Dear / sir madam,

I have purchased bharti axa policy no is[protected] thru broker sridar broker on dated[protected] by mr. Naveen singhaniya mobile no [protected] & amit via online and he said you have sanction load against this policy by 2-3 month later but after 2-3 month these guys are not pick the phone. I m not afford this amount. So please refund my amount and case file of these fraud men. This broker is use the name of reliance capital finance and totally forud.

And after few day he purchased new policy hdfc 50000 amount annual by march month by brain wash & froud.please arrest these guys .

    Dear sir,
    My name is pradeep ramakrishnan. My wife (Mrs ramya pradeep) purchased a health insurance policy for her mother (Mrs vathsala ravikumar) from bharti axa in sep 2016. Policy number : q0095190.
    At the time of purchase of the policy, it was mentioned to the sales person that my mother in law was diabetic and the sales person asked for recent sugar test report for the same. I emailed him the report and then the policy was shipped to us.
    On aug 24, 2017, my mother in law was hospitalized at sri ranga hospital, chennai and a cashless claim was filed. This claim was honored by bharti axa after several follow ups. However, on aug 29, 2017, my mother in law was admitted again at sri ranga hospital, chennai for an illness and the doctor recommended that a surgery has to be performed to remove the gall bladder. When a cashless claim was filed with bharti axa, they declined it quoting that the patient being diabetic was not disclosed at the time of the policy. We had to pay the entire hospitalization cost (Approx rs 60, 000) because of this. I registered a complaint with them and submitted to them all the email conversation i had with their sales person (Which had clear proof that the sugar test reports were submitted at the time of purchase of policy). I have sent several emails to bharti axa requesting for status of this complaint but i haven't received a satisfactory response so far. Please help me in getting the hospitalization cost reimbursed by bharti axa. I have all the email correspondence with bharti axa with me but i am unable to attach those pdf files here. If you need those emails, please let me know and i can email you the same.

      Hi i have made a claim on 27/07/2017 and had coordinated so that my documents are submitted but still i have not received my claim and when i call customer care they say my claim is in process and kindly contact mrs. Sarma chavan who is looking on my claim but her cell is jus ringing and no reply and my policy is going to expire in next 7 days so can't you help me what to do as no reply from anyone.

        In difficult times (Or even in normal times), bharti axa is definitely not something which one wants.
        I bought a policy 5 years ago, wanted to cancel it during free look period but cudn't. Finally after 5 years of wait, when i am eligible to withdraw my money, the company simply isn't responding. They are not even willing to take complaint. I don't know how such cheats exist even today.
        Bharti axa life insurance take action on this immediately.

        Still no action has been taken to resolve my issue. I got a call from one of the guys from their customer support confirming that my claim is correct and I should receive my money (stating the obvious). But never got a call back for resolution.

          I used to get frequent call from bharati axa life insurance company insisting me to take policy with them; they promised me of assured loan from 15th day of commencement of the policy.
          Below are the loan details as per their commitment:
          Loan amount: 6l;
          Roi: 2.5 k per month first 3 years and if not able to pay then they will recover end of the policy on 10th years;
          Policy terms: 10 years;
          Yearly payment: 50 k;
          I will get the balance amount (Apart from 6l + 3 years interest) end of the 10th years.
          Below the contact person who approached me:

          Amount collection via online: [protected];
          Kotak mahendra bank verification:[protected];
          Policy incharge: [protected] (Arumugam);
          Policy advisor: [protected] (R selvanarayanan);
          I have taken the policy[protected] and paid 50 k to bharati axa life insurance.
          They gave me confirmation and commitment that they would process the 6l loan from kotak mahendra bank after i had taken the policy from them, the executive (Ramya) had first told me that the amount would be credited by the of the august-2017 and with no money credited, she asked me to wait until the 15th of september-2017, finally she confirmed that the policy amount (50k) would be returned within 90days (From the commencement of the policy) if loan not processed but nobody is responding my calls since then and all the numbers are switched off /there are not reachable (Tried via whatsapp also), finally i came to know, they have been cheating many innocent people like this and i would request you to return my money since i am in critical situation now.           Again i got from ramya on sep-22-2017 after i reised complaint and details below

          As your executive spoken to me on 22 and 23 september regarding my complaint.
          She (Ramya) again assured me to process the loan based on bharati axa policy and amount 5l will be credited in my account on 25th-sep-2017 or 26th-sep-2017 and if not possible then my mount 50 k will be refund,

          So she requested me sent mail like i have wrongly understood the policy and she didn’t tell anything about loan like that. I didn’t sent mail like her request and i know your executive cheating me again.

