[Resolved] Bharti Axa — didn't receive soft copy after paying the renewal amount

I done my paymnet on 15/11/2018 but till now i didnt received my policy paper. After calling the customer care 15 times they were also helpless and didnt done anything.
Worst service of bharti axa general insurance ever. They do not help us only the dates were given even each day they said tomorrow you will get.
