BharatPe — Merchant account blocked without any reason

Bharatpe has blocked my firm Bharatpe account with fund around 65k and from 25th of April and even after I have raised around 4 complaints my account is blocked till date and every time I call the customer care they give me a fresh complaint number as the previous one is closed without any resolution and also they give me a fresh resolution date which will be a week from the date I call them.
