In the given swipe machine getting error PNMPAY_012

Press Enter to Restart or Press cancel to switch off
From the first day I have given complaint about the swipe machine the customer care has not resolved the given complaint query... But in the bharat Pe app the query has been resolved.. But till now not resolved... Please resolve my query or else please Give new bharat swipe.. I will return old swipe..
