I need your intervention and justice. Please help!

I would like to bring to your kind notice how Bharti AXA has trapped and harassing me for last 70 days and with the hope that I get justice, I am approaching your good office after several failed requests with Bharti AXA.

The heist goes like this:

In the month of March end, I got a beautiful sales pitch from a crooked employee of Bharti AXA for their policy with all high promises, representations, warranties, but, suppressing the truth. Based upon their promises, representations and warranties, I bought Elite Advantage Policy no[protected] by making payment of Rs.62, 699.98. They did not send details in email or refused to give anything in writing.

Even before getting the hard copy booklet of the policy, when I received one pager interim softcopy within 2-3 days of payment, I called their most crooked employee Mr.Rajesh (who trapped me instead of selling the policy), and made it clear in no uncertain term that I want to clearly see the final maturity amount in the policy OR I will cancel the policy immediately. My request was very reasonable and fair. Mr.Rajesh promised and warranted that the final maturity amount will be specified in the policy. Again, I had informed and very clearly demonstrated, made my intention very clear to cancel the policy in/from the day one, that, if I do not see that end amount in the policy, as promised and represented by them. Hard copy of the policy received after few days and the maturity amount was missing. Rajesh tried his best to confuse me. Again, after several calls, Crooked Rajesh promised and agreed to provide the final amount in writing in Bharti Axa letter head. Crooked Rajesh just dodged it endlessly. After few days, he started avoiding my calls as he had already sold the policy and made me a scapegoat. Then started my real misery…I sent him several messages to him and his colleague which I have forwarded to Bharti AXA already as proof of my intention to cancel the policy of the maturity amount is not specified in the policy or in letter head as promised by Bharti AXA. Meantime, I requested for his email id which he never gave.He refused to respond. He never took my calls. But I sent messages of my intention to cancel the policy and asking for refund. (Now I know why he was out of station immediately after selling the policy to me..Looks like its the practice Bharti Axa follows after selling its product.)

Then, product team started same drama and another employee (colleague of Rajesh) of Bharti Axa started her drama one after the other. Crooked Rajesh just disappeared under the pretext of out of station and product team another colleague started interacting with me, who also promised and agreed to provide the final amount in Bharti Axa letter head. Again to the product team and to all employees of Bharti AXA who interacted one after the other, I had made my intention clear of / informed and demonstrated my intention to cancelling the policy if I dont get the letter head wherein final maturity amount specified which Bharti AXA promised in writing. Everyone acted in concert and started to fool me & drag the issue intentionally, so that I surpass the deadline...Nothing happened. I dint receive any letter in letter head till date. They all just wanted to fool me, intentionally buy/extend time, so that I cross/breach the deadline of 15 days to cancel the policy, so that they can refuse cancellation & refund.

All of them had promised me that the letter head specifying the final amount has already been dispatched. I was just waiting. They all talk very sweetly and confuse innocent people . All very (un) professional in fooling me under the pretext that they have sent a letter in the letter head specifying the amount.

Several times I asked for deadline to cancel, but they refused to disclose.

Several times I asked where do i return the policy, but they refused to disclose.

They all just talk sweetly to fool/ drag/dodge the issue and buy time and do nothing! Their sole intention was to cross 15 days period, so that they claim immunity to refund the amount. It was a trap!

After around 25days, when all my attempts were failed and no one was responding to me, I realized that it was just a trap and they all simply intend to fool me and I wrote an email to cancel the policy and requested for refund of my premium amount. I requested for refund of the amount several times, all in vain!

I want to submit that, I had clearly informed in no uncertain terms and demonstrated my intention to cancel very clear from the day one! But they all played trick in concert to fool innocent people like me .I requested them several times to cancel the policy and refund my amount, but hey all simply dragged it for last 60 days refused and rejected my request. I have provided them every proof to this effect, but all are acting in concert and all their enquiries/review/investigations are sham with the end result being refusal to cancel the policy and refusal to refund the premium amount. It was all sham and malpractice!

