I am bearing huge loses of not having a car from last 3 months due to the delay of action.

Most pathetic experience, i am still unable to understand, how could you be so unprofessional & irresponsible, i have 4 more cars with insurance from ur company & i am afraid that i may not like to continue the relationship any further by at such attitude.

    Hi bharti axa

    Today april 29, 2019 at 09:35 am i got an sms from hdfc bank as following

    "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd with value rs.50000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

    I contacted with my hdfc home branch. Personal banker could not help me on this.

    I have never did any commitment to do any payment to bharti axe life insurance to pay premium of 50000. If that is done from anyone then that is fraud transaction. So please stop this payment or any ecs.

      I am raising a new complaint following my actual complaint which was never resolved and has been marked as resolved. Kindly go through the raised complaint attached below with all the replies from your representative.

      This is to bring to your notice that till now none of your customer representative contacted me and my complaint has been replied on 18th April saying '''''''''COMPLAINT MARKED AS RESOLVED''''''' Request donot reply with false comments when no action has been taken. It seems that you are not interested in solving problem of customers and rather make fun of what they are going through with your false reply. I will not let go my hard earned money just like that so if you are really interested in helping me and to avoid any future complications pls contact me at below given number.

      Two employees of gbic misguided me (Their respective names are purnima shukla & rajeev shukla from a/c department, later on i came to know that mrs. Purnima shukla is a sr. Councilor from gbic (Government body of insurance council) and not from irda)
      The case started when i came to know that the amount is less than what i paid to icici prudential in 03 years. It was then assigned to mrs. Purnima shukla of gbic who suggested me to freeze the amount in icici prudential as their team did not live up to their commitments. So accordingly i then froze rs.4.32 lacs & port to bharti axa-elite advantage plan against the policy no.[protected] on 28 july 2018 which is rs. 1 lac per annum for 03 years (As guided/advised by mrs. Purnima shukla, as per law, the amount will not freeze until i will not port the same amount in other company). I was sure that being a sr. Councilor of gbic she would give me correct guidance & help me.
      After few days Mr. Pawan sharma called me, said that he is from icici prudential and then told me that bonus of rs 3.84 lacs announced by icici prudential in their internal audit if not claimed then it will be distributed in between their agents/brokers.
      Mrs. Purnima shukla told me that if i want to take the bonus then she could help me to get this. I again trusted mrs. Purnima shukla, so i agreed and then she told me the way to get the bonus.
      She was in touch with few lic companies & advised me to buy another bharti axa – elite advantage plan. When i asked the reason why to buy another policy for this, she ensured me that is the only way to get the bonus amount, which is rs. 3.84 lacs, and it is for 03 years and after that, i will get return paid premium amount with agreed bonus.
      For more details about the bonus, i received a call from her colleague mr. Rajeev shukla, accounts department who convinced me and told me the calculations of the return amount after 03 years. I was having doubt but mrs. Purnima & mr. Rajeev shukla, both kept ensuring me to trust them and i had no other option but to fall for them.
      I blindly trusted her since she is a government employee and therefore bought another bharti axa-elite advantage plan, policy no.[protected] dt. 31st aug. 2018 of rs 1.25 lacs per annum for 03 years. (As guided/advised by mrs. Purnima shukla. She told me that this bonus amount of rs. 3.84 lacs would be port in other company as per law & i have to pay 02 premiums only & 3rd premium will not be paid by me).
      I also signed cash bonus option form along with other related forms to get the policy.
      I am not sure whether my bonus amount of rs. 3.84 lacs really port to my bharti axa policy or credit in other account.
      Also note that i didn’t receive my 1st policy documents no.[protected] till today & 2nd policy no.[protected] was also returned to bharti axa for correction of policy terms as agreed to mr. Lalit kumar, executive of bharti axa who came to my residence to collect the policy with an assurance to get the policy with agreed terms. As i came to know that both polices were for 12 years not 03 years as agreed.
      Kindly note that i am a retired sr. Citizen & do not have any source of income. For me it is not possible to afford such big amount i. E. 2.25 lacs for next 12 years.
      So many times, i got the assurance from mr. Gaurav, mr. Ashish, ms laxhmi & other executives of bharti axa to get the policies, with agreed terms very soon. Nevertheless, i did not received the same yet & their mobile numbers are all temporarily out of service now. With all their numbers being ‘temporarily out of service’, it seems that it is a group who are involve in such type of frauds.
      As on today, i do not have any policies in hand, but still getting an assurance from mrs. Purnima shukla of gbic that i will get my both policies as per agreed terms. At this stage, i do not think anyone will trust this lady.
      Now i have a very bad feeling that they have done fraud and misguided a sr. Citizen, who do not have any source of income.
      Having said everything above, i still have hope that someone will help/ guide me properly to get my hard-earned money back along with my bonus amount.
      In addition to above, request sr. Management of gbic to look into my matter on priority.

