I online apply policy in bharti axa undr no [protected]from ur broker amit thakur contact no [protected] in nov 2018, and he says that under this policy u will take extra medical benefit card. And he says that u never says about medical card when company's call verification call, i trust on him, we wait till dec. End, after that we call him he says wait, after some days one day he call me and says ur card is ready, but by govt old card closed so ur new card with chip is available i[censored] pay me more 45000/- and he says that i hv approvel from company that ur money will back in 3 days, so we trust him as a broker of bharti axa and we pay 45000/ online payment, but after3 days he says now u receive a policy bond and u noted me no, of policy and i pay ur money back.in feb we receive policy bond under no [protected] and i tell him policy no, and he says u receive ur payment in 72hours, after 72 hours no money back, then i call him that i cancel my policy on my behf. But he says no i canceled ur policy already, after some days one person named khaniya mathur contact no [protected] call us that i m employee of bharti axa office ludhiana (Pb) and ur policy is canceled and he noted us that "sl00245918pb9250" this is ur canceled no, and he says that ur payment will back within 7days, but after 10 when i not receive my payment i go to ur office at ludhiana then theysays that no employee work here with this name and ur policy is not cancelled, then call amit thakur he not pick my call, after one month when amit thakur pick my call then he says ur money will back, but till now me not receive my money, i put complaint against him in ur company but no action taken, one days he call me that u take back ur complaint and ur payment will back.

I have purchase policy for customer from my credit card payment done 2 times but first time payment deducted and show failed. Near about 1month no amount refunded. Mob no.[protected]
I was wrongly forced to buy insurance through online in the month of March 2019. Now i dnt want to continue and want to close the insurance so I asked for refund. Someone frim bharti axa called and said my file is stuck with finance ministry. I need to check on insurance policies. My policy nos - [protected], [protected], [protected]

      Hi authority of consumer forum,
      I am carrying bharti axa elite advantage policy no.[protected], i have submitted request to branch on 5th july 2019 for cancellation & ecs payment stoppage & reason behind broker of bharti axa misguided on the benefits of policy (Evidence submitted to branch), i didn't go through after i received hard copy of policy due to i was out of town till time grace period was over & later i came to know abt discrepancy about benefits, so i approach to branch to clarify on benefits & branch confirm me this is misguided case & apply for policy cancellation, so i submit the request in branch & serval call to service center, mails to complaint department & even serval visit about service request status, yesterday i came to know there is no request placed in system by bharti axa, i got call from bharti axa about case investigation & mail, but yet no body confirming about cancellation status & even refund of my money ; so may times i reach to them but very poor resonance & feel like they are avoiding to answer my request.

      I am attaching all conversation here with bharti axa (My apologies some where i made wrong statement, cause its mentally harassment done from bharti axa by not responding & even avoiding my requests)

      I am requesting authority to take this case ahead and resolve the issue on priority

      when i can expect the reply from your team, as per my experience no one is contacted me when i was raised this concern, even i tried to reach them, they was not responded to my request & confirm we cant help you

      i feel like its trap set-by bharti axa to grab customers by given false assurance about policy benefits & after words some one who raise the concern then trying bound in the rule book & raised hand

      i tried so many times, but no one is interested to look into my request, even they confirm go and raise the issue in court ( this type of arrogance shown by bharti axa team) ; i can understand you may have big figure sale company & you may not bother such types of cases, but some one who saved money for family future & company like Bharti axa ( big Name in market ) showing this type of response after policy get sold, its worthless to trust .

