Dear team,
I have mailed many times and submit my complaints.but nothing happned.i have mailed to service unit and complaint unit.but my problem is still unsolved.my salary is on hold please update my pan status as resigned on irda portel.as i have resigned and got my noc in octuber month.but my oan status is still inforce.please update as resigned i am facing big problem for that.

          Inn May-2022 i got call from Bharti Axa Healthpolicy insurance agent. He even came at my home and explained the policy. As per their explanation, they told me to pay Policy Amount in one pay. I told them i dont have that money, so they suggest to pay it through my credit card. They also told me that what ever extra amount ( Credit card interest) i am going to pay to Credit Card Company, that interest amount they will pay me in some days.
          So i took policy and pay the Policy amount through my ICICI credit card.
          Prashant and his manager even ask my credit card statement and i sent to them to their mentioned below Whats app no.

          After several follow up with following person who contacted me for the policy, no one replied me, no one taking call from me.The interest amount still not get credited to my account.

          When i contact Customer care they told me that there is no such facility where you will get extra amount return. And they suggest to file complaint against those Bharti Axa employee who cheated me.

          Following are the person from Bharti Axa who contacted me for Policy and cheated me.

          Kindly take action against them cancel my policy and return my whole amount with interest.
          KIndly take action against following people. I have whatsapp conversation snaps where i submitted my credit card statement to Prashant and his manager.

            Sir I had worked before as advisor with Bharti AXA life, I say that last time my License is terminated for non fulfillment of minimum business guarantee, still my pan is reflected in IRDA portal, so I request you kindly delete my license and Pan number *DGPBP3900E* from IRDA portal, Do the needful as early as possible.

              Greetings,

              I am writing to inform you that I was sold a fraudulent policy under the disguise of financial benefits through a scamster agent ( MR Rohit Chauhan - [protected]), this Guy pretended to be calling from Bajaj Finance offering a loan on this policy .
              He has shared some loan documents etc pretending to be from Bajaj Finance .
              I have all WhatsApp conversations and her voice recordings .
              Policy was delivered to me on 9th June and was informed that my loan is to be disbursed on 21th June but it never happened.

              And Mr Rohit has stopped taking my calls and replying my messages now.

              Upon realizing the scam i had mailed and sending regular reminders to customer service for the refund.

              Kindly suggest what should be my next further action.
              I really don't believe that such a reputed brand is letting this happen without being unnoticed.

              Let me know if I should go ahead and file a complaint cybercell, I am ready to submit my phone for digital evidence.

              Looking forward to your response.

              How this peoples of louted the money from common peoples, this is the way to run the business instead this there are many business to earn money ..

                I'm in a banking sector since 2016 when i was apply for a job in hdfc life My PAN card status is showing blacklisted. In 2012 i just passed irda and get license that time i don't know what happened my manager do with my code I am suffering for his mistake and could not change insurer.
                Kindly help me to get rid of this embarrassment.

                    I received call from agent named swapnil who said im eligible for elite advantage plan, if i pay for 12 years i will be getting around 38 lakhs as i already made me to take one small insurance policy,
                    He said if i pay for 5 years i will be getting full amount back for 5 years on 6th year and on 12th year i will be getting total amount with interest in addition double amount of first payment which is aaproximately 144100 + 144100*5 + (144100*12 + its interest8 %) however in policy document its not written anything these and summ assured shows only lesser amount than i pay whichbis 16 lakhs only and this fraud swapnil is not picking up the call hereafter. Im worried about my payment with fake offers i need help my insurance policy no is[protected] and[protected] if they are not giving the promised amount i need refund and i lost lots of time for this

                      Hi

                      I have purchased Bharti Axa Policy plan and while purchasing the plan Sales Manager and Senior Manager confirmed and promised me that after purchase of this policy you will receive 5% cash back amount of premium paid. So I have paid total Rs. 53125 amount as a premium.

                      So total cash back that I am supposed to receive is around Rs. 2500.

                      Their Senior Manager Rohit and Sales Manager RaviShankar Pandey promised that it will be processed within one month of the purchase of the policy. Now I am in 5th Month and they did not process my cash back.

                      They are not picking up the phone and block the phone numbers of mine from where I am calling. So no way to reach them. I have done followup on whatsapp and their back end guys Pratik Patil, Neha, Ankit, every body giving false promises and not processing the cash back in spite of so many followup and whats app calls.

                      RaviShankar Pandey and Rohit are operating from Bharti Axa Borivali and Goregaon offices. They have cheated me as while purchasing the policy they told me that cash back will be given within one month. However, I am in 5th month and cash back is not received.

                      Please help as such a company called Bharti Axa employees are cheating the customers. They are processing the cash back in back end and fetching money from Bharti Axa in the name of customer and then transferring such cash back amount to their personal account and not giving to customer. That guy Rohit and RaviShankar Pandey were calling themselves Senior manager and Sales manager and at the time of selling policy they gave me one phone number and they told me that it is available 24hours 7 days a week and 365 days. However after selling the policy not a single time they picked up my call and blocked me so that I can not reach these guys. Such a fake guys they are from Bharti Axa.

                      Please help to resolve this.

                        But now i have got a new job in direct payroll, so now i want to resign from my advisor work with immediate effect because i need to submit my noc in new job.

                        So sir i earnestly request to you please accept my mail as a resignation letter from my code & send me a noc against the said code BAL275638 as early as possible through this mail i'd, for that i can work in my new job without any hazards.

                        As i have applied for NOC on 1 sep 2022 at exhibition road, Patna branch and my advisor code was terminated but still got no response from patna branch.

