advantage elite

Dear team,

I had taken advantage elite policy in year 2018 but commitment by agent was all false which i got to know when i visited bharti axa malad branch. It was my bad luck that i visited after my free look up period and i had already made payment of 1.25lacs (Full premium).

Policy no[protected] k. Nageswararao dob[protected]. Primium rs52133-31 was paid on 8-8-20 by sbi internet banking. But ihave not received conformation from you. Premium due date 22-8-20 pl do the needful.

    I have purchased a tvs jupiter grande from tvs bhagwati shakti (Behlolpur noida). After 1 year i gone bhagwati shakti to renew my insurance because my insurance was broken and then bharti axa broker has completed renewal. And at the time of claiming they blaiming me that pre inspection has not been completed at time of renewal of insurance.
    So i wanna to know is that customer job or bharti axa agent.

      My name is satya prakash (Policy number[protected] this is regarding complaint against some commitments by bharti axa employee at the time to giving policy which has not fulfilled yet (Six months passed)

      This policy has been issued by rakesh kapoor (An employee of bharti axa), below are the commitments/ promised done by him on behalf of bharti axa:-

      1. Receiving of 10% cash back if payment done yearly - so i made payment of 36000 as annual payment but didn’t received cash back amount yet. Did many follow up with him but no still waiting..

      2. Mr rakesh kapoor advised to make payment through credit card which he will convert in emi later on but unfortunately due to mishappening in family of his senior they forgot and resulted i charged whole amount by bank.

      3. I discussed same with him and his senior (Mr. Anil) they advised me to take loan and make payment to bank and they will get interest reimbursement by bharti axa. So i taken loan and made payment and sent statement of interest paid by me to mr rakesh through whatsapp and he given me assurance that i will receive whole reimbursement (10% cash back + interest charges by bank) as they were omitted to convert emi.

      4. But now it’s been 6 months passed after conversation with him but i am still waiting for those cash back and reimbursement.

      5. As i didn’t commitments fulfilled, i raised complaint in bharti axa complain department but didn’t get support.

      6. However, after raising complaint, he called me again promised that if i will get back my complaint he will fulfill his promises. Again it was another fake promise by him.

      7. Main point company is not taking any action against such employees who do many promises just to sell policies, might it is advised by company to do so.

      I have tried to connect with mr. Rakesh kapoor through whatsapp but he saw messages but didn’t reply

      Tried to connect through call but couldn’t.

      So now i am disappointed with this experience with bharti axa as since begging facing issues again and again... And non of issue been resolved (Only verbal commitment by them to resolve but no action by them).

      So can you please look into this matter and help me?

      I didn’t received further response from anyone if they are helping me and taking action against the employee who did fake promises on bahalf of Bharti AXA.

      However by doing such things they may loose many customers (future prospects) and trust.

        Sir i had purchased two policies in 2011. One policy was surrounded in 2016 and i got it's payment through online immediately. But one employee of their office took all the records of both policies and i was told that in year 2021feb. I will get the amt. Rs34000/- and your insurance will continue. But i'm getting many calls from company since 2020. And i'm being asked to come to amritsar branch to claim remaining amt but my policy will be completed in2021. I went to amritsar branch on 5.3.2020 with my husband and inquired about my policy. But the manager present their told me that you have already surrendered your both policies in 2016. And asked me to submit the documents immediately. His behaviour was very rude and mentally harrasing us. He force us to do signature on a blank page. Because of this incident me and my family suffering very shocked. I asked him to show my signature where i surrendered my policy then he say one of our employee whose not working now in our company sign himself in your policy. Thats not my fault. If i was surrendered my policy why not give my payment online in feb 2016. You are requested to plz look in to the matter and inquire about it and do needful justice to me. Thanks

          I had purchase a policy elite advantage
          Where the agent told to give me loan against policy from mahindra finance.
          1 policy was generated of rs.50000/- & COVID POLICY-30000/- after that they make a call to take an other policy for noc.

          The agent told me not to give loan while u get policy for noc.

          At the time of policy broker told me the 30 days free look period for cancellation but after noc call doubt created and i make a call to bharti axa customer care they guide me to go to nearest branch. When i visited there and discuss with their people, they straight forward no to cancel the policy after 30 days free look period.

          From my registered email id i sent a mail for canceling the policy on dt.24.01.2020 but still no reply.

          If bhartia axa is using such cheap tricks just to generate policy than i swear i will take this to worst level.
          Now i want't bhratia axa to cancel my policy without any money getting debited from it.

