[Resolved] Bharti Axa — I haven't received the policy for which I had paid money | |||
Hai, I had received a call from jay mumbai, for renewal of my two wheeler insurance policy, for the same i had made the payment of rs 1146, for which i haven't received any policy copy not even acknowledge ment from them, this is really a poor service for a existing customer. Am fed up of continuous follows up and now they are not responding for my query. I need my money to be refunded at the earliest. I request concern people to take necessary action against my query.
