[Resolved] Bharti Axa — car insurance policy renewal for car insurance i2314051 | |||
I have submitted my car insurance policy renewal amount on 11th march 2019 as previous policy was getting expired on 12th march. I have been continuously following up customer service executive but no response. Two customer service lead, jude and domnic gave me false commitment that it would be done in 24 hours and then 48 hours but it is still not solved... Now they are not responding on my calls. Extremely pathetic service and these customer care leads are intentionally delaying the release of insurance copy. Putting call on hold for 20-30 mins and then disconnect the call.
