[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — Worst car insurance company with rowdy people employed

My new Polo Highline petrol was hit by Bike causing damage to the bumper and
dents on the door. I registered my claim ans took the vehicle to service center. I have Bharti Axa comprehensive insurance policy with zero depreciation cover. The vehicle was surveyed by some unknown person from the insurance company and approved only for the repair of bumper portion. I was never in the loop during survey. I registered my complaint but it was never addressed to my satisfaction. When I approached their office in Vidyanag, Hubli to submit written complaint from the VW Service center we were answered by some Rowdy who behaved in unruly manner for taking written complaint from VW Service Center.

I am paying Rs.25, 000 premium every year. This is the worst insurance company, looting people all the time and still surviving in India. They should be shamed. I am looking for appropriate platform where they are exposed.

It is really sad that you have Rowdy people to answer the customers in your Hubli office. I have made video recording of the person by name Srinivas working in your Vidya Nagar office who behaved in unruly way with me and my father for submitting the complaint letter written by VW Polo service center. This is not acceptable. I am Scientist by profession working abroad. I can take this to the highest level if I am not answered immediately.
