BharatPe — money has been deducted from interest account but didn't received in my bank account.

I have transfered 4000rs in my bank account from my bharatpe interest account my amount has been deducted but didn’t recieve my amount in my bank account 4 days has been passed i have also contacted the customer care regarding this on mail but didn’t recieve any solution and also tried to contact on whatsapp there also there is no reply very disappointed fake app please don’t invest your money on this app. Payment was done by me on 1/04/2020 and still waiting for my money.
