in BharatPe investment account, amount got debited from my account and my bank informed me that the payment was made and the amount was paid to beneficiary BharatPe account but from past 20days onwards there no resolution from bharathpe, when ever I call customer care, they telling me that the complaint still in process but from past 20 day I am struggling for they are not responding to me, my bharathpe registered number is [protected], please try to solve this problem.

              I had made a withdrawl of 200000 from Bharat pe investment account and they are not giving it back and in account it is showing zero now. How many times i askcustomer care guys they are saying you'll get your money back. Its been long time now. Can anyone help me in this. Its a huge amount. In the attached screenshot it is showing amount will be credited tonight and its been 3 nights.

                1 month ago we brought a bharat pe swipe machine and it wasn’t working, Your customer person or employee told us to do KYC.We did so then too it wasn’t working.Then your employee asked us for OTP for complaint file and took 1000rs from our account. Please do it as soon as possible or else take your machine back and we are applicable to file a complaint against you in consumer health.

                      May 13th amount was paid to bharathpe issue in the settlement of the qr amount of 30, 000/-. It has been 25 days there is no response whenever I call support there keeps telling me 24 hours for the first two days. Then onwards 48 hours now they started saying 72 hours. I have all the evidence of call recording. I don't have the option to reach management.
                      whenever I request to transfer the call to the manager, they keep the call on hold and no one attends and it gets disconnect.
                      If there is an issue and the transaction got failed there is no system to update the customer and the customer doesn't have option to track on the complaint status. The only option is to call support where we get the response "appoliges, sorry for the trouble, and we will get back in 24 hours." Now June 5th they still not giving my money back.

                          ### SYSTEMS #bharatpe !! FIVE DAYS and 20 calls and even after going by what they said, they are still not giving me 8550/- received by them on 29.05.21 and I have wasted good 20 HOURS talking to them and listening to their nonsense all along. All crap and NO INTENT to resolve!! All the time hiding behind the plea that their system DOES NOT ALLOW this n that and sundry. They are CHEATS, Their investors should callback their money IMMEDIATELY. They are NOT GOING TO SURVIVE with this attitude

                              They are selling machine saying 1% or Zero % charge but they will charge 2.07% and they will not refund the fradulent deductions. Customer Care and support is worst. No one replies. If your money is stuck. You are gone for a Toss.

                                    I am using bharatpe app since Nov ‘19 and also promoting this amongst my circle. When Invoice ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NJTwUpiN8c ) feature ( https://twitter.com/ashneergrover/status/[protected] launched I started using this also, but unfortunately this has been discontinued. I had so many data there, it is incurring me financial loss.
                                    I also asked to customer support center to at least provide me data, but they are denying to provide any data. Please help me

                                    As there are no any laws in India for Data Security, So all the corporates are doing as they want.

                                    while talking to customer care they are saying ki aisa koi service hai hi nahi hamara, maine bola ki apne youtube channel pe uploaded video dekh lijiye to bolte hai hame allow nahi hai youtube check karna, mujhe consumer court me case karna hai kripya koi madad kare, please bahut pareshani se gujar rha hu... agar solution nahi mila to suicide karne k alawa mere paas koi option nahi rhega aur iska jimmedaar ashneer grover aur unki company bharatpe aur unki puri team hogi

                                      Iam vignesh. From Chennai, Tamilnadu, i made a transaction on Bharathpe swipe machine worth (10, 000+10, 000)20, 000 on may 11, but Settlement is pending still today,
