Payment not reflected on the app
I have paid the broadband bill through paytm, but it is not reflected on your app, and now i am asked to pay the amount again or my connection will be cancelled.

Unlimited Package and FUP Speed reduction

I have been using Airtel broadband for past 14 years. This month all of a sudden date told that I have exceeded my monthly usage no matter I am on unlimited package and reduced my speed to 100 kbps. That too on one single day I was told I have uploaded 3000 GB data. I am not able to use broadband connection at all with this speed. I have contacted customer care and requested for cancellation past four times. Every time they promised me to resolve the issue and closing the case without resolution. The back and team calls back and assigns a network engineer. The engineer sends back telling that there is no issue with the port. And the case gets closed every time. Three engineer was visited and they asked me to get in touch with the billing department.

Hi my landline number is [protected]. I was informed that connection is available at my location and was asked to make the payment. Later they said they cannot install and asked me to cancel the connection. I called broadband everyday and everyone says no request raised for cancellation and whenever I call they say that since there is no connection active on my account they cannot raise any complaint. What can I do here, please help....

I opted for a new Airtel Xstream Fiber Internet connection on[protected]. I was asked to pay the amount in advance on the application for which I Immediately paid. Even after being promised for the connection on the same day, the team kept on delaying the installation everyday with some reason or other. Till date, there is no response from the team and the connection has not been installed. I request you to kindly look into the matter and get me the refund for the same.

No service, delay in service
My Internet stopped working on 5th September so I raised complaint they it'll get fixed on 6th September at 11:30 am ...but no one came and I didn't get any call from their team so I raised complaint again they told me to wait for next 4hrs ...no one came even after 4hrs tjey didn't even bother to call me ...I called again now they are telling me I have to wait for 24 hrs ...I asked them to remove my connection and refund...they are refusing to give any refunds

I had airtel broadband connection in chennai from May 2020, i had requested for connection shift from chennai to bangalore and it was accepted and all of sudden and several follow up with customer care, they said they will provide connection however past 1 month am not able to get correct details. I had 3 month payment plan, which i used for month remaining months is not re funded and not they are not ready to provide proper connection to us in Bangalore.
I had been lot of mental pressure and no proper communication from customer care in all calls / follow up i made to customer care.
No proper escalation to next level, customer car is communication irrelevant and hiding information and giving wrong commitments to the customer and there is no response call from customer care, every time each and every customer care picks trying to cheat customer with improper message.
It made me to waste time and money from Airtel with poor customer care to cheat the customers.
Inspite of all follow up call there is no response from airtel, kindly requesting to Solve the issue

I have registered a complaint for frequent disconnection issue on 12/07/2021 09:54 AM with reference no[protected] and my complaint is closed by Airtel though my issue was not resolved. Discontinuation issue prevailed later. I faced this issue again on 25/07/2021 for that I have registered a complaint again for frequent disconnection issue on 27/07/2021 08:57 AM with reference no[protected] and my complaint is not resolved by Airtel I have no service since from last 1 week. My account no is[protected]_dsl.

New plan not activated after 5 days of recharge

My airtel xstream fiber 499 rs (588 including gst) plan expired on 25th july and on the same day I did a recharge for plan change of amount 999rs (1179 including gst).
But still after 5 days I haven't got any benefits of the new plan which includes increased speed and access to some ott platforms.
I talked to the the customer service team several times over these past few days all they say is that my order is in pending state at there end and the backend team will call within 4 hours and resolve the issue.
I am attaching photos of successful recharge and the plan which I am being currently offered.

Problem after plan ends

Today(13/7/2021) morning my broadband plan for 1 month 40mbps ends and afterwards i placed an recharge request which was successfully completed but afterwards i waited for almost 1 hour and still there is no internet service provided so i called the executive but he says there are lot of complaints pending so your issue will be solved after 24 to 36 hours. so i want to know what is the problem it occurs every time i recharge the team service is very poor what can i do i have to work i have classes how can we suffer with this problem when there is nothing wrong with my modem just by doing recharge it shows problem please get your team as soon as possible your response way is very bad please give me a solution

Shifting of fiber services within city
Placed shifting request on 1 July and was assured shifting of my fiber services completed mart new place by 11 am next morning. No followup till 10.45 am. When I called customer services no request was there. New request with no.[protected] and complaint (no.[protected] was logged in. 4 hours later a gentleman from escalation team called me and told he has done the needful and services would resume at new place within 24 hours. No calls after that.
I have called Customer services several times a day since then and no representative has an idea what’s going on. Everyone apologises for delay and asks me to wait. Few arranged or promised callbacks within 2-4 hours but no one did that.
I finally got a text on 6th July that my connection would be set back in 24 hours and an engineer would call me during this time. Again nothing. Now today I have got a message that they apologise for the delay in installation of new Airtel Stream Fiber connection, due to current circumstances. It is our priority to get you onboard with our services and our team is working on it. They will keep me informed on this.
Is this a joke? Not able to shift a connection from one house to a different house in the same society within 7 days . I must say it is shameful for a company which is working towards O COMPLAINTS goal.
I NEED COMPENSATION for all the FRUSTRATION, TIME WASTAGE in calling customer services again and again, TALKING TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND EXPLAINING MY SELF EVERY TIME. I had to take off from work because phone hotspot was too slow for me to work on my office laptop. Had to payback by working on my week off. Running back to original location for wifi connection at my daughter’s exam time.
Is there any more reason required for me to be impatient and file this complaint? I have no intentions to pay for this shifting now whether its 100 INR or 1000 INR. Do it for free for me. You guys owe me for number of days I could not use your services. Refund or payback my money and cancel your services to me. I can’t trust you for any future help and have no interest to use your services further.

