I am Policy holder of Bharti AXA Life Secure income Plan (Policy No.[protected] from Mar 2022. Some false promises done by Caller of Corporate Agent Name: (EDOCD Solutions PVT Ltd.) and Code: 280 and That promises not be fulfilled till date. In initial they told they are employees of Bharti Axa. Daily I call/follow up with their caller (Radhika Sharma and Kapil Sharma). Their name as they have told to me it could be fake. All the recordings I am attaching here for your references.

I was offered this policy by lying and They are lying till date that your medical policy will be in place as soon as possible.

False Promises:

Cashback 40%, 20% and 20% respective years (mentioned in Table)
Will take Fixed return 129000 Approx. in 4th Year.
Medical Insurance of 5, 00, 000 Rs. And Opd Amt could be reimburse upto 15000.
5% cashback on credit card
If you take this policy you would be work as agent for us and your commission also be entitled.

Kindly look into this matter on the urgent basis. If all these are false/fake kindly close my policy with full return and penalize to Agent/Agent corporate.

    I have purchased a policy from you online in the month of February whose number is[protected] with wrong information in which I was told that you have to pay 30000 instalments for 3 years and in the third year you 129000 and health insurance for the whole family 10 years Will get till But right now your executive is not even picking up the call, that's why I could not even return the policy, these two people have cheated with me. I want my full 30000 back if you can do something then it is not right then I have to go to consumer forum I have whatsapp chatting and call recording of these people also sharing in their name and number Mr Kapil sharma.Mobile no is- [protected] Mrs.Radhika-Mobile no is-[protected]

          Hi,

          I have taken several policies from bharti Axa, I have been told policy feature and benefits completely wrong.

          Previously my assigned senior manager (Siddharth Sharma) sold me policy and not gave me correct information about policy and now when I am complaining he is not talking to me properly.

          I called him many time and he has given me the wrong information every-time. I have the recording in which he told me the the plan and policy benefit’s.

          Whenever I am asking for my money and insurance card which included in my policy, I am getting same response every time that uou will get in a week.

            My self Vikas Gupta. In last November 2021 I have purchased 2 policy of Bharti Axa Life Insurance. Your agent Ajay Kumar sold these policy to me by online. On selling time he provide all false details From last 6 months. I have very suffered and very disappoint. Now I feel that this person was liar Every time. He provide me wrong information regarding my policy and now I want to cancelled my all policy right now. So please help me out and cancelled my policy ASAP. And I want to register a complained and FIR for Ajay Kumar. He is fraud and cheater person.

              I have applied for 12 years payment (Elite Advantage plan) insurance policy in Bharti.Axa life insurance on 24.05.2022. Payment of Rs 30, 000/= also made online on 25.05.2022. Subsequently, they issued the proposal number on the same day (i.e. 25.05.2022 proposal number is [protected]). Then they asked me to complete the ECS(E nach) transaction, so they may automatically debit the money for premium every year. This also I have completed. Then I got the verification call for verification.
              Subsequently, they sent the policy and I received it on 30.06.2022. After reading the policy terms and condition I am not satisfied. Hence I have sent a request through register mail on 05.07.2022 for cancellation. But they refused to cancel. They asked me to go to nearest branch for cancellation. Further free look period is there up to 15 days from the date of receipt of policy. Now I have to take leave from the existing job and go to the nearest city for cancellation.
              This statement is not at all acceptable. While taking the policy they allowed us to take any mode anywhere you can apply online or offline, but for cancellation, we have to go to the nearest branch. As I am residing away from the city (around 80kM), and taking leave and how I can go to the city for cancellation. They have to enable the online mode for cancellation.
              BHARTI.AXA has to take the necessary initiative to cancel the policy through online/registered email/ through registered SMS.
              Based on the above Kindly cancel my policy and refund the amount immediately.

              Still issues not resolved. No one from the company contacted. Without contacting, they are indicating in the response is resolved. This is not at all correct. kindly cancel my policy and send the refund immediately.

                  Dear all, my salary is not credit in my account till now. I m waiting for the salary. Why recruit any staff if thay can't pay the salary. Bharti axa is a very bad organization. The organization rules is very bad. I have resign on 1july2022. But it is pending stage till now. Please release me ans settle my fnf.

                  A boy runs a family. What will he do if he doesn't get his salary? I see they have no common sense.

                  now I will be forced to take help of law. I don't want the name of such a big organization to be bad.

                  I am waiting for my salary and approved my resignation. I don't want to work.

                    I pinaki Mukherjee had taken a agency code from Bharti Axa Life but unable to work due to some personal reason. Presently the status of this code is expired and I have submitted resignation to Bharti branch for NOC. Till date I am waiting for the same. After sending lots of emails to Bharti they replied in case of expiry they don't provide NOC. But without NOC I am unable to join any insurance company as a employee. Please help.

