    Dear Sir,

    I have a comprehensive car insurance (zero dep) of my BMW # series car MH-02-DW-7630, Recently i have sent the car to Infinity Cars Pvt ltd work shop at Lalbaugh, Mumbai, Maharashtra for repairs on 09/02/2021.

    The left hand side front headlight is damaged and the rear left hand side door is dented (during covid).

    The executive Mr, Sagar Killedar emailid: sagar.[protected]@bhartiaxa.com phn no:[protected], has refused to acknowledge the claim citing its old damages.
    to replace headlights and to sent the car for repair is customers prerogative.

    To talk to customer and asking him to send the car when it was damaged is not the reply expected from service executive of the company Mr, Sagar Killedar.

    I am very much aggrieved by the way of response to my request.

    Please look into it and guide the executive,

          I had a policy with Bharti axa in my daughter's name. Last month I received many fake calls regarding policy. They are claiming to get me the refund and surprisingly they shared the complete details of my policy. I blame bharti axa to leak my data especially my daughter's details. I need a proper justification and refund of premium.

            Fraud insurance policy sold

            Address: HNO 278, Kamlesh Bhawan, Gali No 4 Shantinagar NH24

            Its an SCAM going on with bharti Axa insurance.

            A team of Agents from bharti axa are cheating peoples . They are fully trained.

            These agents says that we are from HDFC bank .offering a loan with very low interest rate by mortgaging a insurance policy of bharti axa.

            After selling the new insurance plan these fraud agents stop picking our calls. No loan is credited.

            i frequently complain in all unit of bharti axa life insurance company about misrepresentation of policy but they didn't listen me and call me once for that and didn't give satisfactional answer for that so attached all mail copy and answer so sir i hope u give me justice and help me to refund my money

              My mother Mrs Manobi Majumder had a policy (Policy No: J9119128 ) with you which was purchased on Oct 2019 and was renewed on October 2020. She was admitted to Narayana Super Speciality hospital on[protected] at 01:21 PM. She was discharged on 2nd of December 2020.

              Total Bill Amount : Rs 98892.00

              From last two days we are following up with customer service and the given mail ID ([protected]@bhartiaxa.com) which is written on document. But there was no response.

                Abusive Telecaller

                Received calls (Mobile Number - [protected]) from a lady at 10:48am today on selling Bharti AXA savings plan, after being denied and being told that I am reconsidering and still evaluating, she abused me, used slangs and then disconnected. It is highly improfessional behavior and Bharti AXA must do quality checks of such agents. This could happen even after taking certain services and not being served, I am rethinking of taking any services...

                I am an MBA fresher. I had an agency code with Bharti AXA Life Insurance. Voluntarily I resigned/surrendered my agency to Bharti AXA Life Insurance. Agency Code: BAL203270 against this Bharti AXA issued me a NOC. But the status of my agency is showing blacklisted and because of this, I am able to join my company ICICI bank in which I got placed. Please do the needful as my career depends on this only.
                Kindly please remove my pan card number or agency status from your IRDA Pan Lookup portal.

                    I received calls persistently from persons who stated that they are your authorized sales personnel. The details of the persons who called me with their mobile numbers are given below.

                    Their conversations with me commenced with giving me the complete details of my existing HDFC Life policy, which included my complete personal details and this established their credibility.
                    The callers further convinced me by stating that the offer of cancellation of my earlier existing policy is due to the prevailing pandemic, COVID-19 and is only for a limited period. They persistently called me and insisted on utilizing this opportunity. They also stated that this offer is available only if a new policy is taken with your company and through their broking agency. Based on the above stated facts which can be proved by my call recordings, I opted for the cancellation of my earlier existing policy and purchased a new policy with your organization. I understand that the returns and refund promised were all fake and was only to prevail upon me to take a fresh policy with you through their broking agency.

                    I now realize that all the assurances given are fraudulent and is a hoax and my entire personal data has been stolen. They have utilized the prevailing pandemic COVID-19 as a tool for this fraudulent activity by which genuinely insured customers like me have been cheated and taken for a ride due to the prevailing economic situation.

                    I would like to state that I have not signed any document pertaining to this policy and all my details were sent only on whatsApp. The payment link was sent to me and I paid the premium online which is for your information.
                    I hereby request you to help me by cancelling the policy and refunding the premium paid and at the same time take stern disciplinary action on these fraudsters who have put innocent people like me in great difficulty.
                    Anticipating a speedy grievance redressal.

                      Due to heavy rain in October my soyabean crop was 100% swiped out.

Due to some manpower shortage at the local Post office, it was returned. I keep writing to you for sending it again. Your local office in Chennai does not bother about my problem.

                                Regarding my car insurance claim... I bought my mahindra scorpio car less than one month ago and i met with an accident on 24th july on patra, sangrur road due to the reason that bull came in front of our car and car turned upside-down 5-6 times and stopped on the service road after hitting and breaking the divider. I got stitches and injury on my right hand but my friend was saved.

                                We have insurance from bharti axa life insurance company, having policy no. Mhr/s6295740. When we contacted insurance company, firstly, mahindra road assistance people said that car is a total loss. Later, when car was taken to mahindra showroom, then advisor said that its not total loss as car engine was not harmed in accident.