      My this 2nd complaint also didn't resolve till today. Bharti Axa is just closing the complaints on papers & making fools to others.
      My complaints has been resolve on 28th May 2019 as per Bharti Axa comments. I sent a reminders to get the update & got a massage/reply from Bharti Axa team on dated 3rd June 2019 that 'WE ARE CHECKING THIS WITH THE TEAM & WILL COME BACK TO YOU WITH AN UPDATE SOON' & another massage/reply on dated 6th June 2019 that 'PLEASE ALLOW US SOME MORE TIME TO PROVIDE YOU AN UPDATE'.
      It clearly shows Bharti Axa making fools & doing fraud with their customers.
      Again I request to Bharti Axa team to stop such type of false comments & resolve my complaint on priority.

      1. This has been wrongly suggested to us in the name of porting of one of my policy with hdfc life. Whereas in the confirmation call there was no mention of porting of policy .
      2. I was told that I have to make payment for 3 yrs only whereas in confirmayion call it was told that it is for 12 yrs.
      3. Finally & most importantly I have not signed the CDF and proposal form which has been forged.
      Although we are proceeding against the concerned in IRDA as well for cancellation of their license against fraud and misscommunication of facts request you to kindly do the needful and confirm.

        My policy no j9114048. Today i went to yashoda hospital secunderabad for my son's medical check up. Doctor advised a minor surgery. When i approached insurance section at yashoda hospital secunderabad, they told me that there is no tpa service on my policy. I called customer care toll free twice and they are not responding properly. Further one of them advised to mail customer care. I was surprised with this answer. Later i called family health plan insurance tpa limited whose number provided by bharti axa in the policy document. They told me that my policy lapsed. I surprised and said them my policy period is upto 23/03/2020. They told me that the bharti axa team has not upgraded/send my policy details with them. What a pity. What is this negligence?
        Why should a customer bear torcher like this. Why don't such a big insurance company show interest in claim like in renewal?
        Actually i have an ordinary policy. Bharti axa team convinced me and i upgraded my policy as smart super health insurance policy in this march. But they have not sent my details to tpa.
        What is atleast they are not able to tell me what to do for claim.
        Very sad with these services. The guy whom i last called is saying (When i questioned him) this is general insurance sir and your query is about health.
        Yes but the toll free number you provided in the policy is that and there is no separate number for health policy holders.
        Very much disappointed with your service. Till today i thought i am secure being a part of bharti axa family but very sorry."today" changed all my beliefs.

