BharatPe — We have not received the amount transferred via scanning QR code | |||
One of our customer scanned bharatpe QR code for doing transaction at our retail outlet on 03/07/2021 at 6:18pm of an amount of RS.1155/- but the amount is not credited to our account till now. we have also checked the CCTV footage of particular time and date, that customer scanned our bharatpe QR code and did the transaction. customer waited for few days for refund of the amount but the amount has not refunded yet. kindly credit that amount to our merchant account.
