Bharti Axa Insurance — Worst Customer Service

I am really fed-up with the way you guys respond to the queries, I requested for a quotation for my existing insurance policy (Motor Insurance), but I have not received any update on this till date, Since today I got several calls asking for the policy number and every time I get the response within 30mins will send the quotation to mail id. But till date not received.