            Hi,

            I have raised a claim on feb 11th, 2018 and have given my two-wheeler in the service center (Sarram autocrafts, orr, mahadevapura, bangalore) on the same day for repair. I got a call from service center after two weeks that insurance survey has been completed and repair has been done. I got no call from insurance company so i have called the customer care and got the insurance handler details but the number was not working. Finally, i got a call from another handler in march asking for the claim details. Informed that survey has been done and am waiting for your call to claim the refund. Later, on 14th march, i had to pay the amount in full with the service provider and asked to collect the bike, else fine will be charged on parking. Now, insurance company told the bike has been repaired before the survey has been done, so they closed my claim request stating i accepted to close the request which i didn't. I have raised a complaint with the company, but to my failure, they are acting on it. I got a call from the insurance company in 1st week of march where my claim is raised on feb 11th which is completely not acceptable. When i tried to call, that also went in failure. I've raised a compliant on the service center as well as they told me insurance survey has been done but hasn't been as per the company.in between their incapability, i've lost lot of time and had to take the stress.

            what is the SLA on the response form your claims team? I have raised the claim on Feb 11th. I got a response call from you in March 1st week. I tried to connect in between with you but for no use of it. If you say that is fine, then you are agreeing indirectly that you can survey after a month from when the claim is raised, implying that all rejected claims stating the damages are old to any vehicle will have to approved. I'll check for such claims, if that is the case. Please confirm.

                I had paid the renewal of my car insurance on 23rd march 2019; however I have not received the policy documents soft copy till 27th march. After several contacts to customer care they are least bothered and are telling i[censored] wish u can go ahead a file complaint in consumer court but we can not provide the document due to technical issues. On Saturday 23rd March I have received many mails from Bharti AXA regarding to make payment for insurance but now there is no any further mail after they received the cash.. Neither they are reversing the payment nor providing insurance policy documents.

                  On jan 8th bharti axa didn't issue my policy even though amount of 1.6k was debited. I raised this issue with them asking for refund providing confirmation from my bank stating the transaction. They are now not ready to refund as they claim the policy was for february and that they can't process refund after the expiry date. I followed up with them every single day and yet no response.

                    My mother Mrs. Manobi Majumder had a policy (Policy No: J9119128 ) with Bharti AXA GI which was purchased in Oct 2019 and was renewed in October 2020. She was admitted to Narayana Super Speciality hospital on[protected] at 01:21 PM. She was discharged on the 2nd of December 2020.

                    Total Bill Amount: Rs 98892.00

                      This is regarding my motor insurance handled by bharti axa

                      Car : audi a4
                      Build : 2012
                      Color : red
                      Accidental date : 16th feb
                      Claim raised : 26th feb

                      Details of accident
                      My vehicle was busted by a heavy moving vehicle from right side and in order to avoid further clash my dad took an immediate left which ended up bringing scratches on left side. Hence my luxury vehicle got scratches and dent on both sides.

                      Complaint #1
                      8 days after raising complaint the surveyor went to workshop.
                      I called multiple times on their toll free and kept on checking back with the numbers provided. But no one came to rescue before 8 days.
                      I had to manage my conveyance for 8 days during that time period.

                      Surveyor observation
                      Surveyor clearly mentioned that scratches are on both sides and it's pretty obvious to give atleast 8 part repair refund which could approx mount upto 32, 000

                      My workshop bill was over 60k+

                      To my surprise i got a mail from magnum surveyor team that they will only reimburse me for 3 parts i. E rs 12, 500
                      By that time the work on both sides have almost been completed to 70%
                      I was left with much disappointment and after calling magnum surveyor people and even the owner, i got a very rude reply saying if the truck struck your car i should have been dead
                      Like there is no other option someone can get a claim raised
                      Like there is no other way a heavy moving vehicle could end up in an accident without killing me and my dad

                      Once the workshop job was done, workshop guy called the surveyor team to come and inspect again. To make sure that someone does come, the car was in workshop for 2 extra days waiting for the surveyor to come
                      Since no one came, i took the car from workshop as the follow up was going nowhere and hiring a cab everytime was giving unnecessary financial burden

                      Now i got a letter from magnum surveyor team saying that i have to produce vehicle to them?? I mean what is this, they are expecting me to bring vehicle to their office cause they were not disciplined enough to do it in first place, which is actually their job

                      12, 500 is no way an audi owner would get if the car got scratch even on one side. Even my bumpers were damages but i thought let it be, probably it will take another few calls to make them understand their job.

