Hello sir,

One of the agent initiate a policy without my consent. Suddenly i got the mail communication about the new policy proposal (Proposal number "e1576805") on 21st august 2018 from bharti axa. Immediately after that i requested for cancellation of the proposed policy. After writing 8 to 9 emails, the processing of the policy got stopped finally.
But an amount of rs.27539.69 got deducted from one of my existing ulip fund from bharti axa. The policy number of the existing fund is "[protected]".
When i informed it to customer service i got an email on 13th september 2018, that they are looking into it and inform me earliest.
Since then i have requested for the status of the refund but didn't get any response. I have sent 4 emails till now but didn't get any response.

Its really hard for me to keep trust on bharti axa anymore and want your kind attention and involvement to get back my hard earned money.

Attaching the email of the policy proposal and statement which shows the deduction of the said amount.

    I am having jeevan anand policy and i got a message 3 months back, saying that your cheque for bonus has been dispatched to your address but i never get that after waiting i made a complaint# 11317718 on 27 sep 2018. Since then i am following up with their customer care center but no update every time, i am getting same response sir, system is down.

      Bharti axa life insurance i took the one policy in rs20000 per annum. A policy representative spoke to me on one time invest twenty thousand rupees after three years you will get the three times of the investment amount rs60000. But the bond arrived for me checked the details totally wrong. The bond details are 15 years policy and every year i will pay the rs20000. After 20 years i will get the some amount. So i will cancel the policy to inform advisor. He is told not cancel the policy. So please cancel the policy and refund the amount.

        I have made payment for motor policy on the 25th of september. It has been 8 days and i still haven't received my car documents. I was promised by their executive savita naik that my documents will be submitted in a day before i had paid for the policy. I have been contacting them every day with no response or they respond stating we are having a technical issue and can't provide your documents. I am appalled at the unprofessional attitude shown by the company and it's employees.

          I had renewed my car insurance amounting of Rs7664.00 on 24sep, 2018
          for which i haven't received any policy copy not even acknowledgement from them, this is really a poor service for a existing customer. Am fed up of continuous follows up and now they are not responding for my query. I need my money to be refunded at the earliest. I request concern people to take necessary action against my query.

          Hello Sir,

          After 2weeks of doing payment i am frustrated by Bharati AXA corporate staff in bhubaneswar office & also by customer care executive since 24/sep/2018. However it is impossible to ride the car in road.
          I am going to file a case in the High Court of Odisha against the BHARATIAXA CEO in 15/OCT/2018 if i will not receive soft copy of invoice/policy by 13/oct/2018.

          Dear sir,

          My payment date was 24/sep/2018 and today is 23/oct/2018. It's been 1 month completed, But I didn't received any email from bharati axa. I am facing lots of problem because I am unable to ride car in road. My day to day life is hampered due to this.
          I am requesting to concern department to return my amount if they are unable to give a resolution.
          I am Frastruated by following up the bharati axa Customercare. And here also I am not getting any kind o[censored]pdate or positive assurance.
          Kindly resolve the issue asap.

            I paid 1578 amount on 20th September 18 for policy renewal through online link sent by you. But you still I am not receiving policy copy. Policy no SA095412. I Called customer care 2 times and I sent mail to customer care mail id. But still I m not received copy. I[censored] not able to send mail plz cancel my policy and refund my amount. Bharti axa customer care service is failed to satisfy his customer. No one replied to mail.

              Hi i purchased s9846922 travel insurance well in advance before my travel on the website.
              But due to visa regulations i needed to extend the policy dates by 4 more days.
              But reaching customer service was near to impossible.
              The customer care helplines were always on hold for 2 hours and they disconnect and even if callback was requested they would never call back.

              Tried multiple numbers but there was no response or poor response. I tried this for 10 days after buying policy.

              Multiple numbers from bangalore, mumbai chennai which i found on their websites and online, but none were reachable and reached an operator for help.

              The online chat also never worked and chat used to end.

              Finally on the 3rd phone number above, i got in touch with the person called krishna who told he will help me and took all details and said he will get it done.

              But this too went on for 7 days. He had to email some other team (He always referred them to as "client") not even sure how it works. He said he was emailing back and forth and still no update on updated dates of policy.
              There was not even a direct number and i literally had to call back and forth multiple times.

              I then lost confidence that bharti axa is whether an actual company or not with the way they function. Even if i went abroad with their insurance and i have an emergency i doubt if i would get any help as calling from within the country and getting hold of someone is itself a tedious task.

              I have now bought new policy from a different company as i was getting late for visa application.

