The Certificate of Insurance is attached for reference. The insurance policy was recommended by the lender PNBHFL along with home loan.

Bhartiaxa has fraud mc bc chutia agent like aditya chauhan mob no [protected]. He cheated the customer miss guading them to offer reliance tower with the policies (One time). He cheated me with the 2 policy no[protected]&[protected]. But after one year there is no tower and company ask to pay premiem otherwise policies will be lapsed. Bharti axa is a fraud company that has fraud agent like bc mc chutia aditya chauhan mob no [protected]. Lets expose this fraud company and the agent. Beware... Beware...
Beware.
. Don't buy any policy from this fraud company. Company cheated the customer with the fraud agent like bc mc agent
. I am crying for my money that company has eaten up
If the company is alive please give my money

      I have raised a claim on 15 march 2018, multiple people from claim department are asking me documents, i have sent to two persons and still the claim is not approved, they were saying, they need the rc, my daughter has misplaced the rc and i have softcopy of one side of it, they wanted rc extract from rto. I didnt know that they were waiting for this document till i called them, after 4 days, now i have submitted the rc extract, they have come up with one more thing, date on claim record is not correct. The customer care lady might have written it wrongly or i might have said it wrongly, but they can not correct the record, he is now waiting for the telephonic conversation. I dont know what will he do listening to it, if he cannot correct it. They are simply delaying the process, they have taken the customer for granted, i am very much frustated. The guy who is handling my claim is shaik sattar, his number is[protected], i dont know why he is delaying the process, is he over occupied or not capable or inexperienced, i dont know.

          I have applied for the claim on 8th march and surveyor was just visited the service centre and mentioned that out of 3 damages only one damage can be covered, after heated discussion he agreed to visit the spot then he agreed everything was proper and complete approval will be given for all three damages. But next morning when i called to his manager he adamantly told that he is going to approve only two damages (One more damage accepted after spot visit) and he is not approve third damage who is so arrogant and was not even proper/valid reason behind not approving the third one. Really ridiculous people who dont even what would be process and how to speak to the customer and what should be needed for completing the claim process soon. Its been already more than 8 days since i have raised the claim but no proper explaination and no updates on why third damage cannot be approved and he was saying do what ever u want i will give you approval only for two damages. One of the worst insurance company dont ever never go for bharati axa insurance. Claim no # i8m02o2t. I am not sure how many days do they take simple claim and who is going to bear my daily expenses as the car was still in service centre waiting for claim process to finish.

          The same bharati axa people call me for the renewal every day atleast 2-3 times but when a customer raise a complaint they not even bother about it. Worst company and worst people.

            Hi,

            This is regarding my renewal policy.

            I have renewed on 6th but i did not get renewal document.

            After calling so many times, there is no resolution.

            Mr prasad is executive who attended my call and arrogant on the customer. He did not even transfer/escalated my call.

            This is how you treat your customer.

            I will not continue with this kind of service. I will raise a complaint to irda on this.

            If traffic police charge fine who will pay and if something happens to a vehicle who is responsible,

              1year policy. I hospitalized at 12/11/2017 pramukh swami hospital adajan surat. I have registered claim FHPL TPA 14/11/2017. My claim no is Q0257051. I have submitted all required documents for this claim. my claimed settled 20/12/2017.but amount not received my bank account.. FHPL send msg me my claim settled but Bharti Axa general insurance company not paying my claim amount.i also complain FHPL TPA your helpline not working.



              What solution regarding claim no Q0257051. All document send last week but
              process not completed. Mam already 4 month gone but claim is under process
              Mr sujal told to me second time all document scan&send me by mail. after
              my claim process completed. Madam this is very rediculaus scenario. Please
              mam all document send you last week and your confirmation revert back. So
              why complication create claim. I told you Mr. Sajal your query not match
              my claim history. But he forced me query report send. I told him your query
              send Bharti AXA laterpad to my home address or my scan my mail id. Bcs
              hostpital want me Query Send me Bharti AXA laterpad. So please settle my
              claim regarding this history.