                      Plus the staff is very very rude and arrogant.

                        harassment from telemarketing employee

                        Received a call from number [protected] on saturday the 23rd of march at 7:30 p. M (19:30 hrs). The person asked me if i was interested in the bharti axa insurance and i responded by saying that it was highly inappropriate to be called so late in the night and unsolicited.
                        I told the caller that it was not appreciated and proceed to disconnect the call.

                        Myself avtar singh. I have two policies from your company. I was misguided by ‘bharti axa companies’ broker. He assured me that, ‘i’ will provide you all the policy benefits, within a month on the basis of our companies best benefits schemes. He also asked me for pension schemes, ongoing after policy benefit. He asked me for single instalment only, nothing else.
                        But, when ‘i’ did a policy, they sent me policy with another terms and conditions. It is totally fraud done with me. Now, ‘i’ just want to get my money back as early as possible. Otherwise, ‘i’ will take legal action against victims.
                        I also complaint at near by branch at ludhaina and sent email to grievance redressal sites provided by company. But, i did not get any response from that side. I attached branch complaint receiving with this complaint. Please reply me as soon as possible.

                          Claim no. 559083 & Policy no. S9838127

                          I have sent the discharge certificate on 16 Feb and later emailed on 21 Feb & 14 Mar for updates.

                          There is no response. (except "the concerned team will get back to you" & that concerned team never got back to me).

                          Kindly process the claim and tranfer the money to my account. This type of customer service is ridiculous and totally unprofessional.

                            This is to inform you that i had my flight from goa to new delhi on 20.03.2019 at 9:30 pm. This flight was delayed for 2 hours.
                            My pnr no is s6ly3f & policy no are sx6424306 and sx6424305.
                            I called at bharti axa general insurance customer care if there is any help i can get in case of flight delay. Despite of 10 calls no body has picked my call & helped me.
                            Now my question is what is the benefit of taking insurance when company even dont pick your call in emergency.
                            Why we should spend more when there is no benefit will be given by company.
                            I am really thankful to god that there was no medical emergency as company does not feel like to help people.
                            In short we are just wasting our money by taking so expensive insurances as company even dont dare to pick up your call.

                              I purchased the bharti axa health insurance policy (policy no. J9112601 ) on 21st January 2019, and paid premium of Rs. 26, 278.00 by credit card. However, i was not happy with the list of their network hospitals, and cancelled the policy within the cool in period on 27th January 2019. Customer care confirmed that policy is cancelled and that i will receive the full premium refund within 10-15 days. But now it's almost 2 months, and i still haven't received my premium back. The customer care do not respond to my emails and just give assurance of escalation over the phone. The grievance was also contacted (Complaint no. 1987023), however, again, they emailed me that it is being escalated (contact persion is Gigi Mathew and Nupur Chaturvedi from greivance cell bharti axa). No one is doing anything. They are not showing any concern related to my refund.

                                An employee of kolkata office of bharati axa life insurance named by mrs. Manisha dey cheated me by promising me that this insurance will be for five years and after the payment of two premiums, i can surrender this and will get back the whole paid amount including the 18000/- (From other insurance) and for that she will be liable for this. This promise she made in front of my family members. She also confirmed me that there will be no pressure for the payment of premium further if i pay the second premium of nearly 27000/- (Half for the second year probably) and i paid that also. Moreover she didn't give the receipt of that premium. For the surrender of the policy, she took away a letter from me along with a cancelled check so that i can get the amount of one lakh (51000/-+27000/-+18000/-) plus some interest in the month of dec'18 and bharati axa will call me to submit the policy in the month of nov'18. She also promised me that she will take all necessary action in the month of august-september 2017 so that i can get back the above said amount in dec'18. But now it was not happens. Being an employee of such a reputed company, she totally cheated me. Now i am requesting you to do the needful at your earliest so that i can get back my hard owned money. Hope, you will take the proper action so that every one will think twice before doing this.

