    i have applied for your bharati axa elite advantage life insurance policy through an agent namely moumita chakraborty, mobile no. [protected]. Policy term was for 12years, premium payable for 7years. Premium of rs. 60, 000/- was paid through bank of badoroda chq. No. 533173 which was duly cleared on 04/01/2016. Nearly some 53 days have passed, neither have i receive the policy bond nor any communication from them. I have made a number of calls to that person through whom i have enrolled the policy. No positive response is received from her. Therefore, i am left with no alternative but to raise the complain in your forum. Please look into.

    Till date I have neither received the insurance bond from Bharati Axa Insurance ltd nor have I received back my payment of Rs.60000/- paid through Bank of Baroda Cheque as discussed earlier. even no communication is deceived from customer support of Bharati AXA. Please they may be intimated about the latest position of my complain.

          I have taken a car insurance & registered the claim on 21st Jan'16 & till 28th I have not received any call from them. Post continuous follow up they aligned the survey on 2nd Feb'16. Post survey they didn't provide the approval to the service center (Delhi Ford Vasant Kunj). Now they are pretending & not providing the approval for complete damage.

            My ct 100 in dickel black& blue colour was theft from manesar kasan road bhagvati traders .Bike was insured with Bharti axa genral insurance company.I submit all the documents like FIR, Insurance copy, FR, NCRB, ID Proof, Driving Licence . Now insurance company refused to give claim because of bike registration is theft date not inculed delay intimation in their office.My bike was theft on 13/10/2015. i went to their office . Office member says that your application will be submited after naka bandi report of manesar police station.I got that report on 14/11/2015.Then my application was submited in insurance office .At that time they did not say any thing about this.This is with reference to the policy no as mentioned in the subject line, I need to know the complete status/release of the claim amount. Case History : As far as the matter is concerned, my bike (Vehicle No HR26CR7148) was theft in the night of 12/10/2015. Due information was made to the local police station and a complaint was lodged. there was a certain delay in registration of FIR but that was not purely from our end, It was a legal delay as stated to me by the ploce official. Information about the lost of vehicle was also reported to the Branch Office : . As the legal formalities were taking time, we had duly made visits to the branch office and was given assurance that let the court issue the FR and asked me to submit the same, thereafter the claim amount will be released on priority. I was also assured that the policy will not lapse and will reopen once i submit the FR copy duly issued by court. Now its been almost a year, since I have submitted the FR copy but there is no such speedy process of the claim amount. My repeated attempts to receive the claim amount end with a status "POLICY CLOSE PROCESS". Am in receipt of letter as attached asking me to furnish replies (1. Why the bike was parked in the open ? 2. Was the bike guarded or not ? 3. NCRB Report (Latest Updated) ? ) First of all I would like ask few questions to you officials. 1. Where were these questions when the lost of bike was reported and the case was under judicials ? 2. Entire case has been investigated by the police officials and the proper FR is being issued by the honourable court, then how come I am answerable for all these questions ? 3. Could anyone in the system justify why the delays happening in the legal formalities ? All I can say is that my father has visited the branch office and submitted entire set of documents as asked by the branch officials for claim process, and would like to receive the claim amount at the earliest. Also would request you to update when am I supossed to submit bank details for the release of claim amount. Please do not process the claim amount in the account no from which the ECS of the policy was getting processed.he was not claim pas the reason of not registration my bike but registration is properly registerd.give me my money in this claim.

