[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — cheating and mis-selling by the bharti axa life of policy elite advantage

Bharti Axa person called and came over to my place to sell Elite Advantage policy.

It was said that if you pay Rs 1 Lac per annum for 12 years then you get Rs 22 Lacs after 12 years. Alternatively you get Rs 1.1 Lacs p.a. as pension starting from 13th year till death or you can take Rs 1.1 Lacs till whenever you want and then take back Rs 22 Lacs during closure of the policy.

Now after the receipt of the policy Number[protected] document it is mentioned in the policy document that you get Rs 11.7L only after 12 years.

Even after checking the same with Helpline[protected] they clearly mentioned that you will not get Rs 22Lacs as mentioned by the agent but you will get Rs 11.7 Lacs only.

Its clear cheating; mis-selling and fraud during the sell.

Beware of this company!!!