              I would want to report this not only a complaint but also need full refund of the 677inr as it is of waste to me and they were not able to help me with the extension of dates as required.
              Only payment on website is very fast process, after that i can only imagine the trauma cutomers go through after buying policy for assistance.

                    I made payment for renewal of existing car insurance policy with bharati axa on 14 september 2018 but i did not receive any policy. I even got mail from bharti axa that payment has been received.

                    I did follow up with customer care for this but everytime i get response that we are looking into this. I have been calling on daily basis and have to wait for more than half an hour to speak to customer representative. Finally when i get to talk, they say this is different department, we can not transfer call to the concerned department, you have to call again. Daily i am wasting 1 hour in calling to bharti axa. Once a customer representative said he is sending it to my mail, he even confirmed my mail id but did not send.

                    I have made payment and how many more days i have to wait to just get soft copy of the renewed policy. This is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism.

                      Online renewal was done by me for my car insurance on 05 sep 18 with full amt of premium being paid on the same day but till date the company has failed to send/mail me my renewed car insurance policy. Poor show by the concerned staff & equally poor response from the higher ups of the company.
                      Reflects badly on the company. This was reply received a week back...

                        This is bring to your notice that my claim has been rejected due to that i have utilized claim from my previous insurer due to my vehicle met with unexpected accident unfortunately and i have utilized my claim after i get insurance renewal policy from bharti axa and i don't know anything about ncb terms and conditions and how to return ncb benefits.

                        Hence i come to know to lately that i have to be return ncb benefit from my policy if i have been utilizes any claim after insured to get any claims.

                        Requested your suggestions to way forward to return my ncb benefits and to get claim clearance.
                        This is happen unfortunately and not in intentionally.

                          I have taken the policy from bharti axa life advantage plan with policy number[protected] on name of varun gupta. A person avinash aggarwal from citi finance assured me that if i take the policy from bharti axa them i will get a loan of rs.12, 00, 000 in exchange of this policy. He cheated me. I have all the recordings with me in my phone. After taking policy from bharti axa he denied to give me the loan. He kept on delaying the money. I am in trouble. I am already having problem in my present business and was expecting a loan amount. Since he has cheated me so i want to cancel my policy with bharti axa as it will be very difficult for me to continue with this policy as i am already suffering in my business. Please help me to cancel this policy and returned my money.

                              I got call from Bombay landline, and executive being told me that she is from cancellation department of Bharti AXA. You had a policy with number[protected] and premium amount Rs. 40, 000. Right now the fund value is around Rs. 98, 000/-.

                              I was bit confused, because in year 2014, I had one Bharti AXA insurance policy. And stopped that policy after first premium. So, I connected this fraud call...

                                I am registered with dnd of my service provider.
                                In spite of this, i am disturbed by untimely calls for insurance from different mobile numbers.
                                How did my number get into your cheap company's database and when i intimate my disinterest, why is it not updated in your stupid database? Do you think my bugging somebody they would buy your product?

                                Who is the characterless # in charge of marketing?

                                Have you ever heard of other's privacy?

                                Even the retired are not spared from this nuisance. Customer's data are stolen and shamelessly peddled to other third - party rogues in the name of marketing. Does your company have any basic manners, decency, culture, value and ethics?
                                For you it may mean business, for us it is outright nonsense disturbing us during our work, we lose continuity in our work because of this nonsense.

                                Can you stop this desperate and senseless marketing? It is more of a turn-off.
                                If you cannot be o[censored]se to anyone, at least do not be a nuisance. Hope the # who is in charge of sales and marketing is made aware of this.
                                I feel i am not the only person harassed in such a fashion.

                                I hope at least you are sensible enough to understand from the customer's point of view.

But as soon as i had done online payment a bharti axa life representative called me to remind about the submit the payment then they told that you deposit rs 9288.00 towards the policy renewal payment the i had told that i had submitted rs 9559...

                                  2) as per the bharti vashi office team i gave the written complaint but didn't get the satisfactory revert on my queries raised.. All three levels i escalarated my case but no luck (Pls refer trail mail on my last communication with varying hard complaint team)
                                  3) still on online portal against my mail i'd wrong mailing address / mobile number is mapped.. (Attaching the relevant screenshot files which even i forwarded to bharti and didn't got any revert)

                                  I strongly suspect that my personal details and documents collected may get misused as no where in online portal i am able to view it neither i am able to view/connect to the said sold policies.

                                  Even after so many reminders neither bharti team is resolving my problem nor that broker is picking up my phone call.. I am completely stuck and all my hard money went for a task.
