[Resolved] Bharti Axa — insurance document not given after payment | |||||
I have paid to renew my car insurance policy with bharti axa on 10th december. The transaction was successful but i did not receive a soft copy of the renewed insurance policy. I have called 5 times in the 10 days after the payment to get the soft copy. They have repeatedly told me that there is a backend issue and it would be resolved in a day or two. Even after 10 days, this issue has not been resolved. The company refuses to pay my money back. If this is not fraud, i don't know what is. Was this information helpful? | |||||
