I'm a bhatat pe customer holds account and my account blocked due to No transactions since 30 days.Because I have closed my bussiness and settilng amounts.In the mean time I have not withdraw the amount from the bharatpe investment account and they blocked the amount. Since Mar 15 th issue is pending contacted several times customer care, chat with agents, they are raising new ticket every time keep on extending it.Several times submitted all the documents.Still it's pending.Pain I'm going through because of this account is unbearable.I have also sent mails to different departments in the bharatpe. I have Rs.1, 16, 000 in the account. please remove the block and settle my amount. Name:PANDIRI LAXMIPRASANNA Vaibhav Laxmirice Traders Ticket Id :13373769 closed and raised other new tickets. Jun 13, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved they themselves transffered the amount saying p2p is having excess funds hence we do not require of it. First any time we can able to withdraw concept they haven't implemented .I have transffered amount in investment account.I'm Unable to understand still why they blocked for 3 months.Not only that I contacted cc several times they were unable to mention particular reason for why have blocked and they were unable to reason.Finally they transffered amount I removed the app from my phone. BharatPe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
