[Resolved] Bharti Axa — Worst Service By Bharti Sales Person | |||
Dear Sir, I am Rohit Kushwaha from Mumbai. It’s been nearly 1 month back (14- March-2015). I had made online payment for new policy from Bharti Axa website, but till date I haven't received any policy issued documents from bharti. I have called many times to bharti axa agent Ruchita and Revor ([protected]) but he/ she is not giving me proper answer. Below are the Premium Payment details:- Name : Rohit Kushwaha Application Number (if any) : SER0101 Mobile Number : [protected] Email ID: rohit.[protected]@gmail.com Payment Amount (Rs Ps) : 18302.00 Payment Date :[protected]:56:25 Transaction Identification Number : BHCC[protected] And from last week I am calling to Miss Pranali Rode ([protected]) but she was saying sir you will get policy documents today end of the day. But till date eod is not coming. At the time of online payment Miss Ruchita told me that Premium Amount will 18302/- which contains (Zero percent depreciation.+ RSA) and IDV is Rs 6, 36700/- and Now they are saying I have to pay extra Rs 100/- So there are always false comment from Bharti Axa. And now I have already paid extra 100/- on Friday. But there is no proper response from Bharti. So, I am requesting you to kindly refund my full amount. I am totally frustrated. I have called customer care on Saturday (Complaint Id:[protected] they told me that I will receive a call on Monday. But I have not received any call. Due to wrong commitment and bad service at this stage. What service i will get at the claiming ??. So, requesting you kindly refund my amount.