                Policy no hax s6332476 this policy is applicable for my hundai eon car policy issue date 17 apr[protected] my car got accident at bhiwadi mode due to some unavoidable circumstances and right side axcel got damage today i have visited at jvm hundai service centre at bhiwadi rajasthan the surveyor denied that company will not give any insurance claim to me cylincer got totally damage and also right side axcel but surveyor said its not a accident case even cylincer out diameter reduced from 50 mm to 5 mm but stll its not a accident case as per surveyor how is it possible if claim will not proceed from your side i will never use bharti axa service in future becasue its my first experience with you and its very very poor now it becomes difficult to me to convince to surveyor of bharti axa general insurance member some one also offered me to pay rs 2000 to pass claim at service center i do not know the name of that person now my query is that is it the right way to pass claims i just want to claim against the accidental damage so please proceed i am using bharti axa insurance services from last 3 years after getting positively feedbacks from my friends before 3 year i had used other insurance company and not having any complaints against them it is my first claim from bharti axa and experience is very very bad my request to pass my claim form otherwise i will never used bharti axa

                  I mr. K i chandarana brought a health insurance frm bharti axa general insurance company online and made payment for the same through my debit card on 13/12/2017, i was told that i would be sent the soft copy of the policy on my mail address within 4-5 working days, which i received though a bit late
                  About hard copy of my policy i was told that it will be delivered to my address within 10-15 working days which is not yet done. It has been 3 months i brought policy n still i m waiting for my documents. Attendents at the bharti axa only keep saying that i will get my documents soon, with no results

He send premium to bxalife insurance guwahati office but they don't send any receipt nd not even aknowledgent to us... If we call them they don't receipt the call... Very very very poor standard of management. If this is way they behave with customers den the company will never grow.

                      I hold a automobile insurance from bharti axa for my sx4. I am a law abiding citizen of india and have been associated with different insurance companies on various levels. Recently i happen to submit a claim for my car insurance no. I8m02j1c

                      My car (Sx4- mh 01 ae 6398)

                      Bharati axa assigned me a surveyor named "sameer wesavkar". Instead of helping us mr. Wesavkar says very rudely says "i dont think the claim is true" i was shocked to hear such bold statement which directly accuses me of lying. Does bharati axa work on such assumptions made by their surveyors???

                      He also said "i will send you the pictures of the vehicle which were clicked at the time of giving insurance as a proof" i said ok... 5 days have passed mr. Wesavkar has failed to send me the pictures, he very rarely answers his calls, nor does he reply to my emails (I have sent him 3 emails as of today and i have them as proofs) when i told him that i will escalate the matter he says "do what ever you want"
                      My car is still in the garage, will the company or wesavkar himself is going to pay my consequential losses??

                      This is the second time i am buying an insurance from your respectable company with a fate of sincerity but i am sorry to say that i am utterly disappointed with the service. Had i knew that this company has such low standard employees, i would have never purchased your insurance, nor recommend others.

                        We raised a claim on 19th february 2017. The claim handler gave wrong information to the approval team. He uses unethical language. We want alternate claim handler. We paid 45k insurance premium in three years now our claim value is 15k for that also the bharati axa has rejected the claim.

                          I got an accident and my Activa 3g (12AA0174) damaged and I gave it to lochab Honda for repair and asked for insurance claim. In which I expend 12800/- RS and lochab Honda said you will get your claim in 15 days after one month i got SMS from Bharti axa in which settled amount show 6542/- I cal to trilok chand asser of Bharti axa and he said there is some mistake in your Activa 12800/- is not expend you will call to lochab Honda I went to lochab Honda and meet to Devender and he said I talked to trilok Chand you will get your all money but they credit only 6542/- RS after that I call to Devender and trilok Chand they said it mistake of lochab and bharti axa but distribute of both I loss my claim. So I request you to settle my claim and I have zero Dept insurance.