During last 60 days of interaction, my experience with Bharti Axa employees have been extremely bad and they we all well trained to fool innocent customers. That’s the reputation of Bharti AXA. Very unprofessional! Had I known their unprofessional approach and fooling attitude of customers beforehand, I would’ve taken everything in writing.

Therefore, in my case 15 days deadline to cancel the policy should not be applicable to me and I should be excused of it as I have done everything possible from my side, but, every department and every employee of Bharti Axa intentionally dodged the issue under the pretext of having sent me a letter in their letter head, so that I miss 15 days deadline to surrender and cancel, but I had expressed & demonstrated my intention to cancel the policy several times before & within 15 days!

I have been harassed by Bharti Axa for last 80 days. And, in my case, even if I continue my association with Bharti AXA by paying subsequent premiums, I may not get all the mount that are due to me, they may reject my insurance claim amount(if any), refuse any amount due to me, they will certainly retaliate against me and treat me badly in future also!

As there was breach of promise, representations and warranty and deceit from Bharti AXA, I kindly request your good selves to instruct them to cancel my policy and refund my amount immediately as I do not want to continue my relationship with Bharti Axa as my experience with them have been extremely bad and Bharti AXA should not cheat and trap other many innocent people like me.

Kindly request your intervention and for justice and equity from you by instructing them to refund my amount! Now they have taken another 2 weeks’ time to review the matter and I know after 2 weeks what is the result/reply is going to be.

Incidentally, another sales crook of Bharti AXA started calling for the same product with his sweet talks. I requested him to email me all details of the product. I have requested him several times and have been waiting his email for last 3 days and he just disappeared.

Bharti AXA is fooling and cheating thousands of innocent people like me every day!!

Please provide justice!

      I have got a call from a telecaller with the name Kunal from [protected] asking for a loan from Bajaj Finserve at lower rate of interest. He transferred my call to senior person named Aniket on [protected], He told me first I need to buy a SIP plan from Bharti Axa. I need to pay a premium of 28, 000 INR for this. Once I get the policy, he will start the process of loan and will get it done within 10 days.

      He gave me a Bharti Axa Life Form on Whatsapp and the payment link https://eapp.bharti-axalife.com/onlinepaymentas/onlinepaymentlink . I made the payment. Then he took all my legal documents like Adhaar, PAN, Bank Statements on Whatsapp and a Cancelled cheque copy. I also got verifications done by these numbers.

      Then he told me to wait for the Policy but the process will be started for the loan from today, 21/08/19.

      He received my call today and told I will get call from Bajaj for loan but didn't get any call. Now, his phone is switched off.

      I have found a similar complaint on Twitter also with Bharti Axa on January. But instead of helping the person and giving him right advise, they were advising the person to register his number on NDNC for not getting such call. They didn't came up with the steps or any cross questions for further investigations. It clearly shows their nexus with such fraudsters.

      If Bharti Axa was aware of such fradulent activities with their name, what steps they have taken to curb that. Had they taken any step strongly, I would not have faced such problem today.

      I would like to get the person punished for his fraudulence act as well as Bharti Axa for his irresponsible behavior.

      Sorry Bharti Axa. Issue is not resolved. No one connected me via Phone or Twitter or any other source from your side. They are still chasing me to pay 25000 rupees ahead as a refundable money in the name of RBI so that they can sanction Loan.

      In the name of Loan, they sold me your policy which is not false. I did verified it by checking the Policy Number on your Web Portal. It means they are anyhow connected with you else they could have sold me any other company's policy or they could have done fraud here also. They sold me genuine policy.

      Moreover, I didn't get any status of your steps taken against this fraud. How can you Mark it as resolved? I believe you are not taking it seriously. Should I take this matter ahead so that you should take it seriously?

