On 30-08/2018 i purchased a new two wheeler insurance at the cost of 1046 and i paid from tez (axis bank) but no receipt is generated and please see to it and resolved the issue

On 30/8/18 i purchased a new two wheeler insurance policy @1046 from tez payment app and amount is deducted and receipt is not generated not even a mail, msg... Please solve my issue

Some agents from this company offered me a job which can b done from home. They also took a registration fee.. They have taken my personal details, bank details and also pictures of my passbook and cheque. No company ask for passbook details. I have an intusion that this was a fraud.

I had renewed my policy on 29 of August but I don't know from where is the change take place in communication address in document I paid the money and still I don't get my policy..I called then a no of tyms but they didn't give any sloution just say after 1pm then after 6 next day...all they did was making me fool and other customers.
I am sent a mail to bharti axa life to service department last 2 month but till my policy not cancel by bharti axa.and no response received from bharti axa.
