We understand that you had received calls from some party claiming to be our representative however we hereby confirm that the same do not belong to Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company.
Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused . We are taking up the matter very seriously at our end .
We would like to assure you that all our customer related information is kept confidential and the same has not been shared with anyone.
In this regard, we wish to inform you that, as per the TRAI guidelines, any customer or individual who does not wish to get any commercial unsolicited calls, should register himself/herself on the National Do Not Call registry (NDNC).
In case you wish to register your telephone number in the NDNC registry then kindly place a request with your concern telecom service provider and they shall assist you further in getting your number registered.
Further, details on the National Do Not Call registry are available with your telecom service provider. For more details you can log on to www.ndncregistry.gov.in.