      following scenario happened in my case
      1. serval calls from Bharti axa for policy marketing
      2. after 4 months i give them appointment
      3. person visited me not confirmed that he is broker & not bharti axa person ( again & again he is stating that i am from bharti axa ) ; my first mistake i believe that he is from bharti axa ( never thought company hiring brokers to sold the policies )
      4. he explained policy benefits on paper where he confirms 19 Lacs i will get after 12 years of policy, where i need to invest appx 7.68 Lacs ( so i kept the paper where he explained me policy benefits ) & on that basis i agreed to take policy even i proposed my colleague to take this policy, so she also taken it ! ; we paid the charges by NEFT
      5. my self written my email ID & Mobile no on policy form ; Broker or may bharti axa person entered wrong information on the side, so policy benefits information not reach to us & we not approach for cancellation
      6. Policy paper delayed & delivered after policy hiring by 1 month after so many follow-ups ( grace period of policy get overed ) we didn't check due to i was out of town & forgot about policy hiring
      7. got call for next premium, so that day i checked policy papers & benefit paper which was given by broker & found some confusion
      8. for the clarification i reach out to customer care by call & asked them for benefits, so i again i found its not matching with what broker confirmed me
      9. i visited branch PCMC & shown them policy paper & benefit paper which was explained by broker ; them confirm that benefit which explained & shown on paper by broker is wrong & you are miss guided on the policy benefit
      10. PCMC branch given resolution to raise service request for ECS cancellation & policy cancellation, so further premium attempt will not happen from bharti axa & you will get the refund of which payment already made to bharti axa, so i given two request & all evidence related to misguide of policy benefits at branch
      11. then i got the SMS from bharti axa about premium deduction ; so i again i reach out to customer care on call & visited branch, even i wrote mail to complaint dept & service dept of bharti axa
      12. no body responded, then again i reach to branch they confirm team will contact you ; after 9 days i got call where i explained about all incidents & he confirm that i will investigate & will reach out soon, but till date no body contacted me
      13. got mail from bharti axa where they confirmed, we didn't get any response during grace period & we will not cancel the policy ( here i get trapped &strong feeling that Bhrati axa is fraud company who is steeling money from peoples ) ; i clearly informed on call that i didn't go through the policy and i was out of town, now peoples showing me rules
      14 . my first concern ; wrong email ID mention and due to i didn't see the benefits during grace period other wise i cancel the policy . ( person knows very well that my job is traveling base & i didn't get the time to go through the hard copy after receival )
      15 . so many emails, calls, serval visit to branch, no body given response
      Heading :- Given wrong information to customer, putting wrong information email address ( so customer didn't reach out through policy ) then showing policy rules this is very well planned trap to grab customers & same thing happened to my colleague ( even wrong email ID mentioned ) Broker knows we are mostly working on the computers & if information given in soft they will cancelled
      so request you to guide on further, where i need to lodge complaint physically in consumer court, police station, or need to reach out media for justice !

        Dear sir,
        I have bharti-axa kids power plan this plan opened by me in[protected] with monthly premium rs. 2500/-, in that during till 2018 this policy is running smoothly without any problem.
        During the period july 2018 your executive call me and says discussed this policy regarding growth of money, and he came my office, says power kids plan this time is very slow growth and advised me take another plan under this policy which is elite advantage, no extra premium will paid by separately for elite advantage plan, the some money deducted from main policy power kids, an no any premium paid by you in future. So that i agreed, but on 10.07.2019 my bank account debited of rs. 37, 832.00 and transfer to my new policy account which is[protected], i am shocked because no information given me by your executive, and also i am tensed because my other instalment is stopped now because lack of money my bank account. And also i saw one more plan activate without my consent which policy no[protected] which premium is annually rs. 81799.00. How can salaried person annually pay premium of rs. 1, 19, 631.00 your executive is mindless.
        Bharti-axa have also take advance premium rs. 37832.00 which is not legal, the date premium due was 24.07.2019, how can take you advance premium.

        I say to you your sales executive is purely misguide and fraud me. So that i request to you kindly close my both elite advantage plan

        2.[protected] and credit my account of rs. 37, 832.00 otherwise i surrender all plans of bharti-axa life.

        I also this complains loged in irda section.

          I had done payment for car insurance but still not get insurance policy.

          Payment already done.

          One call received from bharti axa & i done payment through a link.
          Now no contct is going on as dialed number coming out of service.

          So help to resolve this issue. I already paid through a link & old policy also submitted.

            Hi... Please let me know what do u mean by road side assistance... Is it a quick service or it takes the same time as time taken for insurance claim??? I[censored] r not able to provide quick support then why r u offering this service just stick with claim service only.

            Since today morning i have tried to connect with your road assistance team as my vehicle is not getting started and as per my understanding i think it need to be jump started... But i am not getting any assistance on this. First your team inform me that my insurance is not visible to them so i need to share my insurance copy, i have shared it on whats app number shared by your team but till now i have not heard anything from you side. Again i tried to contact your rsa team but this time its coming all lines are busy since past one hour... I think i have wasted my money by opting rsa from you guyzzz. So i would never recommend your service to anyone.

            Now i got the resolution around 8pm that too after calling multiple times...it should not be taken this much time...i was lucky that my car was stuck at my home...if it was at any road side then i would also be waiting there till midnight...so please take it as a feedback and try to provide quick service. And my policy number is S7091242.. Thanks

