Bharti Axa — fraud call | |||
Hello Sir, I got call from Bombay landline, and executive being told me that she is from cancellation department of Bharti AXA. You had a policy with number[protected] and premium amount Rs. 40, 000. Right now the fund value is around Rs. 98, 000/-. I was bit confused, because in year 2014, I had one Bharti AXA insurance policy. And stopped that policy after first premium. So, I connected this fraud call with 2014's policy. In our telephonic conversation she gave me one mobile number of my relationship manager for policy([protected] - Vashali Sharma). After discussion with Vashali[protected], she suggested me that as the policy's locking period was 3 years, but you only paid for one year. So, we need to buy new policy of amount Rs. 80, 000/- and then we will cancel this policy and will ask customer care to add the Rs. 80, 000/- in my existing policy which is[protected]. This way you will be able to get benefit of your existing fund value. So, I buy one policy of Rs. 80, 000/-. After receiving the policy bond, I called to Vashali that please raise a request to cancel the new policy. She called me and told that she raised request for cancellation and you will receive call for same. As she told me I received a call and executive told me that your request is being processed and it will take around 7 working days. Also, you will receive a message. But after weeks time I haven't receive any call then I called to Vashali, she picked my phone and told me that She can't discuss right now as some family member passed away. As soon as she avoiding me I enlighten that this might be fraud call. Then I went to Bharti-AXA office and found that the call was fraud call. So I want to register a complaint against it. I had renewed my policy on 29 of August but I don't know from where is the change take place in communication address in document I paid the money and still I don't get my policy..I called then a no of tyms but they didn't give any sloution just say after 1pm then after 6 next day...all they did was making me fool and other customers.

While doing process of payment for Activa bike insurance my money got deducted by PhonePe but transaction could not complete. I wish I get my Bike insurance done on time and money should not go wasted. The details of transaction are mentioned in attachment.