        This is complaint regarding issuing of 6 new policies by misguiding and misleading form your concern person pravin chauhan. When i received the message of deduction money from my account i was shocked and i call back pravin chauhan was scared and afraid and told me that t6he money shall be transferred back to my account and he shall meet me in my office regarding the same but the same didn’t happened and one the second call when i informed him that i shall come down to thane branch in between when i tried to contact the thane branch i had the idea he had moved. I went to thane branch and immediately close mine and my sister’s both policies. I was paying approx. 13, 000/- rupees each for mine and my sister policy without a single laps in these fourteen (14) years. My blood earn saving wasted on your company. He misslead me to transfer money for my children as in the same premium the policy shall run. A persons hard earning appprox. Rupees twenty six thousand (26, 000/-) paid in one year very difficultly.. How cum can apart from that money another two lakhs (2, 00, 000/-). This money spoil and my complaint not responded by the callege (Office person) of pravin chauhan.
        He has also activated my ecs by cheating.
        Also during this period i received several calls to pay the premium. Your company need person like pravin chauhan as employee, you don’t need customers like us pay back my transfered amount and close my all policies.

        This is to inform you that I received a call from Thane AXA Branch [protected] to pay for one of the policy amoungst the Nos of policy which are being misleadedly provided to me from that TWO orignal policies which I had mentioned earlier. He took name of my youngest child whether I am talking to the one . I directly asked her age and Questioned about the same he then took my Name again the same story was reapeated WHEN I CANT PAY SO WHY THEY CALL ME AGAIN AND AGAIN instead of returning the total sum over 2.7 Lakhs they are forcing me to pay for what I dont need and then following the same immediately I received another call [protected] from call centre of AXA and the same story began and NOW they are informing that they have TERMINATED PRAVIN CHAUHAN till date he has done good and gone on higher post as per their coulliges and staff how cum suddenly being TERMINATED My simple question to how many person communicating with me, I should give the brief story and why they call me again and again to pay for those different policies. I have lost every thing The company should pay back and return my valuable blood earned money and their staff should stop calling me. I was a GENUINE customer of AXA and I am very much disappointed when my complaint was neglected when I had visited their BRANCH and CANCELLED both the policies of mine and my Sister. If the colligues of PRAVIN CHAUHAN from Thane branch and staff who stated me that he has gone on BIG POST and who care and have sympathy for their colligue PRAVIN CHAUHAN should come forward to clear my payment for/from AXA

          Two policies were intentionally and forcefully issued on 28.03.2019, by bharti axa life for a retired person (Kamlesh guha) of 69 years. While issuing such policies original pan card has not been verified. As per pan card the d. O. B. Is 14/08/1950 but the same as per policy bond is 14/08/1960. Fyp was en cashed for rs. 270, 000/-

          The complain has been lodged for such policies (No :[protected] &[protected] with the insurance company and also with irda, for cancellation and refund of amount.

          But till date i. E., after 45 days no such refund has been made nor the dispute has been settled.

            I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have taken a policy from your concern team at chennai in the month of mar2019 with promises concluding on higher return and claiming to get me loan through this investment from bank & as committed there is no insurance broker between me and insurance.

            Today when i checked the documents all promises made for return was not mentioned and your customer care team also agreed to this statement, also your representative is not responding, your sales manager mislead me for getting me higher return and also getting loan against the cover amount mentioned in the policy..

                I have applied for claim of my vehicle with bharti axa policy no. Fpv/i2265781/25/10/001372.
                After the survey my claim was accepted and garage was asked to start with work.
                After few days while claiming, thy have asked for all documents and later they said this cannot be accepted coz of death of owner.
                Its a fraud & now the person says i have asked my senior verbally and he had accepted the claim.
                I have signatures of incharge person on bills.
                Never go for bharti axa insureance.

                  Its almost 3 weeks now since i have submitted my claims for my vehicle grand i10.
                  There has been no update from bharti axa side.
                  When trying to call there executives, they are not picking the calls.
                  My policy number is s6680947. Vehicle is grandi10.
                  Really pathetic service, since vehicle is lying in service centre for almost a month now.
                  Would never recommend anyone to go with bharti axa insurance.
                  Pathetic people.