                        Please do the needful as early as possible.

                          To summarize the complaint, the Bharti axa agents sells out new policies to the existing Customers stating that the old policies can be pre-matured while we are asked to buy new policies. This is purely oral statement over phone call and there wont be any written statement or mail or documents related to that.

                          I had earlier bought Elite advantage policy from Bharti axa around 2018. In 2022 I get a call from Banu in February stating that I can pre-mature the old policy if I go for the new policy. She manipulates and we also fall for the greed of money (who doesn't right) She goes on stating that i can get pre-matured amount in the month of May 2022, it didn't happen. Next they push the dates to end of June, it doesn't happen and I wait for another month. July end there is not pre-maturity.
                          Then I get aggressive in the month of August and September, they keep pushing the dates month on month with no actual results.

                          To which I called the Customer care of Bharti Axa and they are totally unaware of these things, they ask me to complain this issue with all the proofs I had. I duly write a mail to Bharti axa stating the issue that one of their agents have sold false information and sold more policies.
                          They promptly looked at the mail, proofs/evidence (whatsapp chats and the contact details screenshots) and did literally NOTHING!
                          They simply responded stating that I should have contacted the Bharti axa and I had a chance to look at the policy during the free lookup period. and they cant do anything about the policy. To which I agree that nothing can be done over the policies,
                          then asked about the fraudster agents they are holding up, to which they don't say a word or not respond to anything about it.

                          "Bharti Axa is a silent partner in all these scams, hook or crook they got the money and Why should they be worried about investigating on the person who sold them. I personally feel they too are part of it and silent about these issues as well."

                                    Please treat this as high priority !!!

                                    I want to register a complaint about the agent Deepak who called me for taking Bharti Axa policy.

                                    He has given me a fake statements against the policy and took my money, he didn't allowed me decide and to do my work, he forced to take the policy by giving fake offers

                                    He told that there will be a 90% of cashback from the amount what I’m paying to the policy.
                                    Including the no cost EMI, if I’m paying through credit card.

                                    I have checked in the verification call (yesterday), the lady who spoked with me had told that there is no such cashback offers, and in the same call I have asked for the cancellation. If the call is recorded then that is one of the evidence.
                                    Then she had put my policy on hold, then again the agent Deepak called me and said that.
                                    “Sir don’t tell any offers in verification call they are not providing any offers, to increase the sales we are provide from our end”.
                                    And then he explained me that after the verification call he will arrange the Bangalore call for the cashback.

                                    So, As per his instructions in the todays verification call I told the same what he explained to me. And I tried contacting him but now he has blocked me and not picking my call.

                                    I have explained same to Sudesh & Rishikesh customer care. Also Sudesh told he will highlight to complaints team and also he shared me the ticket number – 14359493

                                    I want to understand one thing here, I’m not the 1st person to cheated by agent, many are who cheating like this, if you are really taking action against the fake agents this should not happened to me now.
                                    I don’t know whether Bharti Axa is really taking actions on fake agents or encouraging them for more sales.

                                    Feedback’s & highlighting should be shown in the output has improvement.

                                    Also I have done all the process over phone call and not visited any branch to take this fake policy from Bharti axa and my money also stolen online only.
                                    But for cancelling my policy and refund of amount, I have to visit the branch.

                                    It is the blocker in your process. You have easiest way to get money from customers but making complications to get the money back from you.

                                    I have did the process over online and I have not visited to the branch to get this policy. So, I want to cancel my policy and please return my money.

                                    Have added the whatsapp Chat screenshot for evidence.

                                    Now, Bharti AXA is not refunding my money

                                      I submitted my required documents in jaipur Bharti AXA branch. contact person is saurabh saraswat they assured me to refund came within 7days but not refunded. i am facing worst and painful last 2 month. They are not attend my call. Last 4 days to say me payment come in 2 hrs. But can't. So I request to bharti AXA please help me and resolve my complaint

                                        Greetings,

                                        I am writing to inform you that I was sold a fraudulent policy under the diguise of financial benefits through a scamster agent ( Pooja Mishra - [protected]), this lady pretended to be calling from Bajaj Finance offering a loan on this policy .
                                        She shared some loan documents etc pretending to be from Bajaj Finance .
                                        I have all whatsapp conversations and her voice recordings .
                                        Policy was delivered to me on 9th June and was informed that my loan is to be disbursed on 21th june, I was medically unwell and had to undergo a surgery .
                                        I had asked this ladt to cancel this policy on 21st June as I needed the amount for my medical expenses, since I was admitted and under observation - i had very limited access to the phone - to which she agreed and assured me she would get it cancelled . however she skipped to acknowledge my calls and on 23rd she gave we an incorrect email address to send email ( i have it on my whatsapp ) email address she provided was [protected]@bharti-axalife.com, upon correcting her that its not same email address as on website, she insisted it department for cancellations .
                                        This scammer somehow managed to get me past 15 days of free lookup period, knowing I am hospitalized and I had IV on my hands so I could barely type.
                                        Upon realising the scam i had mailed to customer service on 24th for cancellation to which i was informed i am past 1 day in look free period.
                                        Post that she had asked me to send copies of my hospital surgery assuring me as an employee with Bharti Axa she can get a refund, however in vain .
                                        I can attach my hospitalisation documents - whatsapp chats and voice recordings .
                                        Kindly suggest what should be my next further action.
                                        I really dont believe that such a reputed brand is letting this happen without being unnoticed.

                                        Let me know if I should go ahead and file a complaint cybercell, I am ready to submit my phone for digital evidence.

                                        Looking forward to your response.