                            It was issued by Bharti Axa License sells department seating at Thane ( Mumbai).

                            1) Executive Jayesh and Vanita called me and they informed that this policy is of 20 years, but you have option of taking amount once it will complete maturity period i.e 12th year. They told that on 12th year completion I will get sum of rupees 12, 38, 000 (12, 38, 000= Surrender value of 12th year + sum assured + 5% of future payouts).
                            2) I raised few question to them which were answered by them and they have explained same benefits.
                            3) 3 month later I refer one of my friend for policy and he had the same question which was resolved by them .
                            4) Later on we called customer care for details of return and we came to know that resolution of queries have been done by complaint Bharti axa Liscence team not grivinace team.
                            5) after Providing all recordings to their sales team Bharti Axa is still investigating the matter from 2 months rather than taking action on Sales executive ( Vanita and Jayesh). Bharti Axa simply entertaining to mis selling of policy.
                            6) they are providing the declination letter as I am willing to take this up to IRDA india.

                              My father admitted dangue fever so why submitted chest pain, Hypertension /DC. Report.? If ask your medical team. Why require this report.? Otherwise I will all document with your mail submit IRDA and consumer forum court.for your side herrasment to policy holder.all requires documents send Bharti axa general insurance regarding dengue fever. If you ask your medical team to proper reason to your required query. Query :- A letter from treating consultant stating past history and duration of Chest pain/ DM/Hypertension, with all previous consultation papers and investigation reports.

                                Dear all,
                                I have paid my insurance amont online on 29th of june 2017. But when i called customer care number to fill my aadhaar number, they are saying your policy is not in force due to non payment of premium. And they are also saying please send us a email with attachment of bank statement. I felt very bad and i felt this is a kind of harassment to the prompt customer who is paying his premium regularly in time. I request the company people to educate customer care executives to give best service to their customers in this regards.

                                  Every day i am calling to customer care. Every day they told that you have to wait for 1day to get the policy it is under process. As per the instructions policy should be issued with in 3 to 5working days. As per customer care person name mr. Arjun from mumbai he instruct and guide me to make payment through quick pay. And the payment is successfully made on[protected]. Today (23/2/18) mrs. Suhasini customer care representative is forward my call to financial team. He taken all details and told that he call back me with in 10 minutes. After 2hrs mr. Arjun is called he is in the off of bharti axa insurance. Once again he taken all details and checked. And the finally told that your policy is not generating. Your amount is refund in 21 day's. I agree with the refund and i asked him to give me any reference number or any email reference for the refund status. He agreed he told that he send an email to me. But after 4hrs i checked my email but i am not received any email. Once again i called to customer care mrs. Sahera told that your policy is under process and pending status and not mentioned for refund. She roughly told that if you you want refund write to customer service department by email she told.
                                  My problem is that on 28/2/18 my policy is going to expired. I have to renewal my policy. Mr. Arjun told that your policy is not generating your amount will be refund but he is not maintain for refund. Mrs. Sahera told that your policy under process. And every day customer care representative told that your policy under process.
                                  I don't no what kind of service giving to the customer's. Why it is in pending. What kind of information giving to customer's. I am from 2015 customer. For the same vehicle and all details are same. Why it is in pending status. If you are giving this type of service to renewal a policy. You think what service is giving for claims. I don't know what to do. My policy is expired on 28/2/18. You people giving very worst service to customer. This is my policy details for your reference. As soon as possible please solve my problem. Other wise i post a complaint against you and in social media.

                                    The manager had tried to fool us by taking an amount of rs 50, 000/-, mentioning someone else's mobile number in the policy, and fake promises that we have to submit money (Amount of rs 50, 000/-) only one time.

                                    I want my money (Amount of rs 50, 000/- with interest) back or provide me with a bond paper of one time payment only.

                                    I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate actions against the manager (Vivek bahadur).

                                    This is a request to reply within one week or else i will have to look for other options.
