This is regarding my renewal policy.

I have renewed on 6th but i did not get renewal document.

After calling so many times, there is no resolution.

Mr prasad is executive who attended my call and arrogant on the customer. He did not even transfer/escalated my call.

This is how you treat your customer.

I will not continue with this kind of service....

Yesterday and today, i received call from different numbers claiming to be from bharti axa life insurance company. They explained me about bharti axa elite plan. They called me from 3 different numbers in last 2 days (6&7 march 2018). They were forcing me to buy insurance on women's day special offer.
Today when i denied to take insurance, they started talking to me in rough manner.

We raised a claim on 19th february 2017. The claim handler gave wrong information to the approval team. He uses unethical language. We want alternate claim handler. We paid 45k insurance premium in three years now our claim value is 15k for that also the bharati axa has rejected the claim.
We want full claim.
We request you to address this issue asap...

But when i called customer care number to fill my aadhaar number, they are saying your policy is not in force due to non payment of premium. And they are also saying please send us a email with attachment of bank statement. I felt very bad and i felt this is a kind of harassment to the prompt customer who is paying his premium regularly in time. I request the company...

Every day i am calling to customer care. Every day they told that you have to wait for 1day to get the policy it is under process. As per the instructions policy should be issued with in 3 to 5working days. As per customer care person name mr. Arjun from mumbai he instruct and guide me to make payment through quick pay. Everyday the telecallers give a new timeline to process the same.
This kind of callous attitude is not expected of a company like bharti axa life insurance company ltd.

Policy no. S5562349. Payment was made on 24.1.2018 for renewing the policy, but till now didn't receive the renewed policy. Made complaint on 8.2.2018, reference no. 01104067. Old policy expired on 12.2.2018. 2 days over, no steps taken by the company, resulting unable to get my bike on road. Insufficient service by the insurance company.