Airtel Broadband- Pathetic Service- Lying Employees
Its been more than 2 days the broadband is not working. And frequently now a days we are facing problems. When we make a complaint they say re was a problem which is already fixed, and tell us to check if wiring is done properly. But in fact in our society everyone is facing same problem. The tech assistants are lying. I am a working woman and I need wifi for that. My kids need wifi for their classes. And your people are not providing any solution.

Bill Paid but not reflecting in my Airtel account

but it didn't reflected in my airtel account.
i made a complain and submitted txn receipt at airtel still issue not resolved.

Unhealthy modem no landline and unfair data speed
I have the honor to request that I have taken Airtel Fibre on within package of 3 month. This pakage include 100mbps speed data with landline facility and a reliable guaranteed modem.
I have been provided modem which is not unlisted in secure list, not able to handle data processing results repeated disconnection and to be raises multiple queries, which is being unattended practically but resolve on their paper themself.
In the name of pandemic they confirm their excuse but regularly visited nearby my residence for new installation.
In view of above, It is cheated to me, my time, created mental agony and I wants to surrender services which was promised by Airtel but not implemented.
I have requested to the honerable court/Forum to intervene the matter for suitable action.

Airtel fiber no service

Airtel has given connection setups to local vendor just to increase their sales. The issue we face due to this is there is no proper support and no response to my complaint. Worst connection service. I have placed a complaint and they are not picking up the phone and also switched off. This has impacted my job in very bad manner.

I first confirmed on mobile, them went to Airtel store they told me I'll get 100mbps speed but I m it getting 16 Mbps ...when I registered for it an agent came to submit cash n details he also said the same ... After setting up the WiFi via engineer team a message came and they asked for.it the message says "Welcome to Airtel Xstream Fiber! Your Fixedline no. ********* is now active. Your current bill plan details are as below:

Fraud /Cheating
I am having an unlimited data plan on Airtel fiber and after 20days o[censored]sage, I am being told that I have consumed 3333GB of data. How this huge volume of data can be consumed by an individual user? This is a fraud business run by Airtel so that they can sell top-up after claiming that I have consumed 3333GB data.
This is a clear fraud with the customers by claiming customer has consumed thousands of data knowing its a pandemic time and looting customer.

Broadband wrong commitment
Hi All
Be wary of the AIRTEL.
They fool u by saying that they will give Fibre connectivity but in turn give us a normal broadband connection with copper wire. And they assure us with 24 mbps but in realty we get only 15 mbps at times we get around 6 mbps.

Xstream fibre broadband connection not working since October 1 2020

My Airtel xtream broadband is not working properly since 1 Oct. 2020. I complained and they closed my complaint without resolving it. And last week I received a message from airtel that there will be some issues as maintenance is undergoing and it has not worked afterwards till now. I filed a complaint again last week but they are use filthy language and not helping.

Internet not working

Internet for my broadbnd account associated with (land line no.[protected] is no functional since 48hrs. I have called no. Of times but airtel customercare keep ignoring it spoke to technical supervisers bt they are disconnecting or muting call without giving any infotmation.

Advance payment refund Issues.
Cancellation request with the reference number[protected].
I initiated the transfer connection request not disconnection request. The Airtel team has raised the disconnection request forcefully.
You can check your previous details in which I clearly mentioned the transfer connection request from PUNE to INDORE.
I used an Airtel broadband connection for less than one month in Pune City, after that I moved to a different city (Indore). Hence, I have raised transfer request of my existing connection to my new location (Indore) in month of June-2020, but the re-installation of my old connection is not done by airtel team and they have given me new connection with my existing modem(router) in mid – July2020 without informing to me that we are giving you new broadband connection.
After generating a new bill in Aug-2020 month, I get to know that they have given me a new connection. Therefore, it is a mistake done by the Airtel team not from my side.
Hence I am requesting you to please refund my balanced amount which would around 4600rs INR as I have used it for less than one month and raised the transfer existing connection request but its not done from your side. You can refer to my old email and request raised. Please refund my balance as soon as possible.