                  I had been using Bharti AXA for 3 years and this is first time i am claiming.
                  Please take prompt action against the person handling my car claim.

                  I have taken bumper to bumper insurance, despite of that i need to pay 10, 000Rs from a bill of 39, 000.
                  There was no explanation from your side regarding the Rs10, 000 breakup, which i had to pay from my pocket.
                  Don't know what's the point of taking Bumper to Bumper insurance if i had to still pay more than 30% of the total damages.
                  Pathetic response from You guys, first you take almost a month to give car back and then charge this hefty amount, not sure what's the point of insurance in this case.
                  Would recommend every one to move away from this pathetic company and go for better alternatives, where claims are easy and hassle free.

Meantime, i requested for his email id which he never gave. He refused to respond. He never took my calls. But i sent messages of my intention to cancel the policy and asking for refund. (Now i know why he was out of station immediately after selling the policy to me.. Looks like its the practice bharti axa follows after selling its product.)

                    Then, product team started same drama and another employee (Colleague of rajesh) of bharti axa started her drama one after the other. Crooked rajesh just disappeared under the pretext of out of station and product team another colleague started interacting with me, who also promised and agreed to provide the final amount in bharti axa letter head. Again to the product team and to all employees of bharti axa who interacted one after the other, i had made my intention clear of / informed and demonstrated my intention to cancelling the policy if i dont get the letter head wherein final maturity amount specified which bharti axa promised in writing. Everyone acted in concert and started to fool me & drag the issue intentionally, so that i surpass the deadline... Nothing happened. I dint receive any letter in letter head till date. They all just wanted to fool me, intentionally buy/extend time, so that i cross/breach the deadline of 15 days to cancel the policy, so that they can refuse cancellation & refund.

                    All of them had promised me that the letter head specifying the final amount has already been dispatched. I was just waiting. They all talk very sweetly and confuse innocent people. All very (Un) professional in fooling me under the pretext that they have sent a letter in the letter head specifying the amount.

                    Several times i asked for deadline to cancel, but they refused to disclose.

                    Several times i asked how do i cancel and get my refund, but they refused to disclose.

                    Several times i asked where do i return the policy, but they refused to disclose.

                    They all just talk sweetly to fool/ drag/dodge the issue and buy time and do nothing! Their sole intention was to cross 15 days period, so that they claim immunity to refund the amount. It was a trap!

                    After around 25days, when all my attempts were failed and no one was responding to me, i realized that it was just a trap and they all simply intend to fool me and i wrote an email to cancel the policy and requested for refund of my premium amount. I requested for refund of the amount several times, all in vain!

                    I want to submit that, i had clearly informed in no uncertain terms and demonstrated my intention to cancel very clear from the day one! But they all played trick in concert to fool innocent people like me. I requested them several times to cancel the policy and refund my amount, but hey all simply dragged it for last 60 days refused and rejected my request. I have provided them every proof to this effect, but all are acting in concert and all their enquiries/review/investigations are sham with the end result being refusal to cancel the policy and refusal to refund the premium amount. It was all sham and malpractice!

                    During last 60 days of interaction, my experience with bharti axa employees have been extremely bad and they we all well trained to fool innocent customers. That’s the reputation of bharti axa. Very unprofessional! Had i known their unprofessional approach and fooling attitude of customers beforehand, i would’ve taken everything in writing.

                    Therefore, in my case 15 days deadline to cancel the policy should not be applicable to me and i should be excused of it as i have done everything possible from my side, but, every department and every employee of bharti axa intentionally dodged the issue under the pretext of having sent me a letter in their letter head, so that i miss 15 days deadline to surrender and cancel, but i had expressed & demonstrated my intention to cancel the policy several times before & within 15 days!

                    I have been harassed by bharti axa for last 80 days. And, in my case, even if i continue my association with bharti axa by paying subsequent premiums, i may not get all the mount that are due to me, they may reject my insurance claim amount (If any), refuse any amount due to me, they will certainly retaliate against me and treat me badly in future also!

