I have bought Bharti AXA Life Elite Advantage Plan in the month of Jan-22, before that one of your customer execute called me to buy this plan byu providing false options of the benefit, I only came to know this when I reached I contacted the Support Team, below are the false promised made by them.

1. I would get a total of 28L post the policy & I can completely get the 28L in bulk post 12th year.
2. I would get Cashback when paid through Credit Card / EMI
3. If I make the payment within 2 days, I'm eligible for a cashback.

The 2 culprits whom I talked to are:

Sold By : IIFL INSURANCE BROKERS

So these are the miss statements given by Bharti AXA

    BHARATI AXA'sFraud Agent Contact Number[[protected], [protected]]

    The Fraud Agent from Bharati Axa told that this policy will be covered under Tax 80D, and he has been told that I will get 55% refund of the policy amount if i paid before April end of 2022 this is the reason i have purchased this policy

    There are two person who spoke to me [Mohith and Siddharth] he had informed that the refund amount will be credited to our account within 10 days.
    When i asked to provide the Bharati Axa ID for the Agent they have sent some unknown person ID
    And After 15 days once the Policy audit call is done from Bharti axa he is not answering the call.

    Then later i come to know all the information he as provided is fraud information
    I have attached the WhatsAPP Comminication which he showed as this policy it comes under 80D

    Please take action of this two people [Mohith and Siddharth] if not they will do fraud to as many customers like me.

    Bharti Axa Please cancel my policy and return back my amount which i paid for policy or else I would like to take this to consumer court its completely fraud, ..

    Other People Please be careful from this type of Bharathi Axa Agent they will go to any extend to attract customer and make them to buy the policy by misguiding to customers

      Plan Name: *Elite Advantage Plan*
      on 3rd of June 2022 via credit card, and on 5th of June 2022, my bank has been debited the same premium amount again.
      Please return the amount to my bank account.

        I have also attached some of the WhatsApp communication.

        This is to inform you that I have been cheated and misinformed regarding one of the policies by your agent. I have been told that I will get a 50% refund of the policy amount if paid before February end of 2022 and which is the reason I have purchased the policy.

        The person's name is Mohit and he had promised me that there will be a refund within 20 days. I had called him after 20 days but he said he is hospitalized. I have attached the WhatsApp communication that happened between him.

        Please ensure to take some action on this or I will take this to consumer court. This is completely a fraud by Bharti Axa and I will not blame the agent who has given such authority.

                    Fake policy returns by Bharti axa

                    Bharati Axa sales team promise fake returns which are not present in the policy document. Even after buying the policy they are unable to show where the specific items are mentioned in the document. Now I want to close this policy, non of the agents are receiving phone call or helping to resolve issues. I also visited pune main branch but they don't haven't registered a complents. Bhari axa is really selling fake policies and fooling customers....

                        Bharti Axa Agent Ganesha from Mumbai has sold this plan to me saying that you will get cashback of premium You can withdraw amount anytime after 3 years with accumulated but now they are telling me you will get only 30 40 on surrender and rest all will be taken by company what a ### life insurance plan is that Is it for eating CUSTOMER money your sales agent doing fraud like this from first year of premium please refund the amount 100% asap?
                        Please don't sell products by trapping CUSTOMERs and without telling them that you need to pay full policy term.
                        Also if they exit or surrender in between they will get only 40% amount?

                        Please never buy any plan from Bharti XA. you will get lots of fraud calls and follow ups. Also they dont have any good insurance plans they are just trapping the person.

                          I am the customer of your service since more than five years, my sim No was not detecting as such your airtel shop has charged Rs 100 Rupees against a new sim, where as I received a msg to my another mobile that the maximum 25 rupees should be collected along with service charges, why this discrepancy is happening? please take notice of the same and revert back to my No [protected], unless my complaint is sorted out I shall file a "consumer complaint " for "deficiency of services" "cheating the consumers" at the appropriate consumer forum

                            I have purchased a Term insurance policy of Bharti AXA on[protected] after completing All the procedures and 20 days they denied it stating they stopped issuing online policy through their official website and on[protected] they sent meail to buy it through policybazaar, based on that e-mail same day i bought it through policybazaar and completed all the procedures. Again After completing 40 days they sent a Mail stating that they stopped the term plan and it kept for cancellation hence it will be refunded.
                            Because of their deficiency of service I need to pay approximately 5000 per annum over the next 48 years ( it comes to Rs 240000) and cab charges of Rs 8000 for undergoing the medical test.

                              I have already contacted bharti axa many times but no concrete information was shared from bharti axa side. Mis selling was done with me and as per the policies I am unable to find the details of scammers(third party telemarketing team) still I am searching for the same. In documents shared by bharti axa handle I got to know that My financial advisor is Pooja Sharma having mob No. [protected] but this no. Is not active since this policy is taken, so what you shared you also unknown about it. You are just helping them to sell your policies with mis selling tactics.
                              These are the two other phone no. By whom I was contacted many times to sell the product but both fraudulent are not picking the call as they have done their part and now you are alone to protect them:

                                I have submitted my post hospital documents to Raksha Pune, Maharashtra office on 17 Jan 2022.

                                DR appointment was 10 th Jan 2022 for regular process attached DR perception for reference but due to shortage of medicine on market . I have purchased balance medicine to another city but purchase medicine invoice date is after 60 days from date of Discharge i.e 15 th Jan 2022 ( discharge date :-14 Nov 2021) .So Raksha TPA team has rejected my pharma bill amount 2632/- Request to please approve the pharma bill also and paid to me ASAP . I have attached my claim all supporting documents for your reference .

                                My refund till date not yet recd . They said sum payment error in system