          I have recorded her telephone voice and whatsapp history as per my lawyer advises and i don’t want lose my money.

          I have noticed this issue to selvaram and arumugam before raising complaint but they didn’t helped me to fix so that i raised the complaint.

          I need my money 50k return back as per the commitment and i don't want continue the policy with bhara axa & cancel my policy & return my money

          I have sent many mail and requested to rerurn my money back but non of them taken action about my request :

            Today i have received 6 calls bharati for some stupid investment plan. I have not shown any interest on any web site. I have asked your agent raj for clarification that how did he get my no?? That stupid guy was explaining me about his plan...
            I dont want to received any call from bharati axa. Last no where i had word with raj [protected]. This is just such a ridicules thing that after informing that put my no in dnc i am receving call from bharati axa.

              I am a senior citizen. I have been cheatedby your bangalore infantry road branch bharti axalife insurance staff
              Mahalakshmi mohan & venkatesh. I got refund for bogus health insurance policy[protected] which this branch is not authorized to sell.
              Another policy[protected] i was cheated by the same staff to the tune of rd.1, 00, 000 which is a very big amount for a retired person like me.
              I have made complaints since 3rd july 2017 till date to complaints cell, head customer care and also to service.
              I am not getting my refund.
              Some one in the organization please help me to get refund.

                I make the policy at bharti axa life insurance with policy number[protected]. My premium is of rs. 35000/- i dident get any call or message from your company.
                The amount of policy is taken from my account without informing me. That money is for my other important work. I will call you if i want to give you the amount of policy. But your company took money (Rs. 34492/-) from my account without informing me
                You have to return my money which you withdrowl from my account. You have to debit it in my account.

                    I have policy no[protected] that is sold by smc broker no 023142 by mr naveen saxena. Who has cheated me to sell this policy. Mr naceen saxena who told me that he is the senior manager of max life ins. Company and told me all my max life insurance policies details and said that our company has got a grat profit and she want to distribute among her all costumers so. On ur policy is also rewarded for some profit, and to get it u should activate ur own code in the company. For this code plz buy a policy. Firstly i rejected him and said no. But after some time another person called same things. A one month discussion i agree than according to mr naveen saxena, who said that it is only for code activation when ur code activate than this amount will be refund with ur profit so i bought this policy but now mr naveen saxena and his company mate's never response me and my call. All that profit and my policy amount i have got nothing ever they are not receive my calls. I don't know what i do. Now i confess that all tbat calls and person are fraud. Now i m so terrible and my economic crisis fall on me i have no money to survive these policies because my all salary is 2lakhs per year and that person cheated me 232000rupees in different different policies. Max life, future generali hdfc. I m in serious conditions my economic problems plz help me and cancel my policy and refund my money. I have compliant in irda also i hope u will help me in my problem and clearly instruct to that smc broker

                      I am very sorry to say but your service is very pathetic. My patient mr. Maman singh (Policy no ihs/q0073889/2c/01 is admitted in paras hospital (Gurugram) from last morning. And we are keep on chasing you for giving the approval. Which you guys are not giving. We have paid all the premium from our hard earned money on time without any reminder. Then what is the reason for not giving approval...?? It's been two days. Pl look into the matter seriously and provide the approval on immediate basis.

                            First ramya told loan amount will credit end of august after that she told end of september, i don’t think this is correct information.
                            Finally ramya told me policy (50k) amount will be return within 90days (From date policy taken). Please ensure and return my policy amount if you are not able to process the loan.
                            Note : bases on work feedback i will raise /take legal action against bharati axa insurance

                            I given all the evidence to Bhrati AXA to take action against this type of fake commitment and to return my money back to me but they are telling we will return money within 15days only from date of policy taken but no help from anyone.