                    As there was breach of promise, representations and warranty and deceit from bharti axa, i kindly request your good selves to instruct them to cancel my policy and refund my amount immediately as i do not want to continue my relationship with bharti axa as my experience with them have been extremely bad and bharti axa should not cheat and trap other many innocent people like me.

                    Kindly request your intervention and for justice and equity from you by instructing them to refund my amount! Now they have taken another 2 weeks’ time to review the matter and i know after 2 weeks what is the result/reply is going to be.

                    Incidentally, another sales crook of bharti axa started calling for the same product with his sweet talks. I requested him to email me all details of the product. I have requested him several times and have been waiting his email for last 3 days and he just disappeared.

                      This is complaint regarding issuing of 6 new policies by misguiding and misleading form your concern person pravin chauhan. When i received the message of deduction money from my account i was shocked and i call back pravin chauhan was scared and afraid and told me that t6he money shall be transferred back to my account and he shall meet me in my office regarding the same but the same didn’t happened and one the second call when i informed him that i shall come down to thane branch in between when i tried to contact the thane branch i had the idea he had moved. I went to thane branch and immediately close mine and my sister’s both policies. I was paying approx. 13, 000/- rupees each for mine and my sister policy without a single laps in these fourteen (14) years. My blood earn saving wasted on your company. He misslead me to transfer money for my children as in the same premium the policy shall run. A persons hard earning appprox. Rupees twenty six thousand (26, 000/-) paid in one year very difficultly.. How cum can apart from that money another two lakhs (2, 00, 000/-). This money spoil and my complaint not responded by the callege (Office person) of pravin chauhan.
                      He has also activated my ecs by cheating.
                      Also during this period i received several calls to pay the premium. Your company need person like pravin chauhan as employee, you don’t need customers like us pay back my transfered amount and close my all policies.

                          I am dr kirtimalini dalbhanjan. I had taken a pension policy called as dream life pension policy in feb'2008 from pune office from mr saurabh shukla and mr praveen barve. It was half yearly premium plan and i was paying rs 50000/- every 6 monthly for the past 10years without a single default. While taking the plan they assured me monthly pension of approximately 25000/- if i remember correctly.
                          In march 2018 mr amol kamble from thane branch of bharati axa sent me email saying that this policy is now matured. When i asked about the monthly pension he and his senior officer mr kshitij saxena told me that, that scheme was closed long back and now i have to reinvest in either sbi or lic india's pension plan. This was a shock to me. And in reality this is a gross breach of trust of a customer. Still i was patient. I asked them if i don't want to reinvest and claim all my due amount what is the procedure? On this, they replied that i can't do that as per rbi's rules. They said i can have 40%of the due amount and rest i have to reinvest in any organization's pension scheme. I agreed reluctantly because i was not happy the way your organization hide information of closing of a scheme from customer and now compelling to reinvest in other company's scheme.
                          On the top of that they also compelled me to reinvest from that 40%amount which they said they will encase or transfer to my bank account, on my daughter's name. I am a person who try to avoid arguments so was very compliant with their suggestions and reinvested 2.5 lacs inr on daughter's name. I hoped that at least the remaining amount of 3.75 lacs will be deposited in my bank account but after waiting for months together nothing is happening.
                          I am really disappointed and frustrated the way your officers are handling this case.
                          I need help from your side to address my concerns at your earliest or i may have to seek a legal advise and action against the gross breach of trust by your company.

                            I am islamuddin i have invested in a plan of bharti axa plan name - bright star i have got that policy in 2009. I have deposited20, 000 for 3 years and so i have deposited 60, 000 and my plan was in lose of 20, 000 or 22, 000.

