This is bhanu prasad rao i. Holding the policy number[protected]. I have taken this policy in october 2017. Till now i have not received my bond. The agent (Pradeep) has told me that with in 10-15 days after i paid the amount i will receive the amount rs.25000. I have paid 53, 000 (Apprx) in october 2017. But till now i have not received any amount. I want my promised amount rs.25000 or cancel the policy and provide me my rs.53, 000 back. What ever the agent promised me i have already recorded and i am trying to file a case in consumer court on bharathi axa for entertaining such frauds (They also blocked my number). Same issue happend with 2 more persons who are also ready to file a case along with me. This is my last attempt to get my either amount (25k or 53k).

I paid my car insurance renewal premium on 3rd augustthrough a link they sent online and am waiting for policy document ever since. They have given me a complaint number which is 1571495.

Their toll free line sucks. When one dials the option 3 meant for complaints there is complete silence and no one answers, their chat section on the website is also very bad. They just say dial toll free number which does not work.

I got a call from executive (Bhavika-mumbai) of bharti axa to renew car policy but they will tell you about policy and will say, you will get eod after payment, they know that policy is getting expired today but it's not truth. They will decide to generate a policy at least 3 -5 working days then also not confirmed and nobody will not respond you because you have made payment but it's for other companies like, bajaj, reliance etc. Other companies will generate your policy instant after payment..

This is aarti mitun soni here, today i have complain regarding to company insurance department representative, first of all i have damage in the car and i had visit to modi hyundai vasai east and your representative was giving irrelevant guidance and his name is mr. Sharad and was least interested to interact with me and even he not having time for customer. Is this type of services do you give to your customers? Please this is my humble request to you please take action towards this issue. Thank you

Bharti Axa person called and came over to my place to sell Elite Advantage policy.

It was said that if you pay Rs 1 Lac per annum for 12 years then you get Rs 22 Lacs after 12 years. Alternatively you get Rs 1.1 Lacs p.a. as pension starting from 13th year till death or you can take Rs 1.1 Lacs till whenever you want and then take back Rs 22 Lacs during closure of the policy.

Now after the receipt of the policy...

We are from a agriculture insurance company We have insured the some farmer from uco bank gaya and we need some query regarding premium debit transaction number but The main branch gaya is not taking call, we are dailing on this number: [protected] from our number [protected].

I need your help please
I have been fooled in the name of bharti axa to get loan from hdfc bank.

I got a call from Piya[protected] as she said she is calling from hdfc bank & offered me loan of 10 lac rupess on 0 % interest.
First she call me from land line Then to just creat trust she called me from mobile number [protected] as she said its my personal number u can directly call me on this number.
she said i am from hdfc bank & we are giving you personal loan but for that u need to take BHARTI AXA POLICY(ELITE ADVANTAGE). of 1 Lac repuees.
Once u will get this policy we will keep this policy as security & we will give you 10 lac rupees on 0 % interest
I paid 1 lac rupees for this policy she said once u will get policy paper withing 72 hours your loan will be disburse..
she was very good in manipulate conversation i asked her what if i pursached this policy n dont get loan then she said within 15 days u can cancel it u will get full refund..
But after paid n got my policy paper she made me fool for 15 days she has given his senior number his name was AMIT (+[protected].
I called him as asked for loan he said sir as you know in MUMBAI shindhiya house got fire we have some tax paper over there which we need to get sign from there bt due to fire its not poosible.
he said withing 7 days your work will be done. After 7 days when i called him he said we have some GST prblm. once it will sought it out ur loan will be disburse..

Please sir HElP me out with this Mental Troma. I paid my 1 LAC rupees.I borrow it managed to paid. now they are not answering & when i called bharti AXA for cancellation they said its more den 15 days we cant do this. Any how with lots of effort i managed to get who was agent for this policy.. i got to know SMC kolkata is agent code for this.

SIR please I dont want this policy AS i just took it coz they said they will give me 10 lac rupees loan on 0% interest But nothing happend.

I filed a claim against Bharti Axa private car policy no I2303527 for damage caused to my vehicle TATA ZEST by another TATA ACE small truck on 27/06/2018 . insurance surveyor's assessment for claim is inconsistent with the nature of damage caused inspite of physical verification. Request a factual assessment against the claim lodged and diagram attached.

I was telling that I have never purchased any policy from Bharti Axa in 2013. She was very rude behavior. She used unprofessional language and disconnect call. I would like that please train her how to speak with a customer. She is not in right profession because she has not patience.

My father have taken the above policy in b.axa during year 2012. Some fraudulent activities of the company further amount not paid. Requested them to repay the amount but they have not done it. Now in may you may take 3 policies one in the name of Exide naattu insurance others in b.axa insurance.accodingly Rs.37750+10500+8750 all the three policies received. Now their phone calls are switched of or does not exist. So I am too much afraid of their activities. I've two policy with bhartiaxa..[protected],[protected]..

Where i've been cheated from bhartiaxa agents ms. Kashish mishra contact no.: +91-[protected] (From branch: videocon tower karolbagh).

I've only taken 2nd policy because she told that i'll get some refund every month for the policy i've taken before financial year closing.. I can't afford to pay such a big amount near 1lac now...

Please help me to close one policy & get my money back... I've all call recording with me which i can share as an evidence.. She also miss communicate me so that i'll not know the truth.. Because i was new in taking policy from bhartiaxa so i was not aware about the terms & conditions..

Being an employee of the establishment with employee. Id 39609 now want to withdraw my pf and pension but the company is not giving a helping hand. I sent them many e-mails but they are not telling me the actual procedure how to withdraw it. I requested the company's hr department to help me but they don't seem to be serious about my issue.

Years bharti axa company not support me after many time i call and complaint online for that bharti axa agent fraud with me and forged my sign but bharti axa company not support so pls don't force me to use abuse language or go on social media with abuse language so refund my money it's my hardworking money policy no[protected]

I have taken the above policy in b. Axa during the year 2012. I have approached so many times for surrender but they have not obliged it. During the lost month they have urged to take additional policy in exide batary insurance and b. Axa insurance polices then only your above policy surrender value will be paid to you. Accordingly as per their guide lines i have taken three policies one from exide batary (No.[protected] b. Axa[protected] and other one not yet received. I belive them and paid rs. 37750+10500+8750 for the three policies. Today i phoned them nobody taken some phones are inoperative. I am too much worried and believe they are cheating me. I request you kindly register a complaint and take action against them and make arrangement to get the paid amount.