                I have bought child Advantage policy plan ( Policy No:[protected] from Bharathi Axa life Insurance on 20 Nov 2015. I have paid Rs. 11000/- for that.                     I have purchased Medical Insurance for my family and my Father. I have paid for the both Insurance on 13.02.2015. I have received insurance for my family(Policy No. Q0074833). But for my father (Mr.A.Balakrishnan AGE 65), they conduct medical test; but not yet received the policy. I have complained many a times. No positive reply and they have closed the complaint without solving the issue.                       Hi Team, I have taken insurance policy from AXA (policy # [protected] & [protected]), the premium paid for these two policy are Rs. 2500.02 & Rs.494.00 In Dec 2015 AXA deducted Rs.3583.67 instead of Rs.2994.02 from my HDFC bank on 05/Dec/2015 because of which my account went into minus balance. I spoke to AXA customer care team was informed that it was due to some technical issues however it did not stop at this AXA recredited this money back on 05/Dec/2015 and once again charged my account on Rs.2, 006.23 on 09/Dec/2015 For no fault of mine AXA charged me a fine of Rs.400.75 on 15/Dec/2015. On 18/Dec/2015 I had a discussion with the AXA team and was given same reason that it was technical issue which was a lame excuse because the system can’t fault more than once 18/Dec/2015 - They charged my account twice with Rs.493.79 and recredited back because of which my HDFC a/c went into negative balance again 01/Jan/2016- AXA with my permission charged my account Rs.642.89 and charged another Rs.215.86 on 04/Jan/2016 AXA has misused the ECS facility by charging premium which is more than the authorized amount resulting in negative balance. I spoke to HDFC bank and they informed me that this will impact my CBIL ratings. I want AXA to compensate me for the mess they have created and also compensate the monetary loss and send a letter to me and HDFC Bank that it was mistake from AXA's end which resulted in negative balance

                          Motor claim rejected by bharti axa gi: this is regarding the motor claim (F0765379/c0926416) that i have raised with bharti axa for my flood-damaged hyundai i10 sportz at car (Tn11y4780). But the claim has been rejected on the ground that the insurance has not been transferred to my name (2nd owner) though the rc has been transferred. Below is the mail from the grievance cell of the insurance company who just repeated the reason given in the attached claim report – the rc transfer was done on 6-nov which gave me ample time to proceed with the insurance transfer, but i failed, before the early december flood that damaged the car. Hence the claim stands rejected. But i didn't get the updated rc on 6-nov and the unprecedented rains in the second half of november and the floods kept me from applying for the insurance transfer. Here are the details.


                          The actual date when the rc with my name was issued: the updated rc carries the date 6-nov, because it's the general practice in all rtos in chennai to mention the date of application on the rc and not the date when it's handed over to the applicant. Due to diwali holidays (10th november) and the torrential rains (13th november onwards) and the subsequent floods which continued till 17th nov the rto (Chennai [west], kk nagar) handed over the updated rc only on 19th nov. The rto is located at the low lying area and was inundated both by the rain waters in mid-november and by the surplus waters released from the chembarambakkam lake in early december.

                          Why i couldn't apply for insurance transfer: residing at jafferkhanpet as you can see in the rc, the neighboring locality to the rto and closer to the adyar river, our house was marooned in flood waters from chembarambakkam lake and me and my family had to move to our relatives house till the flood water receded. And having received the updated rc on 19-nov i didn’t have enough time to apply for the insurance transfer before another unprecedented rain spell in chennai starting from 30-nov which led to floods not just in my locality but almost half of chennai.

                          How am i supposed to apply for the insurance transfer amidst two heavy rain spells and floods which caused extensive damage to all my household properties (My house was completely submerged) including my car? And worse i'm expected to pay out of my pocket to repair the car though it's insured and bharti axa collected the premium money. What's the insurance for if the insurer denies to pay for the service the flood - affected car rightly deserves? Also i am of the opinion that since it’s not a road accident caused by the negligence of the driver and the car covered by the insurance has been damaged by the natural calamity, the insurer, if genuine and true to their mission, should pay the damage.

                          Past similar cases: there have been cases in the past where such claims (Involving damage to vehicle before the insurance transfer was effected) were paid though rejected initially by the insurer after being instructed by the consumer complaint redressal courts. Similarly i request justice in my case too so i could save at least my car though i lost everything else in the recent floods.

                          Case 1
                          “if the transferee fails to move an application for transfer of vehicle within 14 days it will not mean that the insurance policy has become invalid, mere validity on the part of the transferee to intimate the insurance company with regard to the transfer within the prescribed period of 14 days will not exonerate insurance company from its liability, ” the forum said.

                          Case 2
                          “the insurance policy cannot be transferred till the rto's transfer formalities are completed.”
                          “the forum relied on a national commission judgment in the case of narayan singh v/s new india assurance [iv (2007) cpj 289 (Nc)], where it was observed that it was highly deplorable on the part of the insurance company to take undue advantage... A circular issued by the general insurance company stating that on transfer of a vehicle, the insurance automatically gets transferred in favour of the purchaser.”