                            Then two senior relationship officer - direct distribution yours come to me one name was vipin marwah his mobile number is [protected] and other name was rajiv ranjan his mobile number is [protected]. They said me that your plan bright star is going in loss.
                            So we will change your plan bright star into bharti axa life secure savings plan.
                            They said that you will get 10% profit on bharti axa life secure savings plan. That time i have 39, 000 rupees in bright star plan. They said to convert my plan, i was not sure for that but they convinced me that you will got profit in this plan there is no risk or no loss in this plan. Then they asked to gave the documents of my bright star policy. Again and again i was telling that i have don't know english i asked to them that are they doing fraud to me but they said that we are comed from we are not doing any fraud and trust on us. They have give me their visiting card also and i also have visiting card of them both. Then i gave the bond of the policy bright star. I have also said that i will not deposite any extra amount in that new policy because i don't have enough money. But they have said that you don't have to deposite any extra money in that policy. Then suddenly i got a call from bharti axa they said me to deposite 30, 000 twice and then then your policy will start.
                            Then a girl named rukmani comed to us she was comed to bharti axa life. I have told her all things. Then she also talked. With vipin marwah she said to vipin that my police is not one time policy i have to deposite money but vipin said to rukmani that my policy is one time policy and i don't have to deposite any money.
                            And now i don't know about my money in bright star the 60, 000 that i haved deposited i have deposited it with very difficulties because i don't have enough encome. I am normel worker and now i facing too many problems because of vipin marwah and rajiv ranjan.

                            At last i only that you will help me to bring my money back as soon as possible...

And he says that u never says about medical card when company's call verification call, i trust on him, we wait till dec. End, after that we call him he says wait, after some days one day he call me and says ur card is ready, but by govt old card closed so ur new card with chip is available i[censored] pay me more 45000/- and he says that i hv approvel from company that ur money will back in 3 days, so we trust him as a broker of bharti axa and we pay 45000/ online payment, but after3 days he says now u receive a policy bond and u noted me no, of policy and i pay ur money back.in feb we receive policy bond under no [protected] and i tell him policy no, and he says u receive ur payment in 72hours, after 72 hours no money back, then i call him that i cancel my policy on my behf. But he says no i canceled ur policy already, after some days one person named khaniya mathur contact no [protected] call us that i m employee of bharti axa office ludhiana (Pb) and ur policy is canceled and he noted us that "sl00245918pb9250" this is ur canceled no, and he says that ur payment will back within 7days, but after 10 when i not receive my payment i go to ur office at ludhiana then theysays that no employee work here with this name and ur policy is not cancelled, then call amit thakur he not pick my call, after one month when amit thakur pick my call then he says ur money will back, but till now me not receive my money, i put complaint against him in ur company but no action taken, one days he call me that u take back ur complaint and ur payment will back.

                                  I am carrying bharti axa elite advantage policy no.[protected], i have submitted request to branch on 5th july 2019 for cancellation & ecs payment stoppage & reason behind broker of bharti axa misguided on the benefits of policy (Evidence submitted to branch), i didn't go through after i received hard copy of policy due to i was out of town till time grace period was over & later i came to know abt discrepancy about benefits, so i approach to branch to clarify on benefits & branch confirm me this is misguided case & apply for policy cancellation, so i submit the request in branch & serval call to service center, mails to complaint department & even serval visit about service request status, yesterday i came to know there is no request placed in system by bharti axa, i got call from bharti axa about case investigation & mail, but yet no body confirming about cancellation status & even refund of my money ; so may times i reach to them but very poor resonance & feel like they are avoiding to answer my request.

                                  I am attaching all conversation here with bharti axa (My apologies some where i made wrong statement, cause its mentally harassment done from bharti axa by not responding & even avoiding my requests)

                                  I am requesting authority to take this case ahead and resolve the issue on priority

                                  when i can expect the reply from your team, as per my experience no one is contacted me when i was raised this concern, even i tried to reach them, they was not responded to my request & confirm we cant help you

                                  i feel like its trap set-by bharti axa to grab customers by given false assurance about policy benefits & after words some one who raise the concern then trying bound in the rule book & raised hand

                                  i tried so many times, but no one is interested to look into my request, even they confirm go and raise the issue in court ( this type of arrogance shown by bharti axa team) ; i can understand you may have big figure sale company & you may not bother such types of cases, but some one who saved money for family future & company like Bharti axa ( big Name in market ) showing this type of response after policy get sold, its worthless to trust .