                              Dear sir/ma’am
                              I request you to sanction accidental claim of my vehicle maruti suzuki ertiga (Up32 fk 3377). As i have applied for the accidental claim on 11 june 2017 thru ktl workshop at deva road, lucknow and i was replied after more than two month with an answer that my claim will not be sanctioned because i have taken ncb (No claim bonus) in my present policy as earlier policy was already claimed. Which means i am not eligible for the ncb for the current policy. We understand the procedure.
                              But when an executive (Bharti axa) on telephonic conversation finals a deal due to the competition of other insurance company’s tariff, he (Mr. Ritesh srivastava cont - [protected]) reduces the premium by offering the ncb of the current policy without informing me/client. How will i be able to know the status of the policy?
                              We believe as a customer that insurance is for our safety where we are covered with maximum losses if any misshaping happens. We as a customer don’t pretend to have the misshaping everyday/year.
                              After my concern of claim and asking with the respective workshop many times, i was told that the senior manger is on off. But my vehicle is ready and will be delivered as my claim papers are singed. One day on 12th august 2017 i and family have been harassed and abused by few people of bharti axa, as mr vikas tripath cont-[protected] call me and said your claim cannot be sanctioned anymore and for any query contact mr ashok tiwari cont-[protected] (Sales manager) to his office. When my cousin when to take the details of my claim at bharti axa office. Mr ashok triwari used abusive language and scuffle with my cousin and called mr ritesh srivastava (Sales executive) and mr manmohan yadav (Claim manager) with three more people on black mahindra scorpio. They gave warning that they will beat and kill me and my cousin if they found again towards their office. This is the condition of customer who have gave his premium for the insurance and was regular from last 3 years with the belief that if anything miss happens with my vehicle i have an insurance from bharti axa a reputed and prestigious company, but now after purchasing the insurance my life is not insured as staff or whole chain of hierarchy of the bharti axa company lucknow branch is involved and they are harassing me as i should sit aside and keep myself calm, so that their fraud can be covered from the world.
                              One day on 25th aug 2017 i was also told thru an email that i have been send two notices regarding the ncb, first on 2nd may 2017 and the second on 26th of may 2017 by speed post. Both the notice wasn’t yet received by me or anyone at my residence and after tracking the post i have found that the first notice with a message “consignment detail not found” and second notice was delivered and received by unknown person on 8th july 2017 (After one month of my accident) as per records of speed post, which is again after all the story which was going on i. E. I have no information by any means before 12th august that my policy have such an error which was completely a fraud by the executive to grab a sale (Copy enclosed).
                              And thru this email conversation on 25th august 2017 by mr sandeep (National head bajaj capital) informed me about these two notices and the nature of my policy. I was shocked to know that my policy was handled by brokerage associate company bajaj capital. Where in i was aware that i am talking to bharti axa executive and i have been sold the insurance directly by bharti axa and the trust of such prestigious company was with me while i was purchasing the policy, but because of business target i been fooled by this so called company and now they continually doing the same to escape with this blunder done by their one off executive (Copy enclosed).
                              So let me know where as customer i am at fault, when i was misguided by your company’s executive who committed such fraud with me to get his business.
                              I will make responsible to bharti axa and bajaj capital for this fraud and will claim for my vehicle accidental claim and all expenses covered during the process.

                              No any concrete response throw company. 6 days before call from Bharti Axa and company representative tell company resolve problem within 3-5 days. But today at least after seven days no any updates..

                                For last june ending i have submit the all claim documents. But still bharti axa can't give me reimbursement amount for me. I have suffer last 2.5 months for this issue. I hope u just suggest me the right contact person or should i raised a police complaint. At my near by police station.

                                      Greetings of the day!!!

                                      I purchased 4g honda activa from shri balaji honda, bahadurgarh (Dealer of honda) on 1st may, 2017 on the name of mr. Sumit bhatia. The registration number is hr13m8797 and engine number is jfs0e85015488.
                                      The activa got damaged last month and i claimed it by bharti axa general insurance. At that time i was being told that my complete amount will be reimbursed. I paid rs. 7000/- and received rs. 4800/-

                                      I received a message from bharti axa that the surveyor will call or visit and explain us everything but neither surveyor visited nor called us what the hell is this? I want my complete amount back else i shall go legally as i belong to a lawyer family.
