I mrs Heena mukesh patel having Bharti AXA life monthly advantage policy no[protected]MONTHLY ADVANTAGE). I want to cancel that ecs as I pay future premium by cheque or cash. Kindly do the needful. please provide update.
From last 3 months I m facing the problem with Bharti AXA as they are not cancelling my ESC as I am so many times told them if ESC bounce then who are responsible for the same and in this critical situation how we pay charges and all.
I requested Mr Jay gethia and mukti Kapadia they are not giving proper services to us in this critical situation.
For your reference please refer below mail and do the needful.
After all this service related issues now I don't want to continue my policy.
Please look into the matter and help me as I faced Mr. Jay are forcing me to visit branch for this minor request because Being female I feel they are harrassing me because I am requesting the same from my registred mail id but they did not cancelled it. See the last conversation I told him to arrange any representive then he told me the same that they have family and all so he not ready to give services.
