[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — wrong commitments and misguide making fraud to make company profit and brokerages

I had wrong commitments and miss guided from Roshan Mumbai office ( [protected] / [protected] not it is Switched off ) to take policy Elite Advantage[protected].
I don't want to continue this policy as I already told them that I need 5 year investment plan only.
They informed me that we have 5 Year plan for elite advantage. And explain me complete plan that I have to invest 3 lacs ( 60000*5 ) and after completion of 5 years I will get 4 lac. And no one has 60000 to invest urgently, you pay with credit card and we will convert that to 0% EMI. Whenever you receive the policy, one of the employee came to explain the plan, if you are not satisfied you can cancel the policy within 30 Days.
I will ok with this and he processed the request by paying compete money with credit card.
At time of verification they told me that it is not for 5 years and your EMI interest will not paid by company.
When I informed this to Roshan, he told me that This is special approved plans verification company don't know about this they only have basic plan information. So please told them ok I will convert to EMI and your plan is for 5 years, our product team will guide you for this.
As he told me this I said ok on call as I have no any option at that time.
Product team ( Swapnil Kulkarni called me from[protected] Number ) and he try to explain me plan of 12 years when ever I told him that I am not interested in this I want only for 5 years then he said just listen plan first there is no money required for listening. I am explaining the plan for your benefit only as me Marathi tu Marathi. He convinced me to take 12 year plan and close this plan after 5 years you will get 4.5 lac.( your sum assured/12 *5 + 9% interest + surrender value ) now you confirm whether you will go with 5 years or 12 . As I am getting more money I said ok for 12 but also informed him that I will cancel the policy If this is not found on letter, he said Sir as you will see this policy on your online account of barti axa. I said OK.
When ever all is ok, after 5 to 6 days I called Roshan about My EMI conversion.
First 2 3 days he had not responded to call, after few days he picked up call and agree to convert to EMI without interest also as I got letter I informed him that I have not received any of online authentications as my mail ID is wrong ( I personally filled this mail ID, which entered intentionally wrongly by your team )
But when conversion happen then I called Roshan about this, then he told me within 1 week company will refund interest money ( around 6500 ). And informed me that I send one of the employee to explain plan.
After that he not picked up call for 10 days. between which I received call from service team ( [protected]) for any of the difficulty, I explained that person this all he told me that I will raise request to update mail ID and send person to explain plan.
No one came means these all people from company are making fraud, wrong commitments ( Roshan + Swapnil Kulkarni + service call person ).
Roshan is only contacting me when ever I raise complaint, From last service department employee, I am getting help in this. Before 3 4 days also Roshan told me that sir you have 30 days within that you can cancel the policy and you will get all money including GST and interest but trust on me I will personally pay you interest quarterly (1600 ) and send person to explain policy.
Now when I reach to your pune office for cancellation, they said that raise complaint they will decide bout your refund and action.
I want complete money around ( 70 K ) as this is not small amount for me and not for any of middle class person.
I want this complete amount and strict action on this employees who are making frauds and wrong commitments to earn money by brokerages.

Dear team, policy noTVS/SS628534, REG No - UP32JD3798, which is repair under claim at Baraut city. But after 2 months still I did not received my claim amount now your survivor required the old parts photo with bike after repair completion. What you are looking as the process of claims.Kindly look this matter otherwise I will go for another way.

Same swapnil called and did same plan from bharti axaby giving some promises but i couldn't see it on written, yearly payment of 1.54 llhs till 12 years, moreover i can see this customer issue is not resolved however it says resolved how it is