                I am new maruti wagnor purchase (Mh12pc1828), before purchases discuss with showroom executive, he said about bharti axa general (Policy no:-fpv/13678981/81/04/005451-police period 16-apr-2019 to 14-apr-2020) insurance policy rules, for only processing fees 1000/- rs only, there is no any extra amount paid, so last 3 month my maruti wagnor car accident in loni kalhor (Pune) area, near by maruti suzuki service center, so at that time now confirm with bharti axa general insurance executive regarding accident, he required accident spot photo's, at that time accident spot photo's send to bharti axa general insurance executive, after received accident photo, he said no any required for police fir because no any human death, so please call to maruti suziki service center, will be arrange toy wan, i am happy for that because maruti suzuki service it’s very fast service, within hours toy wan come and my car carry and delivered (25-april-2019) to maruti suzuki service center (Loni) after delivery vehicle, insurance company delay for inspection, after inspection vehicle repaired by maruti suzuki service center, after repaired (13-june-2019) maruti suzuki service center invoice raise (226827/-), only insurance bharti axa claim amount
                (208727/-) already having having zero tape insurance, his not agree for zero tape insurance need to paid 18100/-, so i am not ready to pay this amount due to my insurance policy are zero tape, i am daily followup to bharti axa insurance company but there is no any response., very bad service, if any more information please call me -[protected]

                  I want to bring this in your attention that i have a agency code bal253540 in bharti axa life insurance company and i want a ic form for hr requirements in max life insurance

                  My sales manager ms. Preeti sharma (Jhandewalan branch, delhi) was unable to arrange it as his reporting manager mr. Manish grover is not available due to some family emergency

                  And, i applied for code cancellation...

                    My self (RAVIRAJ INGULKAR) herewith requesting you to cancel below mentioned polices with immediate effect & refund the same. These polices are issued against commitment of Rs.3 lakhs loan, mis presentation by caller.
                    1) Policy No.[protected] Dt.15/04/2019, Premium amt Rs.25, 999.58, Sum assured Rs.3, 04, 715/-
                    2) Policy No.[protected] Dt.23/05/2019, Premium amt Rs.23, 999.49, Sum assured Rs.2, 81, 274/-
                    I got a call from KARVERI SINGH from HDFC (M No. [protected]) on 14th April 19 that you have pre-approved loan offer of Rs.3, 00, 000/- for that you need to pay policy premium of Rs.26, 000/- & after 18 days in you will get sanctioned letter from bank of Rs.3 lakhs loan amount. Your loan will be credited your account.
                    I needed loan, for this I agreed to take this policy. KAVERI SINGH informed me that his person will come & collect necessary documents from me, don’t disclose the purpose of this policy to the person who is collecting documents from me.
                    After 18 days, I had contacted to KAVERI SINGH for loan approval status, she updated me your loan amount is higher we need more security from your side. You need to pay another policy premium of Rs.24, 000/- to get approval for loan. Your loan proposal is hold for security purpose & after taking 2nd policy you will get loan within 10 days. I was needful for loan, hence taken another policy on 22nd May 2019. After 10 days, I had done regular follow up with KARVERI SINGH but didn’t responded me from 23rd May 2019. I had contacted to following m.no from which I got call for loan proposal.

                      I've discontinued my policy. It has lapsed. But I am getting 1-2 calls everyday from your customer care and they are so irritating asking the same question every time.

                      Does there not exist a system at their end to mark a customer as DND at least when he has stopped this irritating business with you? Also, as it is from a call centre, I get calls from different numbers. So, it does not look wise to block all those numbers either.

                            I have raised a claim on feb 11th, 2018 and have given my two-wheeler in the service center (Sarram autocrafts, orr, mahadevapura, bangalore) on the same day for repair. I got a call from service center after two weeks that insurance survey has been completed and repair has been done. I got no call from insurance company so i have called the customer care and got the insurance handler details but the number was not working. Finally, i got a call from another handler in march asking for the claim details. Informed that survey has been done and am waiting for your call to claim the refund. Later, on 14th march, i had to pay the amount in full with the service provider and asked to collect the bike, else fine will be charged on parking. Now, insurance company told the bike has been repaired before the survey has been done, so they closed my claim request stating i accepted to close the request which i didn't. I have raised a complaint with the company, but to my failure, they are acting on it. I got a call from the insurance company in 1st week of march where my claim is raised on feb 11th which is completely not acceptable. When i tried to call, that also went in failure. I've raised a compliant on the service center as well as they told me insurance survey has been done but hasn't been as per the company.in between their incapability, i've lost lot of time and had to take the stress.

                                I hold a motor insurance policy with bharti axa, recently i have been victim of a fraud which was totally a fault of wrong values of selling policy by bharti axa, their sales people are full of lies, and the after sales support is below average, i am getting no solutions to my issue from the company and their guys are just wasting my time, the details are as follows.

                                Name of the insured: jaikant singh
                                Period of insurance: december 26, 2018, 0.00 to midnight of december 25, 2019
                                Vehicle make/model: hyundai grand i10 magna 1.2
                                Rto city: lucknow
                                Vehicle registration no. : up32jm5726
                                Vehicle registration date: 03/01/2018

                                Last week my vehicle was damaged due to an accident. So i left my car to the workshop for repair work. Your survey inspected my vehicle on the next day and passed the claim which was informed to me by the service center, the next day i got another call from the service center, informing me that you not eligible to claim. He asked me to talk to the surveyor mr. Irfan who told me that "my policy says ncb discount is 20%, but you had claimed 1 time in your previous policy”.