Hence the claim stands rejected. But I didn't get the updated RC on 6-Nov and the unprecedented rains in the second half of November and the floods kept me from applying for the insurance transfer. Here are the details. The actual date when the RC with my name was issued: The updated RC carries the date 6-Nov, because it's the general practice in all RTOs in Chennai to mention the date of application on the RC and not the date when it's handed over to the applicant. Due to Diwali holidays (10th November) and the torrential rains (13th November onwards) and the subsequent floods which continued till 17th Nov the RTO (Chennai [West], KK Nagar) handed over the updated RC only on 19th Nov. The RTO is located at the low lying area and was inundated both by the rain waters in mid-November and by the surplus waters released from the Chembarambakkam lake in early December. Why I couldn't apply for insurance transfer: Residing at Jafferkhanpet as you can see in the RC, the neighboring locality to the RTO and closer to the Adyar River, our house was marooned in flood waters from Chembarambakkam lake and me and my family had to move to our relatives house till the flood water receded. And having received the updated RC on 19-nov I didn't have enough time to apply for the insurance transfer before another unprecedented rain spell in Chennai starting from 30-nov which led to floods not just in my locality but almost half of Chennai. How am I supposed to apply for the insurance transfer amidst two heavy rain spells and floods which caused extensive damage to all my household properties (my house was completely submerged) including my car? And worse I'm expected to pay out of my pocket to repair the car though it's insured and Bharti Axa collected the premium money. What's the insurance for if the insurer denies to pay for the service the flood- affected car rightly deserves? Also I am of the opinion that since it's not a road accident caused by the negligence of the driver and the car covered by the insurance has been damaged by the natural calamity, the insurer, if genuine and true to their mission, should pay the damage. Past similar cases: There have been cases in the past where such claims (involving damage to vehicle before the insurance transfer was effected) were paid though rejected initially by the insurer after being instructed by the consumer complaint redressal courts. Similarly I request justice in my case too so I could save at least my car though I lost everything else in the recent floods. Case 1 “If the transferee fails to move an application for transfer of vehicle within 14 days it will not mean that the insurance policy has become invalid, mere validity on the part of the transferee to intimate the insurance company with regard to the transfer within the prescribed period of 14 days will not exonerate insurance company from its liability, ” the forum said. http://www.hindustantimes.com/chandigarh/insurance-claim-bajaj-allianz-fined-rs-...                                 Yesterday morning 16/12/2015 a person name Rajib to calling me on mobile that I have win Rs 3, 50, 000 and give me a file no ADA00481 after that he say the payment send me by a draft through The Bharti axa life Insurance co. also he told me that provide my doc. such as passport photo along with Pan voter id proof also a cancel cheque and Rs.25, 000/ cheque in favor of Bharti axa life insurance . At afternoon Another person calling me that he is a manager of bharti axa name Mr.Sandeep Gupta mob.[protected] after inquire he told the relevant doc.send to him as soon as possible

                                  I applied for new car policy with Bharti Axa and made them payments online on their website post payments they didnt even send me the acknowledgment for the payments and neither shared the policy. I have written several time to all the leadership of Bharti Axa including Deepak Iyer, CEO, Kiran Jayaraj, Customer service, Sanjay Kumar, Rajgopal and many other executives but none of them are even acknowledging my mail. I am in big issue as I cant go and take policy from any other service provider as they have taken the payments which I doubt they will refund neither they are giving the policy, If in this period God forbid something happens to car I dont know who will be responsible. I shared all details of my payments with them and sending it here too for reference: Bank Transaction detail: Premium INR 11666 transferred on 5th Nov.                                   I am a licensed insurance agent and social worker/Activist and could help you to resolve, if by now its not done yet.

                                  Pls email me with above details in post and anything else, however refund will be possible only if a policy is not issued yet. If policy issued but you were not intimated, then it could be a long affair of approaching consumer court as currently Ombudsman is useless as a front of insurers and we are trying to change this (will take time).

                                  I have make payments (online) for Rs 3564.00(double payment i.e 3564.00 twice) on 01 sep 20 for renewal of my car insurance . Still my car not getting renewed and extra payment (double payment made erroneously ) not been returned by them .

They said policy is given to you after renew 3 working days you have received soft copy mail to me and Original copy in 7 working days sending to me. I have not received my soft copy and original copy . i am calling there they said every days the end of the day you have received your policy i am calling 10 to 12 time and they giving same answer every days
