BharatPe — New opened swipe machine error pnmpay_012

New swipe machine received giving error pnmpay_012. company customer care just told they will solve. from three days i am wasting my time on calling and online complaint.

I am existing customer of barath pe my swipe machine is not working it is showing PNMPAY_012 device not configured error I have contacted through customer support whenever I call they keep on extending the date by saying our technical team will contact you
