Received a call from number [protected] on saturday the 23rd of march at 7:30 p. M (19:30 hrs). The person asked me if i was interested in the bharti axa insurance and i responded by saying that it was highly inappropriate to be called so late in the night and unsolicited.
I told the caller that it was not appreciated and proceed to disconnect the call.
A couple of minutes later the caller kept giving me missed calls on my phone. When i would pick up, there would be no answer. I had about 4 missed calls and 3 calls without an answer. Finally i called back and the person picked up and i asked him why he was doing what he was doing and asked to speck to his supervisor. The agent from bharti axa, refused to connect me to the supervisor and kept speaking to me in hindi even though i advised him that i would like to be spoken to in either english or kannada. He rudely told me that hindi is the national language and that i need to speak to him in hindi. I take serious objection to this and have a very good mine to file a case of mental harassment against you guys.