                                  Two employees of gbic misguided me (Their respective names are purnima shukla & rajeev shukla from a/c department, later on i came to know that mrs. Purnima shukla is a sr. Councilor from gbic (Government body of insurance council) and not from irda)
                                  The case started when i came to know that the amount is less than what i paid to icici prudential in 03 years. It was then assigned to mrs. Purnima shukla of gbic who suggested me to freeze the amount in icici prudential as their team did not live up to their commitments. So accordingly i then froze rs.4.32 lacs & port to bharti axa-elite advantage plan against the policy no.[protected] on 28 july 2018 which is rs. 1 lac per annum for 03 years (As guided/advised by mrs. Purnima shukla, as per law, the amount will not freeze until i will not port the same amount in other company). I was sure that being a sr. Councilor of gbic she would give me correct guidance & help me.
                                  After few days mr. Pawan sharma called me, said that he is from icici prudential and then told me that bonus of rs 3.84 lacs announced by icici prudential in their internal audit if not claimed then it will be distributed in between their agents/brokers.
                                  Mrs. Purnima shukla told me that if i want to take the bonus then she could help me to get this. I again trusted mrs. Purnima shukla, so i agreed and then she told me the way to get the bonus.
                                  She was in touch with few lic companies & advised me to buy another bharti axa – elite advantage plan. When i asked the reason why to buy another policy for this, she ensured me that is the only way to get the bonus amount, which is rs. 3.84 lacs, and it is for 03 years and after that, i will get return paid premium amount with agreed bonus.
                                  For more details about the bonus, i received a call from her colleague mr. Rajeev shukla, accounts department who convinced me and told me the calculations of the return amount after 03 years. I was having doubt but mrs. Purnima & mr. Rajeev shukla, both kept ensuring me to trust them and i had no other option but to fall for them.
                                  I blindly trusted her since she is a government employee and therefore bought another bharti axa-elite advantage plan, policy no.[protected] dt. 31st aug. 2018 of rs 1.25 lacs per annum for 03 years. (As guided/advised by mrs. Purnima shukla. She told me that this bonus amount of rs. 3.84 lacs would be port in other company as per law & i have to pay 02 premiums only & 3rd premium will not be paid by me).
                                  I also signed cash bonus option form along with other related forms to get the policy.
                                  I am not sure whether my bonus amount of rs. 3.84 lacs really port to my bharti axa policy or credit in other account.
                                  Also note that i didn’t receive my 1st policy documents no.[protected] till today & 2nd policy no.[protected] was also returned to bharti axa for correction of policy terms as agreed to mr. Lalit kumar, executive of bharti axa who came to my residence to collect the policy with an assurance to get the policy with agreed terms. As i came to know that both polices were for 12 years not 03 years as agreed.
                                  Kindly note that i am a retired sr. Citizen & do not have any source of income. For me it is not possible to afford such big amount i. E. 2.25 lacs for next 12 years.
                                  So many times, i got the assurance from mr. Gaurav, mr. Ashish, ms laxhmi & other executives of bharti axa to get the policies, with agreed terms very soon. Nevertheless, i did not received the same yet & their mobile numbers are all temporarily out of service now. With all their numbers being ‘temporarily out of service’, it seems that it is a group who are involve in such type of frauds.
                                  As on today, i do not have any policies in hand, but still getting an assurance from mrs. Purnima shukla of gbic that i will get my both policies as per agreed terms. At this stage, i do not think anyone will trust this lady.
                                  Now i have a very bad feeling that they have done fraud and misguided a sr. Citizen, who do not have any source of income.
                                  Having said everything above, i still have hope that someone will help/ guide me properly to get my hard-earned money back along with my bonus amount.
                                  In addition to above, request sr. Management of gbic to look into my matter on priority.

I have been continuously following up customer service executive but no response. Two customer service lead, jude and domnic gave me false commitment that it would be done in 24 hours and then 48 hours but it is still not solved... Now they are not responding on my calls.
