I Kumar Nilabh made a payment through Google Pay of ₹145 to one of shopkeeper using Bharatpe. Amount debited from my account but the shopkeeper could not get the message thus they denied to give product which I made for payment.     महोदय, मैं अर्जुन सोमनाथ क्षिरसागर महाराष्ट्र से हु और भारत पे ऐप्प पर तकरीबन 1 साल मर्चेन्ट हु और पिछले साल से नियमित रूप से भारत पे पर लेनदेन कर रहा हु .. मेरा सिबिल स्कोर 813 है और कोई अन्य ऋण मेरे नाम पर कार्यान्वित नही है परंतू भारत पे पर मेरा लोन अप्लाई नही हो रहा है.. और भारत पे मर्चेंट सपोर्ट पर बहोत बार संपर्क करने के बाबजूद उनकी ओर से कोई भी सहायता नही हो रही है कृपया आपसे विनती है आपके तरफ से योग्य कार्यवाही करके मेरी सहाय्यता करके मुझे न्याय दीजिये

      Mera name nitish shukla h mene bharat pe se 7/01/2021 ko loan liya h par loan ammount abhi tk mere bank account me nahi aaya h..
      Aur me bharat pe ke customer care pr call kar raha to phone nahi lag pa raha h.

        I make a two electricity bill payment on 14, 15 november 2020 total amount is 1860 it shows somthing went wrong. amount is deducted but received till now .
        i also make a complaint on bharatPe Executive they always says please give me 24 - 72 hr to make your problem resolve but almost 60 days but his 72 hrs not completed till now.
        If someone can help to resolve my problem so please help

              Bharatpe swipe machine return and refund

              Address: BADLAPUR, DIST- THANE

              I paid online deposit for swipe machine of rs 5000/ on about 13 th october 2020, a person came and delivered machine on next day, but he could not start the machine saying kyc not done by company and some error issue and he left. Since then i have been calling companies customer care for the swipe machine error. Since 19 nov i am calling the customer care for swipe machine return and refund. In last 50 days i had called them nearly 50 times....

                  I talk customer care before 4 days actually my problem is bharatpr app in not scrol to instan setelment I give 2 time request but not solve my problem n closed my request this is not good service it better service google pay or phnpay service
                  I want instant setelment so I use bharatpe.

                    Hi, I can see BharatPe transactions are getting success from customer side, however amount not crediting to my Bharatpe merchant account. When I collect and give UPI transaction Id only to the BharatPe customer care people, they are crediting the amount immediately. But I didn't collect the UPI Id for few transactions which were success from customer and I don't know them. Is there any way to get the details. I can see the same BharatPe Merchant Id to which they credited. But customer care guys asking only the UPI transaction id. Please advise.

                    I have attached a sample transaction which I did for myself and then contacted them to credit amount and then they did.

                        This is to inform you regarding Shop insurance policy no.4017/[protected]/00. which was buy from Bharat Pay. And insurance company was ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURANCE.
                        When I took policy from Bharat Pay, in category "GARMENT CLOTH SHOP".
                        Now At the time of claim wide claim no. MSC/[protected] From the ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURANCE CO. we get reply that your policy is not covered under "Garment Cloth Shop".
                        NOW PLEASE REPLY OF THE ABOVE MATTER.URGENLY .
                        MY SHOP IS FINISHED IN FIRE.
                        I HOPE POSSITIVE REPLY, FROM YOUR END. HELP ME TO SETTLE MY CLAIM.
                        Please do not forced me to take necessary action.
                        Like to complain in Customer safety foram.
