Bharti Axa — elite advantage plan - false promises at time of demonstration.

Dear team,

This is an escalation mail for the policy plan elite advantage that i had purchased for my mother. While giving the demonstration of the plan employee of bharti-axa life named as "mr. Mangesh" and "mr. Charles" from thane branch had explained me about the benefits and points. The benefits for this plan was said that if the person invest 50k then he/she would be getting the benefits of medical claim as rider with this plan without paying any premium. But while the policy documnet received (5.5k was deducted as the premium of the rider) and rest 44k invested as the policy premium reducing the advantages. The term of the policy was told as 12 years and was given the lumpsum amount with regards to investment of one lac rupees.

I had received the policy document 10 days back and from the same day i had asked for the answers of my queries. They just gave me false promises by saying that the queries will be resolved in 1-2 days but almost 10 days are gone and now they are not answering my call as well.

Illustration given was total investment amount 50k +4.5% gst.

I had asked about 4.5% gst to mr. Mangesh so it was been told that they have some margin of around 300 crore rupees in bharti-axa account for which they can get old tax rates.

So, total amount 50k for 12 years. After 12 years the maturity amount will be given as :- total premium paid (600000) + sum assured - approx 503456 + 5% of the (Yearly benefits from 13th to 20th year) approx - 2 lac rupees

Total maturity amount:- 6lac+5.03lac +2lac:- around 13 lac approximately.

I had asked them to give this in writing as they didn't mention it clearly on policy document. Mr. Mangesh from bharti-axa told we can not give it on writing on policy document but if required they can mail to my i'd addressing the policy. I agreed to that but still no confirmation in writing. Hence decided to withdraw the policy.

Also wanted to highlight for the same policy taken for my wife. Her application number is[protected]. I had given the cheque on 20 august 2017 and still the policy document is not received at my mailing address. I want to cancel/ withdraw both the policies and want my money back.
