BharatPe — Pos machine charges and mdr rate

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have take a pos machine from bharat pe September during which they have told me that I will be charged a mdr rate of only 1% including gst for a transaction made by a customer if I draw the amount from bharat pe from next day of the transaction date and I will be charged nill if the amount is withdrawn after 15 days of transaction.also they have told me that I need deposit 5000rs as rental fee from which 100rs will be debited every month as rental fee.they have informed me that they will return the deposit amount whenever I wish to return the pos machine if I don't like their service,

I have used it not more than 20 days and without any intimation they have increased the mdr rate to 2.35% and when I called and asked them for the reason behind the increase in mdr rate they didn't give me any reason.inspite of multiple enquiries also they didn't give me any reason.when I placed a request for cancellations they have taken almost 40 days to take the machine and credited me only 4700 into my account.

There is no transparency in their working and no rules or guidelines in issuance of pos machine and no transparency in charging of transactions, I request your take a complaint against them and request you to credit my remaining deposit amount and transaction charging which I have been incurred for me.
