BharatPe — Settlement pending since 11 may 2021

Iam vignesh. From Chennai, Tamilnadu, i made a transaction on Bharathpe swipe machine worth (10, 000+10, 000)20, 000 on may 11, but Settlement is pending still today,
i called customer care executives many times but they are not answering properly they given only this ticket no 3638477 iam very tired and depressed. how to i claim my money i don't know. Pls help anyone. Thank you. My mail address [protected]@gmail.com
