According to bharti axa company, insurance policy was purchased from third party — one insure. One insure company has created only agent code and not created consumer code. And that agent firm can claim bonus and royalty amount (Rs.72334/-). Bharti axa is suggesting me to purchase another policy paying rs. 25000/- online; this process will create consumer code and pay-out amount will be get credited into my account. Please help me creating consumer code.
