Sir, I took loan of 15 lacs from PNB Housing. It was insured as per above ref no.Premium Recd was Rs 51726/ by you. I want to transfer this loan from PNB housing to HDFC Bank due to lower interest rate. Will this amount be insured in this case.. Pl reply.. Also I have increased the tenure of return of loan from 60 months to 120 months so how to enhance this risk coverage from 60 months to 120 months..
