It's taking too long to resolve this issue, I would request you to please speed up the process, as I have now been in communication via your agent and this portal from more than 20 days now.
The last proper communication I received from you was 21st May, it's almost a week now.
In the meanwhile, I don't have any vehicle and facing a lot of issues managing my day to day life.

I am still waiting to hear from you, as its 24th day and I have still not received any proper resolution for my issue, all I am told from last 24 days is that you are trying, I don't think so you are taking this seriously and now I am loosing my patience, if you are not able to resolve it in 14 days, its very skeptical that you will now be able to resolve, I can't see any dedication of customer satisfaction.
This is my last comment for you as a request now, I am done with you guys.

I have come to the conclusion that the entire work ethics of Bharti AXA is shameful, it's been a long long time and no solution provided, hox grievance cell, totally incompetent, full of false promises and misleading just to waste time and exhaust customer.
Run behind them for replies and solutions and all they will ever tell you is that little more time required.
Their representative will tell all sorts of lies to sell a policy and later those lies will be used against you to deny claims.
Don't waste your time here or on any other medium with Bharti Axa, straight away go to the consumer's court.
Never returning to any of there services again, totally fraud company.
