I have been using Airtel broadband for past 14 years. This month all of a sudden date told that I have exceeded my monthly usage no matter I am on unlimited package and reduced my speed to 100 kbps. That too on one single day I was told I have uploaded 3000 GB data. I am not able to use broadband connection at all with this speed. I have contacted customer care and requested for cancellation past four times. Every time they promised me to resolve the issue and closing the case without resolution. The back and team calls back and assigns a network engineer. The engineer sends back telling that there is no issue with the port. And the case gets closed every time. Three engineer was visited and they asked me to get in touch with the billing department. Was this information helpful? |