                                Now please note that my first policy was done by future genrelie and when i was about to have my insurance renewal then i met mr. Dhruv wadhawan who is a relationship manager (Hdfc) for my company, he told me that he can get me a better deal and service than future generali and offered me a lesser amount premium (Rs.700 lesser) than what i was entitled to pay to future generali after not being qualified for the ncb, i told him many times that i have already claimed one insurance last year so i am not eligable for ncb and he said that mr. Saurabh (From bharti axa) who is will do my policy has a tieup with his company (He said bharti axa and hdfc have a tieup) has already considered this and offerd me a better deal, i trusted dhruv and saurabh on this and this was my only mistake.

                                Now back to last week, after hearing this from the survey guy, i checked my policy and to my shock yes it was mentioned that an ncb has been granted, i immediately called mr. Dhruv and he made a fool of me that he is resolving it for 2 days, then he passed me mr. Saurabh's no. And he too did the same thing and was convincing me that these mistakes happen, all this while my case is in the service center yard and the insurance company just took my 17 thousand rupees and vanishes, what kind of fraud is this.

                                I need a solution to the following questions :

                                1. How does bharti axa allows such kind of frauds in the name of a better deal, do your sales guys have no shame?
                                2. If your systems can detect now that i should not be provided claim due to ncb taken, why were you not able to detect this earlier and why did you provide me ncb discount and your guy did my policy in the first place?
                                3. You never informed me about this issue till date, until and unless i approached you?

                                Now the best part please pay attention to this :

                                While i started checking my policy, all the information apart from my car no. And my name is wrong, your guys asked me for a copy of my previous insurance policy and rc, and they were not able to copy simple text from it, do you employ people who can't read and write basic english? The following information was found wrong :

                                1. Phone number
                                2. Email id
                                3. Address

                                Mr. Saurabh informed me that there was a letter sent to my address regarding this issue and it was received, the address mention in the policy is of an empty plot near my house, and don't know who received the letter there, before resolving my issue you need to change employees like these and you courier agency too.

                                This is my last hope to check bharti axa's ethics and values, i have had a very bad after sales support and experience with this company, and to my surprise i am not the only one with this issue when i checked about it online, if not resolved i will have to head to consumer court.

                                Final word from my side :

                                Either you approve my claim or you return the amount which i paid you for an insurance policy.
                                I am a very senior member of my company (A pvt ltd it firm) will never recommend other employees to take any policy from bharti axa.

                                I have come to the conclusion that the entire work ethics of Bharti AXA is shameful, it's been a long long time and no solution provided, hox grievance cell, totally incompetent, full of false promises and misleading just to waste time and exhaust customer.
                                Run behind them for replies and solutions and all they will ever tell you is that little more time required.
                                Their representative will tell all sorts of lies to sell a policy and later those lies will be used against you to deny claims.
                                Don't waste your time here or on any other medium with Bharti Axa, straight away go to the consumer's court.
                                Never returning to any of there services again, totally fraud company.

                                    Myself and my family travelled to usa, on a short trip for 20 days in may 2018.
                                    To protect ourselves during this travel period, taken a travel insurance from bharthi axa called, "smarttraveller essential - us$ 200k" (Protection up to 140 lakhs approx) for all three family members separately on may 13th 2018. (Policy number:sr624184/sr624185/sr624186)

                                    The above mentioned policies bought through policybazaar.com online.
                                    During our trip there have across about 4 incidents of loss that created so much of mental trauma for my family during travel.

                                    1. Delay of our baggage when we landed first at newyork. Received one of our main baggage after two and days of landing. As we didn't have any local address, had to stay in new york for 3 days to receive the baggage.

                                    2. When we travelled from pittsburgh to san francisco the airlines have lost our baggage which they could not trace it even today. Incidentally the airlines have charged an additional 205$ for over weight of 40kgs..

                                    3. We had lost about 1750 cash loss too in the above mentioned incident of baggage loss, and on the advice of bharti axa customer service went and filed complaint immediately to sfo airport police station for an fir. Also filed a supplemental complaint too in continuation of the above fir. (The reports clearly states the loss of cash and our total luggage by the airlines.)
                                    4. When we were on drive to hotel parked car on prescribed parking space, but in opposite facing side the normal local rules/law. So fined 35$ for improper parking.
                                    I got repudiation for all my genuine claims in spite of given all original documents and evidences to bharti axa, without given any reasons so far.
                                    1. I have been asking them on email for return of all my documents to escalate this case, i am yet to receive the same. (Ref: mail received below)
                                    2. I was trying to register this case in their official complaints /grievance registration,
                                    But their website not working /accepting complaints (Ref screen shoots below)