                                  following scenario happened in my case
                                  1. serval calls from Bharti axa for policy marketing
                                  2. after 4 months i give them appointment
                                  3. person visited me not confirmed that he is broker & not bharti axa person ( again & again he is stating that i am from bharti axa ) ; my first mistake i believe that he is from bharti axa ( never thought company hiring brokers to sold the policies )
                                  4. he explained policy benefits on paper where he confirms 19 Lacs i will get after 12 years of policy, where i need to invest appx 7.68 Lacs ( so i kept the paper where he explained me policy benefits ) & on that basis i agreed to take policy even i proposed my colleague to take this policy, so she also taken it ! ; we paid the charges by NEFT
                                  5. my self written my email ID & Mobile no on policy form ; Broker or may bharti axa person entered wrong information on the side, so policy benefits information not reach to us & we not approach for cancellation
                                  6. Policy paper delayed & delivered after policy hiring by 1 month after so many follow-ups ( grace period of policy get overed ) we didn't check due to i was out of town & forgot about policy hiring
                                  7. got call for next premium, so that day i checked policy papers & benefit paper which was given by broker & found some confusion
                                  8. for the clarification i reach out to customer care by call & asked them for benefits, so i again i found its not matching with what broker confirmed me
                                  9. i visited branch PCMC & shown them policy paper & benefit paper which was explained by broker ; them confirm that benefit which explained & shown on paper by broker is wrong & you are miss guided on the policy benefit
                                  10. PCMC branch given resolution to raise service request for ECS cancellation & policy cancellation, so further premium attempt will not happen from bharti axa & you will get the refund of which payment already made to bharti axa, so i given two request & all evidence related to misguide of policy benefits at branch
                                  11. then i got the SMS from bharti axa about premium deduction ; so i again i reach out to customer care on call & visited branch, even i wrote mail to complaint dept & service dept of bharti axa
                                  12. no body responded, then again i reach to branch they confirm team will contact you ; after 9 days i got call where i explained about all incidents & he confirm that i will investigate & will reach out soon, but till date no body contacted me
                                  13. got mail from bharti axa where they confirmed, we didn't get any response during grace period & we will not cancel the policy ( here i get trapped &strong feeling that Bhrati axa is fraud company who is steeling money from peoples ) ; i clearly informed on call that i didn't go through the policy and i was out of town, now peoples showing me rules
                                  14 . my first concern ; wrong email ID mention and due to i didn't see the benefits during grace period other wise i cancel the policy . ( person knows very well that my job is traveling base & i didn't get the time to go through the hard copy after receival )
                                  15 . so many emails, calls, serval visit to branch, no body given response
                                  Heading :- Given wrong information to customer, putting wrong information email address ( so customer didn't reach out through policy ) then showing policy rules this is very well planned trap to grab customers & same thing happened to my colleague ( even wrong email ID mentioned ) Broker knows we are mostly working on the computers & if information given in soft they will cancelled
                                  so request you to guide on further, where i need to lodge complaint physically in consumer court, police station, or need to reach out media for justice !