              Health insurance claim was rejected due to a policy stating that the diagnosis was GERD, but the health issue still persists and the doctor advised for admission without knowing GERD. Knowledge of GERD as one of the underlying causes was not known.

                I am writing this email to clarify the ncb claim matter on the following:

                - i sold my 9 year old hyundai i20 car on 10-mar-2020 and bought a new kia seltos car on 12-mar-2020. (The old car was sold to kia showroom dealer and a stamped sale receipt is obtained but the name transfer is not yet done).
                - the insurance (New india assurance co) for my old car was valid till june 26, 2020 and had ncb of 50%.
                - to avail the 50% ncb on the insurance (Bharti axa) for the new car, i produced a ncb certificate from new india assurance.
                - now, bharti axa is providing ncb only from the date of expiry of old policy (June 26, 2020) and not from the actual policy date of 12-mar-2020.

                The clarification i need is if i have the stamped sale receipt of my old car and ncb certificate from old insurance company, am i not eligible for ncb claim from the actual policy date for the new car.

                  I had renewed my activa insurance amounting of rs 1947.00 on 1st June 2020.
                  For which i haven't received any policy copy not even acknowledgement from them, this is really a poor service for a existing customer. Am fed up of continuous follows up and now they are not responding for my query. I need my money to be refunded at the earliest. I request concern people to take necessary action against my query. Even after paying in advance, I am frequently receiving message from bharti axa to renew my policy before it's expiry date I.e. 12th June 2020.

                  After 2weeks of doing payment i am frustrated by bharati axa.

                  I have all the attachments, you can see how they are cheating customers.

                    Dear all,

                    My name is dr. Ramesh chand prajapati, few months back i had applied a loan (8 lac) to aditya birla capital and provide all required documents to respective agent. Agent was given assurance me for loan will be approved but first of all you have to buy insurance policy.
                    After buying insurance policy he called me "sir your loan has been approved but as per our company rules that you have to buy one more policy otherwise your loan and your policy will discontinue".
                    Then again buy second policy, after deduction of policy amount through my account the agent was stop to call me and received my call.

                    I tried to call him since long time but he has not picking up the call or switch of his phone.

                    I lost my rs 1, 00, 000/- with fake commitment. I did not receive any loan amount yet.

                      I'm contacting bharti AXA management but they are saying this is not our concern contact with this person, then again that person is saying I'm not the concerned person.                         Last year i had taken a policy from bharti axa goregaon titanium bank which i had paid almost 55k. Then i went and paid tehw quarterly around 14 k as had told them from the next year i will not make yaerly, but quarterly payment. Iam being told that your policy has relapsed though i had gone there and met the same person whose name was mr sable apparently who has been chucked out of the job as his no is not answering i have complain t about this issue to you as well ar irda. Neither complaint has been looked through and neither any definite test been done for me to get my moeny back so am really unhapppy about this fact.

                            not allowing to update bank account details for receiving maturity payouts

                            As per s ms from vm-baxali tried to update bank account details online, to receive policy no.[protected] payouts on account of maturity, on the given web site but it was not productive for the unknown reasons.
                            Attempts to register for log-in (Even as a new user) failed miserably. Messages keep coming that check mail box. However not a single time there was any message in my mail box ([protected]@gmail.com)...

                            Smc insurance broker pvt ltd persons are making fool not cancelling the policy,

                            (Smc insurance brokers pvtltd) broker code 062481, staff is calling and saying without them no one have power to cancel the policy, even ceo of axa bharti have no power to cancel my policy. Now all person are start calling those who call me when purchase...

                            Address: Sector 34, Chandigarh, Chandigarh, Punjab, 160030

                            I had a car accident in feb 2020 while i was going towards solan, himachal pradesh in my car. Registered in chandigarh, india.
                            We met with an accident and hit the rocks on the left side. The car was damaged from the left and middle part of the bumper fell down after banging to the rocks on the road. The tyre also got punctured.
                            We changed the tyre and came back home the same day.
                            The whole scene was reported to the insurance company ie bharti axa sector 34, chandigarh. We took the investigator to the place where the accident occurred as we didn’t have any pics to show at that moment. The advisor agreed we were asked to wait till they pass the insurance. Over the time. They kept delaying the process. And have been asking us irrelevant questions. They haven’t passed the insurance. We have suffered almost 2 months of harassment from the company. They are treating us in a really unprofessional way. The advisor is rude and comes up with a new excuse everytime. This is high time someone actually responsible take some action. Please look into the matter as it has been really long.