                        I was befooled by HDFC insurance team [protected] (Amit HDFC manager) where he told to restart stopped policy my making new policy in Bharti Axa Life Insruance and after 3 months we can take both policy money

                        Same thing happened to me with so called HDFC relationship manager Ajit lokhande. But I think Bharti - axa is somehow involved, as latter they accepted my complain and claimed that they refunded my money on 16th Feb 2022 but I have not received it 30th June 2022

                            I have bought Bharti AXA Life Elite Advantage Plan in the month of Jan-22, before that one of your customer execute called me to buy this plan byu providing false options of the benefit, I only came to know this when I reached I contacted the Support Team, below are the false promised made by them.

                            1. I would get a total of 28L post the policy & I can completely get the 28L in bulk post 12th year.
                            2. I would get Cashback when paid through Credit Card / EMI
                            3. If I make the payment within 2 days, I'm eligible for a cashback.

                            The 2 culprits whom I talked to are:

                            Akash - [protected]

                            Sold By : IIFL INSURANCE BROKERS

                            So these are the miss statements given by Bharti AXA

                              BHARATI AXA'sFraud Agent Contact Number[[protected], [protected]]

                              The Fraud Agent from Bharati Axa told that this policy will be covered under Tax 80D, and he has been told that I will get 55% refund of the policy amount if i paid before April end of 2022 this is the reason i have purchased this policy

                              There are two person who spoke to me [Mohith and Siddharth] he had informed that the refund amount will be credited to our account within 10 days.
                              When i asked to provide the Bharati Axa ID for the Agent they have sent some unknown person ID
                              And After 15 days once the Policy audit call is done from Bharti axa he is not answering the call.

                              Then later i come to know all the information he as provided is fraud information
                              I have attached the WhatsAPP Comminication which he showed as this policy it comes under 80D

                              Please take action of this two people [Mohith and Siddharth] if not they will do fraud to as many customers like me.

                              Bharti Axa Please cancel my policy and return back my amount which i paid for policy or else I would like to take this to consumer court its completely fraud, ..

                              Other People Please be careful from this type of Bharathi Axa Agent they will go to any extend to attract customer and make them to buy the policy by misguiding to customers

                                I'd paid the premium of my
                                Policy No: *[protected]*
                                Plan Name: *Elite Advantage Plan*
                                on 3rd of June 2022 via credit card, and on 5th of June 2022, my bank has been debited the same premium amount again.
                                Please return the amount to my bank account.

                                  This complent about Bharti AXA life insurance company share our documents and againsts. An with the help of documents thay do frouds for camition.

                                  I am Irfan Dossa my old policy no.[protected] and my new policy no.[protected]
                                  i had received a call few dates back from the person Akash varma who claims to be the employee o[censored]r company and he told my policy number n my details and adviced me to merge my policy with a another policy (S I P)+ medi claim policy n have to pay certain amount which shall be deduct from the amount of the total ongoing policy which is rs.234344/- (this amount I pade in 44 months 173492+ this is the intrest amount 49332+ this is the divident amount 11520)and they told me. You don't have to pay any extra amount for the new and new policy but after fee days he told me that i have to pay the amount of 50000/- to get the old policy merge with new policy+medi claim and when I paid the amount and it didn't get added to the policy and after 4 day I contacted them he told me to also pay the due amount of old policy or other wise policy shall not be merged and that person is having the login id of my policy, my concerned is how can a company leak the the documents to the agents n risk the privacy of the customers who have so much trust in the Bharati axa life insurance, we work so hard for our future and our documents are at risk that anyone can get it and can do fraud with us by calling and telling the policy number, please take proper action against these people's who call us and misguide us an pleaze take the cognizance of the money i had paid in the name of the company, and if thete is there is proper action is taken, I may have to proceed to take a leagal action as its the breach of trust and committing a fraud against the innocent customers who have so much trust in the company. I hope there will b proper action against these culprits so that these types of fraud may not happen with others. And I want to close my all polics from ur company because I think ur company is not safe for us.
                                  I vist malad branch they told me to stop payment of old policy and pay for new policy another 2 year and we can't do any or we can't sagest you than I called to customer care no. They told me we don't have any informetion we will call u this think happen 4 to 5 time and till now I didn't got any from company but I got the calles of many frouds .

                                    This is to inform you that I have been cheated and misinformed regarding one of the policies by your agent. I have been told that I will get a 50% refund of the policy amount if paid before February end of 2022 and which is the reason I have purchased the policy.

                                    The person's name is Mohit and he had promised me that there will be a refund within 20 days. I had called him after 20 days but he said he is hospitalized. I have attached the WhatsApp communication that happened between him.

                                    Please ensure to take some action on this or I will take this to consumer court. This is completely a fraud by Bharti Axa and I will not blame the agent who has given such authority.