                                  6. Policy paper delayed & delivered after policy hiring by 1 month after so many follow-ups ( grace period of policy get overed ) we didn't check due to i was out of town & forgot about policy hiring
                                  7. got call for next premium, so that day i checked policy papers & benefit paper which was given by broker & found some confusion
                                  8. for the clarification i reach out to customer care by call & asked them for benefits, so i again i found its not matching with what broker confirmed me
                                  9. i visited branch PCMC & shown them policy paper & benefit paper which was explained by broker ; them confirm that benefit which explained & shown on paper by broker is wrong & you are miss guided on the policy benefit
                                  10. PCMC branch given resolution to raise service request for ECS cancellation & policy cancellation, so further premium attempt will not happen from bharti axa & you will get the refund of which payment already made to bharti axa, so i given two request & all evidence related to misguide of policy benefits at branch
                                  11. then i got the SMS from bharti axa about premium deduction ; so i again i reach out to customer care on call & visited branch, even i wrote mail to complaint dept & service dept of bharti axa
                                  12. no body responded, then again i reach to branch they confirm team will contact you ; after 9 days i got call where i explained about all incidents & he confirm that i will investigate & will reach out soon, but till date no body contacted me
                                  13. got mail from bharti axa where they confirmed, we didn't get any response during grace period & we will not cancel the policy ( here i get trapped &strong feeling that Bhrati axa is fraud company who is steeling money from peoples ) ; i clearly informed on call that i didn't go through the policy and i was out of town, now peoples showing me rules
                                  14 . my first concern ; wrong email ID mention and due to i didn't see the benefits during grace period other wise i cancel the policy . ( person knows very well that my job is traveling base & i didn't get the time to go through the hard copy after receival )
                                  15 . so many emails, calls, serval visit to branch, no body given response
                                  Heading :- Given wrong information to customer, putting wrong information email address ( so customer didn't reach out through policy ) then showing policy rules this is very well planned trap to grab customers & same thing happened to my colleague ( even wrong email ID mentioned ) Broker knows we are mostly working on the computers & if information given in soft they will cancelled
                                  so request you to guide on further, where i need to lodge complaint physically in consumer court, police station, or need to reach out media for justice !

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have bharti-axa kids power plan this plan opened by me in[protected] with monthly premium rs. 2500/-, in that during till 2018 this policy is running smoothly without any problem.
                                    During the period july 2018 your executive call me and says discussed this policy regarding growth of money, and he came my office, says power kids plan this time is very slow growth and advised me take another plan under this policy which is elite advantage, no extra premium will paid by separately for elite advantage plan, the some money deducted from main policy power kids, an no any premium paid by you in future. So that i agreed, but on 10.07.2019 my bank account debited of rs. 37, 832.00 and transfer to my new policy account which is[protected], i am shocked because no information given me by your executive, and also i am tensed because my other instalment is stopped now because lack of money my bank account. And also i saw one more plan activate without my consent which policy no[protected] which premium is annually rs. 81799.00. How can salaried person annually pay premium of rs. 1, 19, 631.00 your executive is mindless.
                                    Bharti-axa have also take advance premium rs. 37832.00 which is not legal, the date premium due was 24.07.2019, how can take you advance premium.

                                    I say to you your sales executive is purely misguide and fraud me. So that i request to you kindly close my both elite advantage plan

                                    2.[protected] and credit my account of rs. 37, 832.00 otherwise i surrender all plans of bharti-axa life.

                                    I also this complains loged in irda section.

                                    I requested you again kindly close my both elite advantage plan and same money back my power kids plan which is partial withdrawal by your - bharti axa - advisor.

                                      I had done payment for car insurance but still not get insurance policy.

                                      Payment already done.

                                      One call received from bharti axa & i done payment through a link.
                                      Now no contct is going on as dialed number coming out of service.

                                      So help to resolve this issue. I already paid through a link & old policy also submitted.

                                        Hi... Please let me know what do u mean by road side assistance... Is it a quick service or it takes the same time as time taken for insurance claim??? I[censored] r not able to provide quick support then why r u offering this service just stick with claim service only.

                                        Since today morning i have tried to connect with your road assistance team as my vehicle is not getting started and as per my understanding i think it need to be jump started... But i am not getting any assistance on this. First your team inform me that my insurance is not visible to them so i need to share my insurance copy, i have shared it on whats app number shared by your team but till now i have not heard anything from you side. Again i tried to contact your rsa team but this time its coming all lines are busy since past one hour... I think i have wasted my money by opting rsa from you guyzzz. So i would never recommend your service to anyone.

                                        Now i got the resolution around 8pm that too after calling multiple times...it should not be taken this much time...i was lucky that my car was stuck at my home...if it was at any road side then i would also be waiting there till midnight...so please take it as a feedback and try to provide quick service. And my policy number is S7091242.. Thanks
