Bharti Axa — Didn't receive refund after cancelling policy under free look period.

I purchased a life insurance policy from Bharti AXA Life few months back. However, due to monetary deficit, I decided to cancel the policy under free look period. So, in free look period only, I mailed the service team of Bharti AXA Life insurance for cancellation. I also attached all relevant documents needed for policy cancellation on 12th Dec 2020.
It has been now more then 3 months. I mail them every week. I have also mailed senior officers contact I could find on their website. For all the email I sent, I have received exact same response “Sorry for inconvenience, we have forwarded your request to respective department.”
I have also called them on their customer care number and there too they asked me to wait for few more days. This has been going on for more then 2 months.

I am requesting you to help me in this regard so that my policy is cancelled and I receive my money back.
