Hi i purchased s9846922 travel insurance well in advance before my travel on the website.
But due to visa regulations i needed to extend the policy dates by 4 more days.
But reaching customer service was near to impossible.
The customer care helplines were always on hold for 2 hours and they disconnect and even if callback was requested they would never call back.

I made payment for renewal of existing car insurance policy with bharati axa on 14 september 2018 but i did not receive any policy. I even got mail from bharti axa that payment has been received.

I did follow up with customer care for this but everytime i get response that we are looking into this. I have been calling on daily basis...

Online renewal was done by me for my car insurance on 05 sep 18 with full amt of premium being paid on the same day but till date the company has failed to send/mail me my renewed car insurance policy. Poor show by the concerned staff & equally poor response from the higher ups of the company.

The agent (Pradeep) has told me that with in 10-15 days after i paid the amount i will receive the amount rs.25000. I have paid 53, 000 (Apprx) in october 2017. Their toll free line sucks. When one dials the option 3 meant for complaints there is complete silence and no one answers, their chat section on the website is also very bad. They just say dial toll free number which does not work....

I got a call from executive (Bhavika-mumbai) of bharti axa to renew car policy but they will tell you about policy and will say, you will get eod after payment, they know that policy is getting expired today but it's not truth. They will decide to generate a policy at least 3 -5 working days then also not confirmed and nobody will not respond you because you have made payment but it's for other companies like, bajaj, reliance...

Bharti Axa person called and came over to my place to sell Elite Advantage policy.

It was said that if you pay Rs 1 Lac per annum for 12 years then you get Rs 22 Lacs after 12 years. Alternatively you get Rs 1.1 Lacs p.a. as pension starting from 13th year till death or you can take Rs 1.1 Lacs till whenever you want and then take back Rs 22 Lacs during closure of the policy.
