[Resolved] Bharti Axa — advantage elite | |
Dear team, I had taken advantage elite policy in year 2018 but commitment by agent was all false which i got to know when i visited bharti axa malad branch. It was my bad luck that i visited after my free look up period and i had already made payment of 1.25lacs (Full premium). Policy no:[protected] Bharti head salesmanager (Vijay gaitonde) and shubham surana suggested do one you take new policy in next year and we will adjust previous year policy amount with this new policy. Now after year i'm getting call from bharti axa to pay premium of my 1st policy or else it will go in lapse state. Now i just with bharti and go to know it is in lapse status.
