I Ordered Bharatswipe Machine(G2r0w363878) On 9/06/2022(Rana Daliya And Co.)(Reg. Mo No.[protected]) For Rs.7080 (Setup Fees + Life Time Fees) . I Received Machine On 10/06/2022.But Machine Not Able To Work On Same Day. So I Raised Complaint Second Is Started Working And I Done Test Transaction On Which 2% Mdr Charges Are Deducted And Remaining Amount Directly Credited To Bharat Pe Account. So There Is No 45 Days Free Credit Period Provided. I Also Raised Complaint For This Issue. I Talk To Customer Service Rep. He Tell Me Now No Charges Are Deducted Form Now Onwars. I Again Do Test Transaction Again 2%Mdr Charges Deducted . 2% Mdr Deducted As Soon As Transaction Swiped And Not Not Withdrawals. So I Return Device Due To Poor Customer Service And Not Resolution Of My Compliment With 7 Days Return Policy. I Raised Return Request On 13/06/2022 (Received Device On 10/06/2022) Due To Courier Company Delayed Device Was Picked On (16/06/2022) And Quality Check Done On 22/06/2022. Now, Company Denies Refund Of Full Amount Of Rs.7080 On Ground That You Done Two Transaction On Device, This Condition No Where Written At Time Of Purchase . Customer Support Only Tell That You Don't Get Any Amount Of Refund. So Requested To Provide Refund Of Amount . Being Small Trader 7080 Is Big Amount For Me.Please Help Me.