Airtel broadband connection speed issue. They provide 4 mbps speed and charge for 100 mbps speed.
Recently they changed broadband speed to 40 mbps speed and from that day the internet connection is lost.
Complaint day after day but zero solution. This has been going on for last 6 months. They call me platinum customer and ask questions but end of the day they continue to do what they feel and wish.

Adjustment made incorrectly
I have Airtel Broadband Service sice 27th June 2018 and have Airtel Service valid till 06th April 2021.
Airtel has have charged me Rs 55383.68 for this service or 40 Mpbs speed with unlimted data . Even if I consider taxes, there is adjustment missing of Rs 15000/- approx which Airtel Owes me as they have charged me Rs 1500/- per month for this service as against the advertised amount of Rs 999/- per month
I have requested them to check the adjustment for last 3-4 months. If total Payment I have made is Rs 55383.68 and I have to additional pay Rs 300 for the unlimited data till 06th April 2021. I.e from 06th Aug 2020 to 06th April 2021 i.e next 8 months I will be paying 8 * Rs 300 = Rs 2400/- more.
So total Payment I will be paying around Rs 55383.68 + Rs 2400 = Rs 57783.68 for 41 Months of Airtel Service Start Date :- 27th June 2018 and End Date :- 06th April 2021, 40 MPBS Unlimited data costing me roughly around Rs 1500/- per month.
This monthly amount of Rs 15000/- having a Advance Rental Plan for 40MBS speed is not justifiable when the amount should be around Rs 999/- per month max.
I am losing Rs 15000/- which needs to be adjusted

airtel frequent disconnection and slow internet

I have been complaining from previous month about the frequent disconnection and slow internet issues to airtel. Every time they promise to resolve the issues, but still it remains the same. Technician fools around and always lie and never turn up unless you call airtel hundred times.
I am really unhappy and would not recommend anyone to opt for airtel broadband internet. Please look into this matter.

Broadband money taken not installing

I’ve booked a fiber connection for my residence (675 sector 22B Gurgaon) for the second time and I’ve been denied for the same just because there’s no port available... even though there are 2 ports available (which your technical team said is faulty and will be repaired in 2 days) but it’s been almost a week. I was assured that by 27th your connection will be installed but it’s 1st and now your representatives are saying it on 4th. I was provided with a number of some team leader Dinesh (+[protected]) and he’s not even picking up after I stated my issue. It’s a request that please look into this matter and provide me a solution asap... all my work is stopped thanks to your pathetic mobile service (been complaining about signal issues for the last 8 years on my billing address)

Wrong reminders on bill payment

I have a broadband connection (Airtel)- airtel fixedline id[protected]_kk
I had made the payment for the previous cycle on 7th may-2020.
(Reference number :[protected]; txn id :[protected].
Even the payment details are reflecting correctly in airtel app.
However, i am again getting repeated reminders asking me to make a payment on 28th may. For the ongoing cycle, payment due date should be ideally 7th of june.

I have a broadband connection (Airtel)- airtel fixedline id[protected]_kk
I had made the payment for the previous cycle on 7th may-2020.
(Reference number :[protected]; txn id :[protected].
Even the payment details are reflecting correctly in airtel app.
However, i am again getting repeated reminders asking me to make a payment on 28th may. For the ongoing cycle, payment due date should be ideally 7th of june.
I have sent an email to their customer care but no response yet. Kindly help in getting this issue fixed. I shouldnot be charged extra for no fault of mine.

I have opted for a new broadband connection in mugalivakkam, chennai on 30-march-2020. I was doing an online payment for which the session has timed out and the amount of rs: 5232/- was debited. Hence, i've made a second transaction which was successful. The representative told me that the money which was deducted the first time would get reflected automatically. Today is 04-may-2020, my money is still missing. Customer support doesn't respond. I do not know how to get the money back. The representative keeps telling to wait since one month.

We have booked For Broadband connection on 21 March 2020 and they promised us that they will connect it by 23 March 2020 but today is 24 March 2020 and we are not receiving any connection, also the agent is not picking up our call, We had already 2068 amount.

new connection

Hi, i raised a request for new connection and after 3 days of continue fooling of customer that they are coming to install the connection now they are saying there is no feasibility, earlier they said feasibility is there and document too collected. Airtel is making customers fool and also the behavior of person is very rude. I don't need airtel connection now and never use any airtel product in my life worst service.

non installation of broadband after payment and rude behavior of salesman

I had applied for airtel broadband at solace park, pune from a salesman with contact no [protected] and [protected] for the plan of 799 with 100 mbps speed. The salesman promised that broadband will be installed in 2 hours. He offered a six monthly plan which i accepted and paid it through online link. However, the connection could not be installed even after 2 days. Even the message which i received was changed twice, first with a speed of 40 mbps and then 18mbps. I tried to call the salesman but he blocked my number, i called both the numbers but my number was blocked. I called him from another number and asked why he blocked it and told him to return my payment, which he said rudely that will return after one week. I feel that i am being cheated by airtel. Please tell airtel to reimburse my payment of rs 5232 which i paid for six month broadband planincluding gst.
