[Resolved] Bharti Axa — no response from customer care for the double payment of my critical care insurance | |
I made payment for my critical health insurance renewal on 10/12/2018. My policy number is q0096523 When i tried to pay the first time i got some error and payment was not successful. But the amount was debited from my account. So, i paid the second time and renewed the policy. My bank icici says the payment was successful from their end. They need confirmation from your end to raise dispute. I have called them, emailed them and have even sent a direct message through their twitter handle. But each time they say they will get back to me, but never respond. Its one of the worst customer service. They can call 1000 times for renewal, once done, no one cares.