                                One point to note here is that air bags of car didn’t open even after such a major accident. Car has damaged totally from every side still no air bag was opened which could have resulted in major loss also if car was not a heavy car.

                                When i told the agent of mahindra that why air bags were not opened and i am surely going to put complaint against it, then, he said that sir, car didn’t hit from this side thats why and later said leave all that has happened and dont put up a complaint, we in-turn will change complete shell of the car so that the strength of car is not compromised. I was agreed on his point due the satisfaction that atleast car strength will remain same as this was the biggest reason that i choose to buy mahindra car.

                                Then, i was asked for lots of documents, applications which i sent by whatsapp and courier for the reason of investigation by insurance company agent named mr. Anurag midhha. Later, mahindra staff said that you have to come here in-person to show spot of accident. I went all over from delhi to punjab 2-3 times with my stitched injured hand for which i was not allowed by my doctor.

                                From 25th july till yesterday, 18th august, which is approx. One month, they were doing only investigations and then, they called today just to inform that we will not change shell now but only we will repair it. The reason which they are giving for repair is that we will have huge loss due to cost incurred in changing complete shell. They are not concerned about the security of person sitting in car which will be compromised due to reduced strength of car which is repaired but they are more concerned about cost involved. This was very shocking for me as i was eagerly waiting to get my car back and doing all sorts of cooperation that was expected from my side.

                                  I was sold a policy number[protected] over the sales call saying at the end of 13th year i'd be getting 17 lakh guaranteed amount in total.

                                  The complete process of selling this policy was all online and through whatsappp and no offline activity was made while selling/buying this policy during covid-19 lockdown time.

                                  When a policy can be sold and bought completely online why would a consumer need to visit offline office to get it cancelled?

                                  I received the soft copy of bond on july 1 night and on going through the bond, no where it was mentioned or illustrated that returns on guaranteed maturity is 17 lakh on end of 13th year.

                                  July 4 - i reached out to immediately asked for details and confirmed to proceed to cancel this policy on july 6 and again on july 11.

                                  I made several follow ups from july 11 to july 25 and on july 28 - (After my freelook period was over) i received a response that have to visit a branch office to cancel.
                                  Aug 10 - i received a response that since my freelook period is over i can't cancel my policy!

                                  The sales person rohith ([protected]) has told me that i'll get 7% cashback on the premium paid, for which i've proof on whatsapp. No update on this either.

                                  The complaints. Unit email is not responding to my emails
                                  Customer. Head service email is also not responding to my emails.

                                  July 11 - fresh request submitted[protected]

                                  I want my policy premium amount back!

                                  @Bharti AXA Team: Life Insurance Customer Support is much more worst/pathetic. Before writing here I've waited for 1 month but nothing seems to be on track. I wonder how Bharti Axa Life Insurance is sustaining with this kind of careless no service. Its been more than 6 Working days and the whole team has Slept on this case ( I guess there are plenty of cases like me who have got stuck)

                                  Will Assist/Will get back/ Will look into it/ I'm sure these are the value less words for BA Insurance as a whole.
                                  Many thanks for a response on this forum! To be honest, the Life Insurance team has not met the minimum expected level of a customer servicing front. If you take some 15 Minutes of your time and go through the below incident and flow, you can understand the miserable process that is setup.

                                  July 4 - I reached out to immediately asked for details and confirmed to proceed to Cancel this policy on July 6 as I was miss-sold this policy.
                                  July 6 - I confirmed to cancel this policy
                                  July 9 - No response till July 9, I followed up, no response.
                                  July 12 - A response came which had no clarity on my cancellation request.

                                  July 11 - I raised a fresh email for cancellation after voice interaction ID[protected] to submit all the documents for cancelling
                                  July 12 - I was again asked the same question why am I cancelling this policy even thought I had provided every single details and documents attached while submitting my service ticket.
                                  July 12 - I once again reiterated all the reasons by providing all the details once again and again confirmed to proceed to cancel.
                                  July 20 - No response to my reply, I again followed up
                                  July 23 - No response to my reply, I again followed up
                                  July 25 - No response to my reply, I wrote a fresh email to complaints.[protected]@bhartiaxa.com and narrated with all details.
                                  July 28 - I received response from [protected]@ that I've to visit branch to withdraw!
                                  July 28 - I replied back why so much delay in responding plus why should I visit branch office for cancellation but when the policy was sold every single process was done via ONLINE and expecting the consumer to visit branch during lock-down and containment zones in Bangalore. I even CC complaints.[protected]@ but no support or investigation done from them either.
                                  July 31 - I again got the same response that I've to visit office to cancel but no where I got my answer to whom to contact next to escalate this case further. None of them provided me the contact address or email address for further escalations when I'm clearly asking for it in every response.
                                  Aug 1 - I again wrote back asking why visit office and give me the next level of escalations contacts, but no response.
                                  Aug 1 - I again followed up with complaints.[protected]@ but no reply at all till date!
                                  Aug 4 - I was again told to visit the office for cancellation and no next level of escalations contacts was shared to me
                                  Aug 7 - I again asked but no required information was shared
                                  Aug 10 - To my surprise, an response came stating that Freelook period is over and it cannot be cancelled!
